美国白蛾新天敌—蠋敌捕食能力的初步观察   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
首次报道美国白蛾Hyphantria cunea(Drury)的一种捕食性天敌——蠋敌Arma chinensis(Fallou),简述了蠋敌的生物学特性。在商河县,蠋敌在美国白蛾幼虫网幕枝中的分布率为2.33%~17.86%;记述了蠋敌的捕食习性和规律,经室内饲养,统计出各龄若虫和成虫的捕食量,从若虫到成虫,最大捕食量为2头3龄、7头4龄、5头5龄、23头6龄共37头白蛾幼虫;最小取食量为4头2龄、8头3龄、1头4龄、1头5龄、2头6龄共16头白蛾幼虫;分析并指出蠋敌对美国白蛾具有较强的控制能力,是自然界中影响美国白蛾种群密度的重要因子。  相似文献

旱地圈养结合喷淋技术是水禽饲养过程中的一项新举措,为了探寻一种科学实用的喷淋方法,试验选用70日龄扬州鹅公鹅30只,随机分为3个重复,每个重复10只鹅,随机标记其中1只作为被观察鹅,持续3d对扬州鹅春季嬉水习性进行研究。结果表明,扬州鹅每天嬉水的时间大致在60~80min以内,每次嬉水的时间在1~20min,嬉水的活跃时段为8:00~9:00、11:00~12:00、13:00~17:00,每天嬉水的次数在14次左右,每次上岸后总伴随着10min左右的梳羽行为。  相似文献

In order to realize the real-time appetite-based feeding in aquaculture, a novel and practical method, based on the quantification of the spontaneous collective behaviors, was proposed in this study to assess the real-time appetite of the swimming fish in a recirculating aquaculture system. First, foreground feature points of fish school were extracted using an improved complex network. Then, covariance, a modified social force model and a kinetic energy model were used to analyze the collective behaviors of the school from perspectives of dispersion degree, interaction force and the changing magnitude of the water flow field, respectively. Finally, the quantified behavioral characteristics were integrated and used to assess the appetite of fish school. The presented method shows its good performance in the expression of the collective behaviors representing five typical appetites (0.01, 0.52, 1.28, 2.26 and 2.92), and the assessing accuracy of the appetite of the school is also maintained at a low non-match rate ((2.19 ± 0.81)% best) in the context of ten different sampling durations.  相似文献

In this study, we aimed to clarify the mechanism of sinking death during the larval stage of Pacific Bluefin tuna Thunnus orientalis by investigating the effects of swimming performance on sinking death, using a behavioral approach. Swimming performance was examined 3–9 days after hatching (DAH) under day and night light conditions in cuboid experimental tanks. Swimming behavior variables such as swimming speed and swimming angle were measured under both light conditions. Larvae in the daytime experiment and larvae with inflated swim bladders at night were distributed on the surface layer of the water column. In contrast, larvae with uninflated swim bladders at night were frequently observed swimming vertically or sinking to the bottom of the tank. Larvae with inflated swim bladders at night were always distributed beneath the surface until the next morning (survival rates were 100 %). However, larvae with uninflated swim bladders at night swam upward repeatedly and later sank to the bottom of the tank (survival rates were 60 % and 38 % at 5 and 9 DAH, respectively). Larvae with uninflated swim bladders were not always able to maintain their swimming depth by swimming until the next morning. Additionally, their swimming speed and vertical swimming frequency (ratio) depended on the illumination and swim bladder conditions. Our findings show that larvae with uninflated swim bladders at night were associated with a higher risk of sinking death. The swimming energy capacity of Pacific Bluefin tuna larvae, which indicates the total amount of the energy that enables individuals to swim throughout the night without feeding, was found to be linked to sinking death.  相似文献

This work provides a comparative study of the proteolytic and amylase activities in six species of fish with different nutritional habits: rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss), gilthead seabream (Sparus aurata), European eel (Anguilla anguilla), common carp (Cyprinus carpio), goldfish (Carassius auratus), and tench (Tinca tinca). Trout and carp showed the highest digestive proteolytic activity. When proteolytic activity was determined in a wide range of pHs, the highest values in the digestive tract of all species were found at alkaline pHs, except in eel where activity could be detected only at acid pHs. Eel showed the lowest digestive proteolytic potential among all the species studied. With respect to amylase activity, the omnivorous species presented higher activity than did the carnivores. Among the carnivorous species, the lowest activity was found in trout. The ratio of total amylase:total proteolytic activity was higher in omnivorous fish species, the carp having the greatest value, whereas in trout this ratio was lower than one. Digestive enzyme activity declined as the incubation temperature decreased, but this trend varied depending on the fish species and the tissue analyzed.  相似文献

以深水网箱养殖的美国红鱼为研究对象,通过研究其游泳时主要能量物质和代谢产物的变化规律,构建美国红鱼的游泳体能分配模型,最后结合特定的潮流规律,建立养殖海区最大潮流选择的理论方法。结果显示,美国红鱼游泳过程中,血糖浓度会显著提高,肌糖原有少量减少,肝糖原会显著降低,鱼类游泳接近疲劳时,肝糖原浓度亦接近耗尽;美国红鱼以较高速度游泳过程中,血乳酸和肌乳酸浓度会有较明显的增加,表明美国红鱼游泳过程伴随着无氧呼吸和有氧呼吸两种能量物质代谢过程。本实验提出以肝糖原浓度作为判定鱼类持续游泳能力的重要指标,并建立了基于肝糖原储能消耗的美国红鱼游泳体能分配模型。最后基于美国红鱼体能分配模型,结合养殖海区潮流规律,提出了美国红鱼养殖海区最大潮流流速选择的计算方法。研究表明,本实验提出的鱼类游泳体能分配模型构建方法以及鱼类养殖海区潮流选择论证方法,可为相关研究提供新的途径,为深水网箱、浅海围网等海洋养殖模式的海区潮流选址提供科学的参考依据。  相似文献

东海区短尾大眼鲷的食性分析   总被引:3,自引:1,他引:2  
根据2008年5月~2009年2月"东海区主要渔场重要渔业资源的调查与评估(26°00′~34°00′N、120°00′~126°30′E)"课题调查的渔获样品以及从水产市场所采样品,对东海区短尾大眼鲷胃含物进行分析。结果表明:短尾大眼鲷食物组成以磷虾类为主(IRI=2 802.26),其次依次为鱼类(IRI=701.12)、头足类(IRI=488.25)和长尾类(IRI=474.84),其优势饵料种类为太平洋磷虾、细螯虾、乌贼科、短鳄齿鱼等。短尾大眼鲷终年摄食,其摄食率为95.06%,最高饱满指数达110.92‰,平均饱满指数18.36‰,表明短尾大眼鲷具有较高的摄食强度。  相似文献
