在黄海北部首次发现短鳍

短鳍 Kyphosus lembus (Cuvier et valenciennes)为热带和亚热带海水鱼类,在我国南海和东海已有记录.1998年8月在辽宁省长海县海域采到标本1尾,系黄渤海区鱼类新记录.     

滑刃线虫属（Aphelenchoides Fischer,1894）的2个国内新记录种

描述了滑刃线虫属（Aphelenchoides Fischer,1894)的2个国内新记录种：游泳滑刃线虫(Aphelenchoides hechaleos)和内卷滑刃线虫(A.involutus)。游泳滑刃线虫采自辽宁省盖州市熊岳镇莴苣(Lactuca sativa)的根际土壤中，它与近似种拟游泳滑刃线虫(A.paranechaleos)的主要区别是雌虫尾较长，尾的形状是腹面凸（而拟游泳滑刃线虫的尾较短，尾的形状是背面凸，腹面凹），雄虫交合刺背杆的弯曲程度较小。内卷滑刃线虫采自辽宁省凌海市苍耳(Xanthium sibiricum)及山东济南大花金鸡菊(Coreopsis grandiflora)的根际土壤中，它与近似种A.jacobi的主要区别是雌虫尾向腹面弯曲程度较大，尾后部呈钩状，尾较长。     

珠江水系鳞科（Bagridae）鱼类一新记录

鲇形目,鳞科的长须黄颡鱼Pelteobagrus eupogon在广西桂林漓江首次发现,为珠江水系新记录。采集标本1尾,全长254．78mm,标准体长207．70mm,背鳍Ⅱ-6,胸鳍Ⅱ-6,腹鳍i-5,臀鳍19,外部第一鳃弓鳃耙数16;标准体长为体高的9．32倍,为头长的6．46倍,头长为吻长的3．96倍,为眼径的4．21倍,眼间距的2．25倍,尾柄长为尾柄高的3．09倍。     

湖南淡水水母一新记录——信阳桃花水母

在湖南临澧采得淡水水母标本,伞径５３～１２０ｍｍ,平均伞径８．８ｍｍ,触手２６８～５８６条,平均４４７条,主辐触手４条显著长于其他触手,刺丝囊疣圆锥形呈环状排列,生殖腺呈长三角扁囊状,淡绿色;平衡囊呈管状,数量在７２～１５４个,平均为１０８个;经鉴定为信阳桃花水母（Ｃｒａｓｐｅｄａｃｕｓｔａｘｉｎｙａｎｇｅｎｓｉｓ）,系湖南省分布的新记录。     

浅议岩土工程勘察中的野外钻探

野外钻探是岩土工程勘察的基础和技术依据，其质量的好坏直接影响到报告的准确性。但在实际操作过程中，野外钻探存在许多问题，应该引起从业人员的足够重视。本文主要介绍野外钻探的任务和内容，并简要分析操作过程中存在的问题。     

无孔小咽属线虫2个新记录种的报道

2008年在采集到的胶南市蓝莓(Vaccinium corymbosum L.)根际土中,分离鉴定出无孔小咽属2个中国新记录种,分别为非同无孔小咽线虫Aporcelaimellus alius和食淀粉无孔小咽线虫A.amylovorus。其中,非同无孔小咽线虫A.alius的鉴定特征是雌虫虫体强壮,唇区缢缩明显,角质层由明显的两层组成,阴唇骨化明显,尾长是肛门处体宽的0.7～0.8倍;食淀粉无孔小咽线虫A.amylovorus的鉴定特征是虫体中等,唇区缢缩明显,角质层光滑,由两层构成,雌虫阴唇骨化明显,尾长是肛门处体宽的0.9～1.1倍。     

地图衣的2个中国新记录种

地图衣主要分布于极地和温带高海拔地区,全世界约有200种。中国已经发现的地图衣仅有28种。该文报道了地图衣的2个中国新记录种(Rhizocarpon concentricum和R.geminatum),并提供了这2种地衣的详细特征照片。     

象虫金小蜂中国新记录

本文首次报道了象虫金小蜂在中国的分布,并用图文简要地描述其特征。该蜂是四纹豆象、米象、谷象、玉米象、烟草甲和药材甲等重要贮藏物害虫的天敌。     

<Emphasis Type="Italic">Amaranthus leaf mottle virus</Emphasis>: 3′-end RNA sequence proves classification as distinct virus and reveals affinities within the genus <Emphasis Type="Italic">Potyvirus</Emphasis>

Amaranthus leaf mottle virus (AmLMV) was classified as a member of the genus Potyvirus on the basis of its particle morphology, serology, and biological properties (Casetta et al., 1986). Based on these properties, an Amaranthus viridis-infecting virus isolated in Spain, causing mottle and leaf blistering as well as reduced growth has been identified as AmLMV. The 3′ terminal genomic region of this and a reference isolate from Italy has been sequenced and reveals a 95% nucleotide identity between the two isolates. The sequenced part comprises the coat protein with 281 amino acids and 315 nucleotides of the 3′ untranslated region (UTR) preceding a polyadenylated tail. Pairwise comparisons and phylogenetic analysis of the nucleotide and deduced amino acid sequences of the CP and 3′ UTR of the cloned cDNAs with those of other potyviruses shows that AmLMV is a distinct potyvirus closely related to Potato virus Y.     

根结线虫在中国的新纪录种——西班牙根结线虫(Meloidogyne hispanica Hirschmann)

 A root-knot nematode, Meloidogyne hispanica Hirschmann, was first described and illustrated from roots of papaya in Danzhou, Hainan province in China. The perineal pattern of female was characterized by oval shaped to rectangular with a low dorsal arch; dorsal striae varied from fine and wavy to coarse; lateral lines forked with fringe-like striae between lines and phasmidial ducts distinctly appeared. Male had high and rounded head region with labial disc and medial lips fused to form elongate lip structures. Second-stage juve-nile had distinct body annules and stylet with rounded, posteriorly sloping knobs, and the tail terminus was slender with indistinct hyaline. This Chinese new record of M. hispanica had a unique esterase phenotype (S2-M1) which was different from that of other Meloidogyne species.
