Quantitative structure—activity studies of insect growth regulators. XI. Stimulation and inhibition of N-acetylglucosamine incorporation in a cultured integument system by substituted N-tert-butyl-N,N′-dibenzoylhydrazines

The ability to stimulate N-acetylglucosamine (GluNAc) incorporation in-vitro of a number of N-tert-butyl-N,N′-dibenzoylhydrazines having various substituents on both phenyl rings was measured in cultured integument excised from the rice stem borer (Chilo suppressalis Walker). The relationship between in-vitro and larvicidal potency was approximately linear. The substituent effects on variations in the potency were similar between in-vitro and larvicidal activities. An inhibitor of oxidative detoxication, piperonyl butoxide, had no synergistic effects on the in-vitro potency. The ability of some dibenzoylhydrazines to inhibit GluNAc incorporation at exposure periods longer than the optimum for stimulation was also measured in a similar cultured integument system. The relationship between the inhibitory and stimulatory potency indices was linear, indicating that the larvicidal activity of dibenzoylhydrazines is closely related to its ability to stimulate as well as to inhibit GluNAc incorporation into the larval cuticle.

Phenotypic and histological expression of different genetic backgrounds in interactions between lettuce, wild Lactuca spp., L. sativa × L. serriola hybrids and Bremia lactucae

Phenotypic and histological responses of cultivated lettuce (Lactuca sativa) and wild relatives L. saligna, L.␣virosa as well as interspecific crosses derived from L. sativa × L. serriola to two races of Bremia lactucae (CS2, CS9) were investigated. With the exception of L. sativa genotypes, all accessions and hybrids expressed incomplete or complete resistance to both pathogen races, with slight differences at seedling and adult plant stages, respectively. Histological features of the interactions (development of pathogen infection structures and host hypersensitive response to attempted infection) were studied on leaf discs 48 h after inoculation. Interactions with similar phenotypic expression of resistance were characterized by significant variation in rate of development of pathogen infection structures and hypersensitive reactions. Differences found within eight Lactuca spp. accessions and hybrids challenged by two distinct pathogen races are interpreted and discussed.     

甜瓜种质资源亲缘关系的聚类分析

采用数量分类方法，对来源于国内外的48份甜瓜种质资源的17个农艺性状进行了聚类分析，研究其遗传亲缘关系。结果表明，供试材料在生态型上可分为两大类群，即厚皮甜瓜类群和薄皮甜瓜类群，其中厚皮甜瓜与薄皮甜瓜杂交的中间型在亲缘关系上与薄皮甜瓜更为接近，划入薄皮甜瓜类群中。厚皮甜瓜类群和薄皮甜瓜类群又分别划分为2个和6个品种群。     

用微卫星标记研究樱桃品种间的亲缘关系(英文)

从来自不同地理区域的36个樱桃基因型中筛选了33对不同樱桃品种的微卫星引物,以鉴定和描述他们的基因型并确定亲缘关系。33对微卫星引物中,29对获得了预期的扩增片段,17对引物在所研究的36个基因型中产生了多态性高、稳定扩增片段,17个位点共检测到71个等位基因。微卫星分子标记技术可以准确的鉴别所有樱桃品种的基因型,为微卫星序列的通用性提供强有力的证据,可以用蔷薇科李属的序列来区分樱桃品种的不同基因型,根据不同品种的地理起源及其亲缘关系用UPGMA聚类分析法对其基因型进行分类。     

干法膨化宠物饲料技术参数关系的研究

采用双螺杆膨化机干法工艺对宠物全价粉状饲料进行膨化并制粒,研究所得产品的容重与淀粉糊化度、硬度指标之间的关系,以及设备参数和配方特性对颗粒饲料容重的影响。结果表明:容重与淀粉糊化度、硬度密切相关;设备参数与配方特性均对产品容重有极显著影响;通过容重的测定估测其熟度和硬度具有可行性;可以通过调节喂料速度和膨化玉米比例控制产品容重。

优质早籼稻品种的库、源、流特性研究

以优质早籼稻品种佳禾早占为对照,研究优质早籼稻新品种泉珍10号、佳辐占与漳佳占的库、源、流特性。结果表明,泉珍10号库容量大,填库能力强,冠层叶挺直,叶面积指数大,干物质积累总量大,开花后茎鞘干物质向穗部运转量大,对稻谷的贡献率大;佳辐占和漳佳占的库、源、流特性有许多相似之处;佳辐占与漳佳占的主要差异:佳辐占穗粒数少,千粒重较大;漳佳占正好相反。     

木香花挥发性组分的定量结构-色谱保留关系研究

采用分子电性距离矢量(MEDV)表征了木香花挥发性成分的分子结构,建立了色谱定量结构-保留关系(QSRR)模型,同时运用多元线性回归/逐步回归对模型进行变量筛选,建立了53种木香花挥发性成分气相色谱保留时间(tR)与MEDV的定量相关10 变量、 6变量模型及线性保留指数(ILR)的10、7、6变量模型.QSRR模型的建模计算值复相关系数(R)分别为0.949、0.906、0.906、0.949和0.943.留一法交互校验复相关系数(RCV)分别为0.867、0.904、0.905、0.901和0.904.结果表明所建模型具有良好估计能力与稳定性.     

有机化合物的结构编码及在2D—QSPR研究中的应用

本文给出一种新的有机化合物的结构编码方法，此编码方法已用于我们的二维结构－性质相关性研究（2D－QSPR）中。从应用所得结果来看，这种编码方法为化学信息的处理提供了一种方便有效的工具。
