THE CALCULATING TEMPERATURE OF THERMAL CHARACTERISTICS OF NATURAL VENTILATION FOR A COLD FRUIT STORAGE DBTERMINATION

The paper analyzes the thermal characteristics of a natural ventilation cold stor-age,It shows that the calculating temperature in or outside the room is mainly effected by atmo-spheric temperature and the calculating temperature for a cold storage. They are determined by thelocal meteorological parameters.     

高大房式仓双层稻壳包覆盖粮面隔热保冷储粮对比试验

利用拌防虫剂的稻壳包对粮堆表面进行双层覆盖,经过三年跟踪试验表明,其隔热保冷效果显著,能减少仓温对粮温的影响,有效地控制粮温上升幅度,特别是表、上层,并且抑制了虫霉的发生,基本保持了储粮原有品质.     

Plant Regeneration from in vitro Cultured Anthers of Black Mustard (Brassica nigra Koch)

Anthers of Brassica nigra, excised from fresh as well as cold-pretreated (3 days at 3 ± 2°C) buds cultivated on modified B₅ medium (Gamborg et al. 1968) containing sucrose level varying from 2 % to 10 %, along with 1O^?6M BAP (benzylaminopurine) and 9 × 10^?6M 2,4-D (2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid), developed calli and/or embryos. The latter response was observed only in anthers reared on media containing 6 % or higher levels of sucrose. On media containing two or four per cent sucrose, the anthers produced calli, exclusively. The growth of embryos was inhibited or else they started callusing if left on the media containing higher levels of sucrose. However, on transfer to MS medium (Murashige and Skoog 1962), containing 2 % sucrose, embryos started callusing and subsequently a few secondary embryos differentiated. Such embryos were sub-cultured on MS + 5 × 10^?6M BAP + 2 % sucrose, wherein numerous shoots developed from embryos. The shoots were rooted by transferring to a medium containing 5 × 10^?6M NAA (naphthalene acetic acid). Within two months of culture, some of these plants started flowering in vitro.     

不同覆盖方式对植烟土壤有机质及烟叶品质影响的初步研究

为提高烟叶品质,进行了对植烟土壤不同覆盖方式的比较试验,结果表明:高C/N比秸秆与地膜双覆盖能够协调烤烟生长全过程的土壤温度,并且地温日变化幅度小,蓄水保墒作用显著,有机质积累明显,腐殖化作用强,使得烟叶内在化学成分比例更协调,产值高。秸秆单覆盖对土壤性状改良与秸秆和地膜双覆盖相似,烟叶内在化学成分较协调,品质较好,但由于在烤烟生长前期不能提高土壤温度,使得烟叶生长速度较慢,产量下降,产值与地膜单覆盖差异不显著;由于没有新鲜的有机质补充,地膜单覆盖对土壤性状改良不及秸秆单覆盖和秸秆与地膜双覆盖,从而使得烟叶品质较不协调,但产量较高,产值也较高。     

1-MCP处理对桃冷藏期间品质和生理特性的影响

秦王”桃采收后分别用不同浓度1-MCP处理,然后置于(0±1)℃冷库中贮藏。结果表明:1-MCP处理对贮藏期果实的硬度、可溶性固形物含量无显著影响。经处理的果实在贮后20天果皮细胞膜透性开始异常增加。10nL/L和30nL/L1-MCP处理的果实比对照提前5天出现了呼吸高峰和乙烯释放高峰;500nL/L的处理抑制了果实的呼吸作用,与对照相比大幅度降低了乙烯峰值,在相同贮藏时间多酚氧化酶(PPO)和过氧化物酶(POD)活性也显著降低(p<0.05),表明500nL/L的1-MCP处理能有效地抑制果肉褐变,延长果实贮藏时间。     

冷冻羊腿几种解冻方法比较

用绵羊后腿为解冻材料,进行微波解冻、空气解冻和水解冻。通过测定其解冻至0℃所需的时间和解冻后羊腿的质量损失率进行比较,以及解冻后羊腿品质分析,表明微波解冻效果明显。     

具有保健功能农产品定价策略分析——以蜂蜜为例

为掌握蜂蜜市场的价格特征,探讨具有保健功能农产品的定价策略,蜂产业体系课题组2012—2014年对北京、杭州、青岛、郑州、成都市蜂蜜市场开展了调查。基于调查数据文章分析了蜂蜜市场的价格特征及其原因,对不同销售地点同质蜂产品价格进行对比;并结合蜂产业体系经济岗课题组在全国11个省开展的蜂产品生产固定观察点数据分析蜂蜜生产成本构成,探讨蜂蜜价格持续上涨的原因;最后以蜂蜜为例,对保健功能农产品的定价策略进行分析。结果表明:各类蜜种蜂蜜产品价格都略有上升,但巢蜜、中蜂蜂蜜、椴树蜜等产量少、蜜源稀缺的品种上升幅度大;各城市在售同种蜂蜜、国产与进口蜂蜜价差拉大。要解决高质量原料收购价格低,市场上产品质量良莠不齐的问题,关键在于形成从原料蜜收购到终端市场的优质优价机制,产品信息透明,提高顾客对蜂蜜保健功能的认知度。     

ANALYTICAL SOLUTION OF RING SHELL LINING WITH ANNULARLY VERTICAL WALLS MADE CONTACT WITH SURROUNDING ROCK

In this paper,the ring shell lining with annularly verticalwalls made contact with the surrounding rock is considered as a combinationstructure formed of ring shell,inner and outer annular barrels on elastic fo-undation.The complex equation and its solutions of ring shell under deadload of lining and vertical and horizontal surrounding rock pressures are de-rived by the method of complex function.The governing equation and itssolution of the barrels on elastic foundation are also derived by theory ofcylindrical shell.And then,the ring shell lining is assembled by the subst-ructures by means of compatibility conditions of internal forces and defor-mations between them.In the paper,all formulas for the practical computa-tion in engineering are derived,the numerical examples are given and theeffects of the parameters of the lining on the work behaviours of lining alsoare discussed preliminarily     

Control of Volatile Organic Compounds Pollution Caused by Building and Decoration Materials

The importance of indoor air quality and the effect of volatile organic compounds(VOC) on human health are discussed in this paper,TVOC as a measurement for evaluation of VOC and the VOC pollution control methods and technology for indoor air are also presented.
