THE APPLICATION OF SAND-GRAVEL-CUSHION TECHNIOUE IN THE FOUNDATION OF MOUNTAINOUS AREA

This paper presents the application of sand-gravel-cushion technique in thefoundation of mountainous area inhomogeneity and analyges non-uniformity of the foundation inmountainous,It is different from the traditional theory of sand-cushion,This is a new developmentand able to make a full use of the rock debris fill and the combinational soil-rock foundation in the mountainous areas.     

Representation of Uncertain Area in Image Based on Cloud-model

Aiming at the problem of representation of regions in the process of image processing, the paper presents a method applied to representation of spatial uncertain area in image based on Cloud-model. In two-dimension universe of discourse of image, the linguistic term of the polygons, which have uncertain edge, can be accomplished by relaxation iteration. The linguistic term of the polygons can be considered Cloud-core of Cloud-model. Based on the characteristics of pixels of transition region of fuzzy edge, Object-clouds of polygons can be constructed by Backward-cloud-generator. So Object-cloud can be representation model of spatial uncertain area and spatial uncertain area in image can be represented by digital characteristics of Object-cloud. Experiments testify the method. It enriches the cloud theory, and proposes a new idea for image comprehending and analyzing, especially remote sensing image.     

山区庄园式开发模式研究——以河北省元氏县为例

本文对河北省元氏县山区庄园式开发模式进行了论述,该模式通过山区“四荒”(荒山、荒坡、荒沟、荒滩)地使用权的拍卖调动了群众治理荒山的积极性,将“庄”与“园”相结合,对山区进行综合性、立体化治理,实现了生态效益、经济效益和社会效益的协调发展,是实现山区农民脱贫致富的有效途径。     

东北地区农机制造业的地位和作用及发展措施

农业装备是农业现代化的重要物质基础,是提高农业生产效率、保障资源充分与有效利用和环境友好与可持续发展的有效工具,是用工业化和信息化改造传统农业的有效载体,是装备"三农"的战略产业,对保障国家粮食安全、农民增收、农业增效、农村发展起着重要作用.为此,分析了农机制造在机械工业、东北区域经济中的地位与作用;阐述了农机制造业存在的问题;鉴于目前东北地区农机制造业的现状,提出了其今后发展的措施.     

武汉市青山地区老粘土的变形参数及承载性能研究

基于室内土工试验和现场试验成果，对武汉市青山地区的老粘土地基的变形参数进行研究；利用ANSYS有限元软件对老粘土地基进行数值模拟，并与构筑物地基沉降实测值对比，对地基承载性能进行研究。在小于600kPa荷载的作用下，可用Ew作为沉降计算参数；老粘土具有较高的承载能力，由老粘土构成的地基，其承载能力可按《建筑地基基础设计规范》中推荐的公式计算。     

河北太行山区土地利用变化及其社会驱动机制分析

以河北太行山区为例,从土地利用动态变化入手,结合社会经济因素,定性与定量地探讨土地利用变化的驱动力;基于1987年和2000年两期遥感影像提取土地利用信息,分析土地利用类型数量、速度和结构等变化;通过构建土地利用结构与社会经济数据的相对变化数据库,建立社会经济驱动因素指标体系,对土地利用变化的驱动力进行相关分析和主成分分析;在定量分析基础上,从人口、经济、科技和政策等4个层面揭示其社会经济驱动机制.

Farmers' irrigation practices in a high rainfall area

Recent droughts in the humid southeastern United States have focused attention on the need for and use of supplemental irrigation. Total annual rainfall amounts are sufficient for most crops in the region. However, erratic distribution of rainfall and the low water-holding capacities of most soils in the region cause frequent drought stresses in many crops. An on-farm study was conducted in southeastern Alabama to evaluate the effects of farmers' irrigation scheduling decisions on soil moisture variations in peanut fields irrigated with center-pivot irrigation systems. The study showed that the way irrigation was practiced in this high rainfall area often caused soil moisture deficit (SMD) level higher than the desired SMD limit during over 20% of the 140-day growing season. This is partially due to farmers' tendency to delay irrigation in anticipation of rainfall which may or may not occur, as rainfall during the growing season is often erratic and local. In contrast SMD in non-irrigated fields was higher than the SMD limit for half of the growing season.Abbreviations SMD soil moisture deficit - ET evapotranspiration - R_eff effective rainfall - WHC water holding capacity     

黑龙江省垦区2OO3年农业机械化水平评价

根据已有的农机化评价体系,调查了黑龙江垦区2003年农机化实际值,计算出了该年垦区的农业机械化水平,并进行分析评价。这对于今后提高黑龙江垦区农业机械化的综合保障能力、农机经营效益以及农业机械化水平的进一步提高有着重要的指导意义。
