试验旨在观察日粮中添加荞麦蜂花粉多糖对肉仔鸡免疫功能、血脂及抗氧化能力的影响。将200羽1日龄AA肉仔鸡随机分为空白对照组、试验1、2、3组,每组5个重复,每个重复10羽。其中对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验1、2、3组分别在基础日粮中添加500.0、1000.0、1500.0 mg/kg的荞麦蜂花粉多糖。饲养试验期为42 d。结果表明,与对照组相比,试验1、2、3组可显著提高肉仔鸡脾脏指数、胸腺指数与血清IgG含量,能显著升高血清SOD与GSH-Px活性,降低MDA含量(P<0.05)。另外,试验2、3组还可显著提高法氏囊指数与血清IgA、IgM含量,并明显降低血清胆固醇含量(P<0.05)。但各试验组对肉仔鸡生长性能、甘油三酯含量无明显影响(P>0.05)。试验结果表明,基础日粮中添加荞麦蜂花粉多糖,可明显促进肉仔鸡免疫功能,降低血清胆固醇,并明显提高肉仔鸡抗氧化能力。提示荞麦蜂花粉多糖可能是一种较好的纯天然肉仔鸡免疫增强剂与抗氧化剂。  相似文献

Free lipids (FL), bound lipids (BL) and total lipids (TL) were determined by the Soxhlet method in whole ground spelt (Triticum aestivum ssp. spelta L.) and hexaploid winter wheat (T. aestivum) samples. Ninety-one samples of spelt and 78 samples of winter wheat were analysed in the present study. The available material is representative of the wide variability found in spelt (true spelt forms compared with spelt wheat hybrid material). The results show that spelt differs from winter wheat by a higher FL and TL content (on average, 1·3 times and 1·2 times respectively). Furthermore, our results demonstrate that FL account for most of the high TL content of spelt as compared to winter wheat. Lipid content is a parameter which allows a distinction between spelt and winter wheat. This could be useful for breeders to classify spelt varieties.  相似文献

Two trials were performed with sea bass juveniles to study the effect of dietary protein (trial I) and lipid (trial II) levels on the metabolic utilization of diets at 25 °C. The effect of water temperature (18 and 25 °C) on metabolism was also tested in trial I. For that purpose, oxygen consumption and ammonia excretion were measured both in fed and in 9-days starved fish. In trial I, diets were formulated to be isoenergetic (GE: 19.4 kJ g–1) and to have 36, 42, 48 and 56% protein; in trial II, diets were formulated to be isonitrogenous (48% protein) and to have 12, 18, 24 and 30% lipid. In trial I, feed intake (g kg–1 day–1), and daily ammonia excretion and oxygen consumption significantly increased with water temperature. However, when expressed relatively to intake there was no significant effect of temperature on ammonia excretion (% N intake) or heat production (% GE intake). Heat increment of feeding (% GE intake) was neither affected by diet composition nor by water temperature. The relative contribution of protein catabolism to total energy expenditure significantly increased with dietary protein level, but was not affected by water temperature. In trial II, both daily ammonia excretion and oxygen consumption were inversely correlated to dietary lipid levels. Nitrogen excretion, heat production, heat increment of feeding, non-fecal losses (% intake) and the relative contribution of protein to total energy expenditure were also inversely related to dietary lipid levels. Results of this study indicate that the main effect of water temperature was to modify feed intake, not the metabolic utilization of diets. Indeed, expressed relatively to nitrogen or energy intakes, both nitrogen and energy budgets were not significantly affected by water temperature. A decrease of dietary protein to energy ratio, by modifying either dietary protein or lipid levels, spared protein utilization for metabolism, and this effect was essentially due to a decrease of non-fecal nitrogen excretion and of the heat increment of feeding.  相似文献

