社会工作视野下高校和谐教育的构建

基于对我国当前高校不和谐现状的分析,秉持社会工作的理念和视角,探索了我国高校和谐教育的含义,并就社会工作作为一种专业方法在建设高校和谐教育中的策略进行了探讨与创新.     

科学发展观的评价指标体系构建

本文通过对科学发展观基本内涵的剖析，以及专家们的见仁见智，得出科学的发展观应该是经济发展、社会进步、生态良好，并通过运用模糊数学方法在层次分析法的基础上对一些核心的量化指标进行了综合评价和权重的优化，进而构建了科学发展观的评价指标体系，以期能更为科学地评价我们的社会是否在更加科学地发展。     

甘肃省建立农村社会保障制度研究——以甘肃徽县麻安村为例

在对甘肃省徽县麻安村的贫困特征调查分析的基础上,探索新时期扶贫开发模式改革与建立农村社会保障制度的必要性.据此,提出在甘肃建立负所得税农村生活保障体制的构想.     

Informing Community Engagement in Sea Turtle Conservation by Examining Non-Conservation-Related Participation in Northeast Brazil

Participation in conservation programs is often viewed as a necessity, but understanding of this participation is limited. This research takes a different approach by also examining participation in non-conservation-related activities. Questionnaires (N = 339) were administered in four Brazilian coastal communities where the national sea turtle conservation project conducts monitoring and outreach. Employing social capital as a conceptual framework, measurements included participation in civic, community, and social activities along with group participation and collective action. Confirmatory factor analysis was used for validating measures of social capital and conservation perceptions. Structural equation modeling indicated that social capital has a positive relationship with participation in sea turtle conservation, suggesting that general levels of participation and community norms of participation could be just as influential as conservation perceptions to engage communities in conservation. Information gained by deconstructing participation may be used to design and target conservation programs, improving overall participation.     

村改居社区社会资本的现状调查与思考——以南京市花岗幸福城为例

从社会资本的视角出发,通过社区归属感、互惠、社区凝聚力、社区认同感、社区信任和地方性社会网络的6个维度21项指标对南京市村改居社区花岗幸福城的社区社会资本进行了测量。结果表明:村改居社区社会资本总体水平不错,但地方性社会网络、社区信任中存在着较大的个体差异,应当引起重视;针对目前的不足,从建立政府、社区自治组织和非政府组织之间的社会关系网络,培育公共精神和公民意识,增强社区制度规范化、配套化程度等方面提出了培育村改居社区社会资本的途径。     

中国农村社会保障资金的筹集和管理研究

我国要建立起符合自己国情的农村现代社会保障体系，就必须尽快地解决社会保障资金的筹集和管理等相关问题。当前我国农村社会保障体系建设主要存在资金来源不足、管理混乱和使用效率低下等问题。为此，一方面必须建立规范的资金筹集机制，增加保障资金的来源渠道，另一方面需要加强农村社套保障资金的监督管理，增强资金的保值增值能力。     

The tree tenure factor in agroforestry with particular reference to Africa

Rights over trees are often distinct from rights over land. Tree tenure consists of a bundle of rights over trees and their produce which may be held by different people at different times. These rights include the right to own or inherit trees, the right to plant trees, the right to use trees and tree products, the right to dispose of trees and the right to exclude others from the use of trees and tree products. Factors affecting who had rights include the nature of the tree, the nature of the use and the nature of the person or group. Landowners and tree plants tend to be relatively advantaged in terms of their rights to trees. Those with temporary claims to the land and, in some case, women, tend to be disadvantaged. The implications of tree tenure issues for the design of agroforestry projects are discussed.

Resumen Los derechos sobre los arboles muchas veces son distintos a los derechos sobre la tierra. La propiedad del arbol consiste en un lote o derechos sobre arboles y sus productos que pueden ser mantenidos por distintas personas en distintos tiempos. Estos derechos incluyen el derecho a poseer o heredar arboles, el derecho a plantar arboles, el derecho a usar arboles y los productos arboreos, el derecho a disponer de los arboles y el derecho a excluir a otros del uso de los arboles y los productos arboreos. Se incluyen en los factores que afectan quienes tienen determinados derechos la naturaleza de los arboles, la naturaleza de su uso y la naturaleza dela persona o grupo. Terratenientes y plantadores de arboles tienden a tener ventajas en terminos de sus derechos sobre los arboles. Aquellos con derechos temporales y en algunos casos las mujeres tienden a estar en desventaja. Aqui se discute la problematica de las implicancias de la tenencia de los arboles para el diseno de proyectos silvo-agropecuarios.

     

试谈高校图书馆的社会化服务

论述了高校图书馆向社会开放、为公众服务的必然性,总结了高校图书馆开展社会化服务的方式,提出了加强特色馆藏资源建设是社会化服务的资源保证。     

生态规划推进基层社会治理范式转换研究

本研究旨在通过分析包容性生态规划中各利益相关者的作用,指出其能够推动社会治理范式的转换。生态规划是中国正在推行的区域国土空间规划的一项重要内容,它是沟通自然与社会生态系统的桥梁,通过生态规划过程推进基层社会治理能力是区域国土空间规划能够取得成效的关键。本研究基于2000年以来的研究和实践,分析生态规划中基层政府及其部门、公众、规划师、其他社会力量等各方在生态规划的编制、实施、监测与评估等交互合作过程中的作用,将生态规划面临的两种社会治理范式进行了比较,指出生态规划包容合作的治理范式有能力助力社会治理范式转换。通过对包容性生态规划过程的描述,指出可以通过其具体过程中协调主体间性的方式助力社会治理转变为各利益相关者共同参与的、多方合作的治理体系和多元协商平台。     

Behaviour in one fast-growing and one slower-growing broiler (Gallus gallus domesticus) hybrid fed a high- or low-protein diet during a 10-week rearing period

This study compared behavioural time budgets, presence of comfort behaviours and social behaviours in two different broiler genotypes (the fast-growing Ross 308 (R) and the slower-growing Rowan Ranger (RR)) fed organic diets with high (17.0% crude protein (CP)) or low (14.5% CP) protein content during a 10-week rearing period. 429-day-old chicks (218 R and 211 RR, respectively) were included in the study and behaviour was recorded at 2, 6 and 9 weeks of age. The results showed no effect of diet treatments but that R broilers were less active and sat, ate and drank more frequently than RR broilers, which stood and perched more frequently. However, both hybrids showed decreasing activity and foraging behaviour with increasing age, while time spent eating and sleeping was approximately similar over the entire rearing period.
