Feeding of Hartley Guinea Pigs for Experiment and Establishment of Allergic Rhinitis Model of Nasal Drops

The assay was aimed to explore the feeding and the best method to establish allergic rhinitis (AR) model in Hartley guinea pigs.Using the single factor experiment, the assay studied the effects of animal species, feeding way, ovalbumin (OVA) sensitization dose, time for AR model, and observed allergic reaction symptoms and nasal mucosal pathological section of Hartley guinea pig.The results showed that Hartley guinea pig was the best experimental animal for the AR experiment of nasal drops;Feed was ordinary mice feed + lettuce leaves or leaf lettuce;OVA as the sensitizer, concentration of basic sensitization was 0.1 to 0.3 mg/mL OVA, the next day intraperitoneal injection 1 time, for 7 times;Concentration of stimulated sensitization was 2% OVA, 10 to 30 μL each nostril, 1 time a day, after 6 to 9 d, compared with the blank group, the Hartley guinea pig model group had significant allergic symptoms and nasal mucosa lesions.This modeling method was simple and economic, good reproducibility, and could be used as the best method for AR model establishment of nasal drops.     

The input load and its influence factors of wind turbine based on variational wind speed

The auto regressive (AR) method is applied to build the model of wind speed in wind field,and with the model, the wind time-history is obtained. The Glauert method is used to calculate time-varying input load,such as the time histories of thrust and torque of the wind turbine under the condition of variational wind speed. Based on statistical analysis,the design loading spectrum and rain flow histogram of the loads are obtained. The effects of wheel blade parameters on the input load under the condition of variational wind speed are analyzed,and the average loads of thrust and torque are obviously affected by the pitch angle. When the pitch angle increases,the loads of thrust and torque both decrease,meanwhile the amplitude of thrust first increases then decreases,while the amplitude of torque decreases monotonously. The thrust is obviously affected by twist and attack angles of blade while the torque is less affected by the twist and attack angles of the blade. The results lay foundations for reliability design,load control of the wind turbine as well as the parameter optimum of the wheel blade aerofoil under the real wind condition.     

Nitric oxide accumulation and actin distribution during auxin-induced adventitious root development in sunflower

Auxin-mediated adventitious root (AR) formation from the basal ends of hypocotyl segments in sunflower (Helianthus annuus L., cv. Morden) is associated with gradual subcellular and anatomical changes. Pre-mitotic events (induction phase) are evident within 1 d (24 h) in the interfascicular parenchyma. Evidence for nitric oxide (NO) accumulation in the interfascicular cells 2 d after indole-3-acetic acid (IAA) treatment, highlights the involvement of NO specifically during root initiation, following AR induction phase. Thus, adventitious root induction and initiation can be distinguished as NO-independent and NO-dependent phases. Treatment of hypocotyl explants with 10 μM 1-napthylphthlamic acid (NPA), an inhibitor of polar auxin transport in plant cells, leads to complete abolition of NO-associated fluorescence, detected upon incubation of hypocotyl sections with 4,5-diaminofluorescein diacetate (DAF-2DA). This indicates a signaling link between auxin transport and NO accumulation in the target cells. Latrunculin B (Lat B), an actin depolymerizing agent, leads to substantial inhibition of IAA-induced AR response and NO accumulation in the responding cells. Aminoguanidine [an inhibitor of inducible form of nitric oxide synthase (iNOS)] brings about a reduction in the tissue NO content, indicating a significant activity of putative NOS leading to endogenous NO accumulation. Confocal laser scanning microscope (CLSM) imaging has revealed bundling of actin with NPA and Lat B treatments. A probable interaction is thus evident between actin and NO during auxin-mediated AR formation in the initiation and extension phase. Present work, thus, provides novel observations on an interaction among endogenous NO, IAA and actin at specific stages of AR formation.     

成都白鸡育种工作总结报告

成都白鸡系应用人工授精,采取白来航和澳洲黑公鸡精液,等量混合后授与成都平原本地母鸡,所得后代经二十余年传统的群选法并经近10年的父系家系育种法育成的具有三个优秀系和一个慢羽系与一个快羽系组成的兼用型新品种。成都白鸡全身羽毛白色,单冠,耳叶红色带有白斑,喙、胫黄色。体形浑园,胸肌丰满。六月龄平均体重,公鸡2500克,母鸡2000克。产蛋量年平均170—180个,最高年产平均190.3个,优秀个体270个以上。蛋重56克左右,蛋壳褐色。成都白鸡慢羽系母鸡与快羽系公鸡交配或与白来航杂交,可生产羽速自别雌雄雏鸡。试验表明:准确率达99.13％,可以应用于生产实践上。成都白鸡育种工作,采用混合精液人工授精,获得多品种性状的基础群。这一方法,似有价值应用于培育合成新品系。     