An 83‐day feeding trial was carried out to determine the effect of different dietary protein and lipid levels on the growth performances and carcass composition of white seabream. Juveniles (10.7±0.2 g) were fed to satiation on four diets, varying in protein (15% and 28%) and lipid (12% and 16%) levels. The best growth performance was observed in fish fed on diets with higher protein level. Dietary lipids did not affect growth performance. Voluntary feed intake decreased with a increasing dietary protein level at both dietary lipid levels. Feed conversion ratio improved with the increase in dietary protein and lipid levels. Carcass composition remained unaltered by dietary protein levels (P>0.05). Carcass protein content tended to decrease, while lipid content tended to increase in groups fed on 16% lipid, compared with the 12% lipid groups. Additionally, protein retention was higher in fish fed on low‐protein and low‐lipid levels, compared with the high‐protein and high‐lipid group (29% vs. 19%). Lipid retention increased significantly with dietary protein level (P<0.001). Energy retention improved with dietary protein, but was not affected by dietary lipid levels. On the basis of our results, feeding white seabream on 15% dietary protein had a negative effect on growth and feed utilization. Dietary lipid did not induce a protein‐sparing action in Diplodus sargus juveniles.  相似文献

The composition of tail muscle fatty acids from wild and cultured bluefin tuna reared on a diet based on herring and sardine, along with the plasma lipid profile of the farmed individuals, was determined. The total lipid content of farmed bluefin in this study was 0.922 g/100 g or 3.49 g of saturated fatty acids (SAFA), 4.48 g of monounsaturated fatty acids (MUFA), 2.58 g polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA) n‐3 and 0.37 g of PUFA n‐6 fatty acids; for wild specimens, it was 0.920 g/100 g, or 2.85 g of SAFA, 4.82 g of MUFA, 2.78 g PUFA n‐3 and 0.27 g of PUFA n‐6 fatty acids. The major fatty acids in this study were 16:0; 16:1, n‐7; 18:1, n‐9 and DHA 22:6, n‐3 acids. The sum of these major components accounted for more than 57% and 80% of the total fatty acids in all the samples of farmed and wild tuna respectively. No significant differences in the proximate composition were demonstrated between farmed and wild samples, except for the energy value, in favour of the farmed tuna. Statistically, glucose tends to increase together with cholesterol (CHOL) and plasma triglyceride, as for these pairs, it showed positive correlation coefficients and P>0.05. Some measured tuna metabolites demonstrated strong mutual correlations, especially GLU, CHOL and TRIG, which are crucial factors in the lipid profile of animals.  相似文献

As with many species of seahorses, Hippocampus hippocampus wild populations are being subjected to uncontrolled exploitation in their natural environment. Thus, aquaculture could contribute to satisfy the commercial demand for animals while promoting the recovery of wild stocks. The present study was conducted to compare the effect of the substituting Artemia nauplii with rotifers for first feeding seahorse juveniles. Survival, growth and biochemical composition of prey organisms and fish were studied during the feeding trial. In addition, to help the biometric study, an anaesthetic test was also carried out using clove oil. The results showed excellent survival (average 60%) in juveniles exclusively fed with Artemia, with better values than those reported previously obtained by other authors for this species. By comparison, high mortality and poor growth were observed during first feeding with seahorses fed on rotifers. This could have been related to the lower energy intake and poorer nutritional value of the rotifers. Furthermore, clove oil concentrations of 25 ppm were found to work well as an anaesthetic for seahorse juveniles. Overall, first feeding Artemia alone was found to be an efficient and simplified method for feeding young H. hippocampus fry, building the principles for their culture for ornamental or re‐stocking purposes.  相似文献

选用360尾翘嘴红鲌(Erythrocutler ilishaeformis Bleeker),体质量约40g。随机分成为2组,分别为高脂组(脂肪质量分数19.93%,碳水化合物质量分数14.45%)、低脂组(脂肪质量分数9.92%,碳水化合物质量分数12.38%),每组设3个重复,饲养8周。分别于摄食后0h、3h、6h、12h、24h测定血液指标、糖代谢酶葡萄糖激酶(Glucokinase,GK,E.C.2.7.1.1)以及葡萄糖-6-磷酸酶(glucose-6-phosphatase,G6Pase,E.C.3.1.3.9)活性及基因表达,并分析高脂肪与低脂肪水平日粮对翘嘴红鲌生长的影响。与低脂水平日粮相比,高脂水平日粮组血液甘油三酯水平和游离脂肪酸水平分别在摄食后3h、12h有增加现象,肝胰脏粗蛋白与脂肪含量有显著增加(P<0.05)。与低脂水平日粮相比,在摄食后3~12h高脂肪水平日粮组糖代谢酶GK的mRNA水平显著增加(P<0.05),但是日粮脂肪水平并不能显著影响GK活性(P>0.05)。在摄食后3~24h高脂肪水平日粮组糖代谢酶G6Pase的mRNA水平得到显著促进,并在摄食后24hG6Pase活性显著增加(P<0.05)。因此,摄食高脂肪水平日粮能增加肝胰脏粗蛋白与脂肪含量,造成翘嘴红鲌高血糖效应,诱导G6Pase酶活性及基因的表达,这可能是影响翘嘴红鲌碳水化合物利用的原因之一。  相似文献

