添加溢康素对肉用鹌鹑效果实验   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
选用1日龄肉用鹌鹑80羽,随机分为对照组(基础日粮)和试验组(基础日粮添加0.1%溢康素),研究日粮添加溢康素(寡聚糖)对肉用鹌鹑生产性能、抗腹泻、及血清胆固醇含量的影响。结果表明:试验组鹌鹑的日增重提高,料肉比降低(P<0.05),腹泻率降低(P<0.05),血清总胆固醇和肉中胆固醇含量分别降低了12.5(P<0.05)和1.9%。试验结果表明,寡聚糖对肉用鹌鹑的生产性能有促进作用,降低腹泻率,降低血清胆固醇含量和肉中胆固醇的含量。  相似文献

利用3种不同蛋白能量比配合日粮对荷斯坦奶公犊进行育肥,结果表明:高蛋白能量比日粮组在整个育肥期平均总增重和平均日增重与低蛋白能量比日粮组差异显著(P<0.05),而中蛋白能量比日粮组同高、低2个蛋白能量比日粮组差异均不显著(P>0.05)。在3个试验组中,高蛋白能量比日粮组的饲料报酬和经济效益最高,中蛋白能量比日粮组次之,低蛋白能量比日粮组最低。不同日粮对血液生化指标产生一定的影响,但试验测定值均在正常的生理范围内。在采食试验日粮后,除低蛋白能量比日粮组的血清总脂比采食前有所降低外,各试验组的其它指标,如血清总蛋白、葡萄糖以及血清尿素氮的浓度都升高了。  相似文献

The study was conducted on six reindeers in December. It was established that concentration of reducing sugars in the chyme of jejunum increases substantially (6 times in comparison with abomasum), whereas concentration cellulose, on the contrary, decreases (4.5 times). The maximal increase of monosaccharides in the small intestine testifies to formation of metabolic fund of sugars in this part of the alimentary tract due to high degree of polysaccharides hydrolysis of exogenous, as well as endogenous, microbial formation. Obtained data assume that the need of the reindeer for glucose is provided for not only by gluconeogenesis as it was considered before, but also by absorption of monosaccharides from the alimentary tract.  相似文献

利用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶梯度电泳对贵州矮脚黄鸡、兴义矮脚鸡的血清前白蛋白(Pa)、白蛋白(Alb)、后白蛋白(Po)、运铁蛋白(Tf—1,Tf—2)5个位点多态性进行检测。结果表明:除Pa位点在矮脚黄鸡表现为单态,在兴义矮脚鸡表现为多态外,其它4个血清蛋白位点在两鸡种均具多态性,诸位点分别受2~3个(复)等位基因控制。Hardy-Weinberg平衡状态检测结果表明,两群体的Tf—1、Tf—2位点基因型频率都偏离了Hardy-Weinberg平衡状态。兴义矮脚鸡的有效等位基因数和期望杂合度(1.8792,0.4539)较大,矮脚黄鸡(1.7538,0.3772)较小,表明兴义矮脚鸡较矮脚黄鸡的遗传变异度大。  相似文献

The study was conducted to investigate the effect of relaxin on motility, acrosome reaction (AR), viability and utilization of glucose in fresh and frozen‐thawed bovine spermatozoa. Both semen samples were washed twice through centrifugation (5 min at 600 g), and preincubated for 1 h at 39°C for swim up. The swim‐up separated spermatozoa were resuspended in a sperm Tyrode's albumin lactate pyruvate (Sp‐TALP) medium containing 0 (control) and 40 ng/mL porcine relaxin and incubated for 0–6 h. Sperm motility was determined on the basis of movement quality examined by a phase contrast microscope. Sperm viability and AR were evaluated by using the triple staining technique. The incorporation and oxidation of 14C‐glucose was assessed by a liquid scintillation counter. Motility was improved (P < 0.05) in both fresh and frozen‐thawed spermatozoa by the addition of relaxin to the Sp‐TALP medium, whereas relaxin showed no significant effect on viability in either fresh or frozen‐thawed spermatozoa. The percentage of AR increased (P < 0.05) when fresh or frozen‐thawed spermatozoa were incubated with relaxin. In contrast, the incorporation and oxidation of 14C‐glucose increased (P < 0.05) in both kinds of spermatozoa incubated with relaxin. Thus the results demonstrated that the addition of relaxin to the Sp‐TALP medium increased the motility, AR and utilization of glucose in fresh and frozen‐thawed bovine spermatozoa.  相似文献