利用食蚊鱼目标基因转录水平评价四会市 邓村河雌/雄激素物质污染现状

利用西部食蚊鱼(Gambusia affinis)的雌/雄激素受体(ER α/ARα)基因和卵黄蛋白原(VTGα)基因的转录水平为生物学指标,对广东省四会市邓村河的雌/雄激素物质污染现状进行评价.结果显示,与未受造纸废水污染的对照点REF相比,受造纸废水污染位点A、B、C中雌性食蚊鱼臀鳍中的雄激素受体ARα mRNA转录水平均比对照点显著升高(P＜0.05),雄性食蚊鱼臀鳍的雌激素受体ERα转录水平不明显(P＞0.05).造纸废水暴露位点A、B、C中雄性食蚊鱼肝脏中的VTG受体VTGα mRNA转录水平均比对照点显著升高(P＜0.05).结果表明,生活在受造纸废水污染的邓村河中的食蚊鱼受雌/雄激素物质干扰明显,且受雄激素物质污染更严重.鱼类肝脏VTGα基因和臀鳍ARα基因转录水平可适合作为监测水体环境雌/雄激素物质的生物标志物.     

四川省部分种畜场猪传染性萎缩性鼻炎血清学调查

2001年度，从四川省8个种畜场采取540份已免疫过AR疫苗的猪血清，采用乳胶凝集试验，检测血清中传染性萎缩性鼻炎抗体。结果显示：猪只平均抗体阳性率为24.81%，最高72％，最低1.67%。     

基于时间序列分析的卡尔曼滤波组合导航算法

GPS广泛用于农业机械导航研究中,其定位误差信号一般存在明显的自相关性,不能满足组合导航中常用的卡尔曼滤波算法观测噪声为高斯白噪声的要求。为此,建立了GPS定位误差AR模型,结合卡尔曼估计结果来预测和修正GPS定位误差,再将修正后的GPS定位信息应用于组合导航中的卡尔曼滤波过程。试验结果表明,无论GPS接收机是在静止还是在运动条件下,处理后的定位误差信号自相关性都明显降低,近似为白噪声;目标路径直线时的最大跟踪误差约为0.15 m,为曲线时,最大跟踪误差约为0.3 m。该方法为低精度GPS应用于农业机械导航提供了可行途径。     

AR、ER基因在鸡、鹌鹑及其杂交种睾丸组织中的表达及其对睾丸生长发育的影响

为探讨鸡（♂）与鹌鹑（♀）属间杂交种睾丸生长发育不良的分子机理,采集新罗曼蛋用型公鸡、朝鲜公鹌鹑、鸡与鹌鹑杂交的雄性杂交种不同发育时期的睾丸组织样共计96份并测定其体质量与睾丸质量。采用实时荧光定量PCR对公鸡、公鹌鹑及其杂交种不同生长发育期睾丸组织中AR、ER基因的mRNA表达进行了检测。结果显示：（1）鸡和鹌鹑的睾丸均能随着日龄、体质量的增长而正常生长发育,但鸡与鹌鹑杂交的杂交种的睾丸却生长缓慢而发育不良;（2）鸡和鹌鹑不同生长发育期睾丸组织中AR、ER基因mRNA的表达具有相似性,AR基因均有一个极显著的峰值,ER基因均呈波动性变化;鸡与鹌鹑的杂交种均为极端性表达,AR基因呈直线下降,ER相反则一直升高;与鸡和鹌鹑相比,杂交种AR、ER基因mRNA的极端性表达均应为异常表达。（3）鸡、鹌鹑及其杂交种的共同点是AR表达为最高峰时,ER则趋于最低点,反之,ER表达为最高峰时,AR则趋于最低点,表明ER基因对AR基因具有上调作用或者AR基因对ER基因具有下调作用,从而推测AR与ER即相对立而又协同作用的表达模式是鸡和鹌鹑睾丸组织正常生长发育的分子调控模式,探明了鸡与鹌鹑的杂交种睾丸组织发育不良的分子影响因素是其睾丸组织中的AR、ER基因mRNA异常表达。     

基于卡尔曼滤波与AR混合算法的沉降监测

针对非平稳序列观测数据,结合卡尔曼滤波递推算法等的优点,建立了基于卡尔曼滤波的AR自回归模型。此算法不需象常规算法那样提取趋势项,而是在状态方程中设置AR参数方差的随机模型,利用观测数据建立观测方程。模型应用于输水隧洞开挖过程的的沉降监测,取得了较好的效果,说明此方法准确、可行。