Four isonitrogenous (300 g kg?1 crude protein), isoenergetic (21 kJ g?1) experimental diets were formulated to contain fish oil (FO), soybean oil (SBO), crude palm oil (CPO) and linseed oil (LO), respectively, as the lipid sources, added at 120 g kg?1 of crude lipid each. The diets were fed by hand to triplicate groups of Pangasius nasutus (Bleeker, 1863) juveniles (mean weight 10.66 ± 0.04 g), to apparent satiation twice daily for 12 weeks. Fish survival rate was 100% among all the treatments. Growth performance (DGR) was similar among fish fed the SBO, CPO and LO diets, but was significantly (P < 0.05) higher in the CPO compared to fish fed the control (FO) diet. Fish fed SBO and CPO diets also recorded significantly (P < 0.05) higher intraperitoneal fat compared to fish fed the control, whereas fish fed the LO diet did not significantly differ from the other treatments. Muscle and liver fatty acid profile of fish from all the treatments generally mirrored the composition of the diets fed and the major fatty acids recorded were 18:3n‐3 and 18:2n‐6 in the tissues of fish fed the LO and SBO treatments, respectively. Results of this study suggests that P. nasutus fed diets containing vegetable oils (especially CPO and SBO) produce better growth performance, without compromising fish survival and feed efficiency compared with those fed a diet containing only FO.  相似文献

In each of two separate experiments, eggs from a single female goldfish were fertilized, incubated at 22°C and sampled regularly up to day 6 when the larvae could be expected to commence feeding. Hatching normally occurred on Day 4. Lipids were extracted from the eggs and larvae and the neutral lipid and neutral phospholipids were isolated on aminopropyl columns. Fatty acid analysis of the eggs revealed the typical situation in fish where the phospholipids were rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA) and the neutral lipids were rich in monounsaturated fatty acids (MUFA). Assay of lipid masses revealed that little depletion of lipid occurred until after hatch and that the neutral phospholipids were the principal fraction consumed. Although the neutral lipid mass did not change substantially during development, its fatty acid profile did. The proportions of several PUFA in the neutral lipids, especially 226(n–3), 205(n–3) and 204(n–6), increased substantially during development while proportions of MUFA and 182(n–6) declined. The objective of this study was to examine the biochemical composition of intensively reared rotifers after enrichment with three commonly used enrichment media, Multigain, Ori‐Green and DHA‐enriched freshwater algae Chlorella, using standard enrichment protocols at a local cod larvae producer and compare it with that of natural zooplankton from Lofilab AS, a cod larvae producer using semi‐intensive rearing techniques. Unenriched rotifers were analysed to examine whether the enrichment procedures were successful in increasing the content of essential nutrients to level requirements for marine fish larvae. Neither total lipids nor proteins were affected by enrichment. Unenriched rotifers were significantly lower in highly unsaturated fatty acids (HUFAs) and significantly higher in linoleic acid (LA, C18:2, n‐6), than were zooplankton. Enrichment with Chlorella and Multigain increased the HUFAs significantly, while they were slightly reduced after enrichment with Ori‐Green. Total amino acids and mineral content were unaffected by enrichment. Zooplankton was rich in taurine and selenium, whereas rotifers were devoid of it, both prior to and after enrichment. Using zooplankton as a reference for the nutritional requirements of marine fish larvae, results from this study demonstrate that enrichment media currently in use are not effective for enhancing the nutritional quality of rotifers.  相似文献