Objective: To test the agreement between 3 common methods of glucose measurement in a population of critically ill foals presenting to a neonatal intensive care unit. Design: Prospective clinical study. Setting: University large animal hospital neonatal intensive care unit. Animals: Sequentially admitted critically ill neonatal foals <30 days of age. Interventions: Venous blood obtained from a jugular vein was used for determination of blood glucose concentration using point‐of‐care (POC) glucometry (GLU), a laboratory chemistry technique (CHEM) and a multi‐electrode blood gas analyzer (BG). Paired data were compared using Lin's concordance correlation, Pearson's correlation and robust regression. Bias and limits of agreement were investigated using the technique of Bland and Altman. Measurements and main results: Concordance was significant for all comparisons and was strongest for CHEM‐BG while weakest for GLU‐BG. Pearson's correlation was excellent for all comparisons: CHEM‐BG, 0.98; GLU‐BG, 0.94; GLU‐CHEM, 0.96. All comparisons had significant robust regression coefficients: CHEM‐BG, 0.99; GLU‐BG, 0.80; GLU‐CHEM, 0.79. For Bland–Altman analysis, mean differences (mean±SD, 95% limits of agreement) were: GLU‐BG (?33±18 mg/dL, ?68.6 to 1.5); GLU‐CHEM (?20±16 mg/dL, ?51.0 to 10.9); CHEM‐BG (13±11 mg/dL, ?8.7 to 34.7). Conclusions: This study demonstrates that glucometry has less than ideal agreement with a laboratory standard and another POC test, blood gas analysis. These differences may be clinically important and decisions regarding management of glucose concentrations in critically ill foals should be made with these differences in mind.  相似文献

ABSTRACT:   Two experiments were conducted to determine the capability of the giant gouramy Osphronemus gouramy to assimilate dietary carbohydrate. In experiment 1, fingerlings with an initial body weight of 29–32 g were fed diets containing 20.8, 35.6, 49.8 and 57.0% carbohydrate three times daily, to satiation, for 40 days. In experiment 2, subadults with an initial body weight of 78.7–79.5 g were fed diets containing 21.2, 30.1, 38.6 and 47.5% carbohydrate three times daily, to satiation, for 60 days. The diets had the same amount of protein and the same energy content. The results of experiment 1 showed that the blood glucose levels of fish fed high carbohydrate diets (49.8 and 57.0%) in the 18 h postprandial were lower than those of fish fed low carbohydrate diets (20.8 and 35.6%). The peak of the blood glucose levels in all treatments was found 5 h postprandial. Experiment 2 showed that the blood glucose level of fish was the same among treatments; and the peak of the blood glucose levels was found 9 h postprandially. It was also found that the protein retention, daily growth rate and feed efficiency of the dietary 20.8% carbohydrate levels in experiment 1 were all significantly higher than in other treatments; whereas those in experiment 2 showed no significant difference among the treatments ( P  > 0.05). In both experiments 1 and 2, lipid retention increased significantly as the dietary carbohydrate level was elevated ( P  < 0.05). It was concluded that fingerlings of giant gouramy have a lower capability for utilizing dietary carbohydrate, and of the treatments, the 20.8% diet was optimal, whereas subadults could utilize diets with higher carbohydrate levels, as high as 47.5%.  相似文献

DNases were demonstrated in samples of colostrum and blood serum from man and various domestic animals. The measurable DNase activity recorded was highest in samples from cat and dog and lowest in samples from goat, horse, pig and sheep. In contrast to DNases produced by certain bacteria, these enzymes were thermo-labile and the activity was maximal in the area pH 5.0–5.5.A modification of an agar medium originally described for the demonstration of bacterial DNases was found to be suitable for assays of DNases from colostrum, milk and serum.  相似文献

Determinations of plasma volume were made of 9 clinically healthy Swedish Red and White calves from birth to 90 days of age by means of the isotop dilution technique. Commercially available 131I labelled human serum albumin was used. Calculation of the total blood volume was based on the plasma volume and packed cell volume.The plasma and blood volumes increased per kg body weight in average 17 and 14% respectively from directly after birth to 24 hrs. old. From 1 to 90 days of age the plasma and blood volume fell steadily per kg body weight. Plasma volume expressed as a percentage of body weight was 5.3% at birth, 6.5% at 1 day old, and 4.9% at 90 days old. Corresponding values for blood volume were 8.4, 9.3 and 7.0%.  相似文献

By using a therapeutic dietary supplementation in pigs, which had developed the vitamin Ε and selenium deficiency (VESD) syndrome, the same amounts of α-tocopheryl acetate and selenium were found to be effective as under prophylactic conditions. The experiment thus supported the conclusions that the addition of 5 mg DL-α-tocopheryl acetate/kg and 135 μg selenium/kg to a diet, which contained only traces of vitamin Ε and selenium, represents a level of minimal requirement. Glutathione peroxidase activity in blood serum was used to evaluate the selenium status in pigs. A modified method for determination of tocopherol in fat tissue was described. The addition of 15 mg α-tocopheryl acetate/kg diet was demonstrated to be sufficient to maintain the tocopherol stores in body fat at an unchanged level.  相似文献
