包头南海湖非冰封期浮游植物的时空动态特征 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
为了解包头南海湖浮游植物群落非冰封期的时空动态特征,2017年5-10月,在南海湖设置了12个监测站位,监测浮游植物时空变化,并同步监测水环境因子。结果表明,南海湖12个站位共鉴定出浮游植物146种(含变种);其中,绿藻门(Chlorophyta)59种,蓝藻门(Cyanophyta)31种,硅藻门(Bacillariophyta)37种,裸藻门(Euglenophyta)9种,金藻门(Chrysophyta)5种,黄藻门(Xanthophyta)3种,隐藻门(Cryptophyta)2种。浮游植物密度为23.35×10~6~115.59×10~6个/L;优势度分析表明,5-6月主要以绿藻占优势,优势种为四尾栅藻(Scenedesmus quadricauda)和螺旋弓形藻(Schroederia spiralis);7-9月主要以蓝藻占优势,优势种为微小平裂藻(Merismopedia tenuissima)和水花束丝藻(Aphanizomenon flosaquae);10月以绿藻和硅藻占优势,优势种为四尾栅藻和近缘针杆藻(Synedra affinis)。空间上呈现出沿进水口向湖心区逐渐递增的趋势,湖心区整体密度较高,而排污口和芦苇区处密度相对较低;冗余分析(RDA)表明,氨氮、化学需氧量、pH、叶绿素-a以及水温是影响浮游植物分布的主要水环境因子,绿藻与总氮关系密切,蓝藻主要受总磷的影响,硅藻受pH影响较大。 相似文献

为了方便有效地监测水环境中有氮磷污染物、重金属、农药及其他有机污染物等,笔者研究了水生藻类对水体环境中相应污染物的敏感性和耐受性,以及污染物对水域生态系统中藻类种群结构所造成的影响,分析了污染物对水生藻类的毒理和富集等,获得了大量数据。结果表明,水生藻类对一些水环境污染物具有较好的指示作用,该方法便于直观快速地调查分析相应水体的污染情况。 相似文献

近年来深水网箱养殖设施得到了广泛的应用,浮架作为网箱结构的重要组成部分,其安全性对网箱的设计至关重要。基于有限单元法采用SHELL单元建立了浮架结构的荷载-变形数值模型,对水流作用下浮架的应力和变形进行了数值模拟,并开展物理模型试验对该数值模型进行验证。结果表明,该数值模型可以准确模拟浮架的变形,采用该数值模型,分析了不同流速条件下浮架的变形和应力,数值模拟结果显示:随着流速的增加,浮架的变形和应力逐渐增加。相同流速条件下,注水下潜后,浮架的应力和变形能够显著减小;因此,在强流条件下,可以采用浮架注水的方式,使浮架处于下潜状态,以改善浮架结构的变形和应力分布。 相似文献

于2013年春季、夏季及秋季对威海南部近岸海域表层海水重金属进行调查,分析了重金属含量分布特征并利用重金属综合污染指数(WQI)进行污染评价。采用多元线性回归方法分析了重金属含量与表层海水盐度、pH及化学需要量之间的相关性。结果表明,威海南部近岸海域表层海水水质良好,符合二类海水水质标准,受外源输入的影响较大;综合污染指数均远低于1,呈现从海岸线向外海逐渐降低的趋势;重金属元素含量与环境要素测值(pH、盐度及COD)之间相关性顺序为:As>Hg>Cu>Cd>Pb>Zn。 相似文献

We investigated the relationship between adult (age‐4) return rates for chum salmon (Oncorhynchus keta) originating from the Iwate Prefecture, Japan, and coastal environmental conditions during their early ocean life in coastal residency. We analyzed distributions of water properties via intensive hydrographic observations using a conductivity–temperature–depth profiler. Both the return rates and water properties vary strongly over interannual time scales. We found that the time when the return rate decreased drastically corresponded well to the time when the frequency of warm waters in the coastal residency increased. 相似文献

Fish populations may spawn a vast number of offspring, while only a small and highly variable fraction of a new cohort survives long enough to enter into the fisheries as recruits. It is intuitive that the size and state of the spawning stock, the adult part of the fish population, is important for recruitment. Additionally, environmental conditions can greatly influence survival through vulnerable early life stages until recruitment. To understand what regulates recruitment, an essential part of fish population dynamics, it is thus necessary to explain the impact of fluctuations in both spawning stock and environment, including interactions. Here, we examine if the connection between the environment and recruitment is affected by the state of the spawning stock, including biomass, mean age and age diversity. Specifically, we re-evaluate the hypothesis stating that recruitment from a spawning stock dominated by young fish and few age classes is more vulnerable to environmental fluctuations. We expand upon earlier work on the Barents Sea stock of Atlantic cod, now with data series extended in time both backwards and forwards to cover the period 1922–2019. While our findings are correlative and cannot prove a specific cause and effect mechanism, they support earlier work and strengthen the evidence for the hypothesis above. Sharks and rays evolved 450 million years ago, during the Late Ordovician Period. However, during the modern Anthropocene, shark populations have declined at considerable rates, and recent global assessments indicate about one in three species is threatened with extinction. A notable reason for this elevated extinction risk is overfishing linked to increased demand for shark fins and other products. Here, we review multiple dimensions of consuming shark products, ranging from stock sustainability, product (mis)labelling and trade, the human health implications of consuming shark products, and illegal, unreported and unregulated fishing and slavery and labour abuses in the fishing industry. We conclude that traceability and increased transparency in seafood supply chains is essential to overcome obstacles to consumption of sustainable, ethical and healthy shark products. We also provide a decision tree outlining steps in consumer choice that would foster such consumption. Our aim is to provide a holistic view on issues concerning the consumption of shark products that will help policymakers, the public, management and law enforcement agencies to advocate for ecologically- and ethically sustainable consumption of shark products and thereby empower the general public to make informed decisions on which shark products they consume. 相似文献
