地克株利饮水对鸡的安全性试验

地克株利 (Diclazuril)属三嗪苯乙腈化合物 ,是一种高效、低毒的广谱驱球虫药。该药 1986年由比利时Janssen公司研制开发 ,目前已在美国、德国等 4 0多个国家上市 ,我国于 1997年获准生产 ,现在已有多家工厂生产。目前市场上使用的剂型主要有两种 ,预混剂和饮水剂。但因预混剂使用剂量少 ,用于预防时的浓度剂量为百万分之一 ,导致搅拌不均匀 ,使用不方便。地克株利按 1μg/kg,给鸡饮水 ,即能达到防治球虫病的目的 ,而且使用方便。但采用饮水对鸡的安全性报道的尚不多。本试验用有效剂量 1μL/L的 2 0倍、5 0倍和 10 0倍 ,不同剂量给鸡饮水…     

养蜂小经验拾零

1 .繁殖期摆放蜂箱有学问 ,如两箱摆在一起 ,要平行放置 ,不要一前一后 ,否则蜜蜂会偏集 ,一些飞翔蜂飞入前箱 ,使后一箱削弱。2 .养蜂人最忌分些弱群充数 ,弱群无生产能力 ,不能生产任何蜂产品 ,白白消耗饲料。四平市某蜂场 ,将春季出室 40余群蜂 ,分成 70多个弱群 ,因无生产能力 ,白白错过刺槐、椴树、荞麦花期 ,一年滴蜜没收 ,更谈不上取浆 ,越冬还需大量喂糖。3 .本村买蜂防返回。本地或本村买蜂 ,因相距不远 ,不能直接运回家 ,要先运往 4公里以外地方暂放一周 ,再运回家。否则因本村相距不足 3公里 ,部分飞翔蜂会返回原场 ,造成损失。4…

Mechanization of irrigated rice cropping regions in China

The mechanization of rice production in China has experienced a comparatively long and an undulating process. The full-scale making of mechanization of irrigated rice cropping regions was started at the mid 1960's, later than that of upland cropping and its average level of mechanization operation also lower than the average level of the country. During this peiod, however, a series of mechines were created, which adapted to the characteristics of rice cropping regions in China, and the foundation was laid for the later paddy field machinery.
