用S3307浸种后,玉米幼苗株高降低,茎直径增加,叶面积、根冠比、叶绿素、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质、游离脯氨酸(Pro)含量、比叶重(SLW)、过氧化物酶(POD)、超氧物岐化酶(SOD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性均提高,表现出明显的壮苗效果.在干旱或低温条件下,无论S3307浸种与否,可溶性蛋白质含量均下降,可溶性糖、游离Pro含量、相对电导率、超氧物岐化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性均增加,且S3307浸种处理的比对照增幅大.说明S3307有助于提高玉米幼苗的抗逆性。  相似文献

Elemental concentrations in leaf tissue can identify limiting conditions in crops and can be useful in managing and restoring marshes. Coastal management and restoration plans frequently include Spartina spp. because they are common plants in coastal wetlands across North America. Researchers frequently compare results of stoichiometric studies among Spartina spp. to corroborate results, although their stoichiometry may not be comparable. We compare the stoichiometry of paired samples of Spartina patens and Spartina alterniflora collected across Louisiana. Overall differences in stoichiometry between species, seasonal changes, and effects of porewater chemistry were quantified. Manganese (Mn) concentrations and calcium (Ca) concentrations were higher in S. alterniflora and the difference in [Ca] increased seasonally. Sodium concentrations were similar, except during prolonged inundation. Short flooding durations decreased carbon (C):nitrogen (N) without increasing [Mn] or flooding stress in both species.  相似文献

为科学评价烤烟的品质特征提供参考,以42份不同产区的 C3F 等级烟叶为材料,采用简单相关、典型相关和灰色关联度分析了烤烟水溶性糖含量与烟叶感官评吸指标的相关性。结果表明:烤烟水溶性糖对烟叶感官评吸指标影响的顺序为果糖>葡萄糖>蔗糖>麦芽糖。其中,果糖和葡萄糖与感官评吸指标中的杂气量和烟气细柔度呈正相关;蔗糖与余味呈正相关,与刺激性呈负相关;麦芽糖与口感呈正相关。烤烟的水溶性糖含量与感官评吸指标的吃味密切相关,而与香味的关系较小。  相似文献

本研究利用全生育期旱胁迫方法,以穗颈粗、单株有效穗、千粒重、穗实粒数、总粒数、结实率与单株产量7个形态性状的综合抗旱D值为鉴定评价指标,对105份广西地方稻种资源的微核心种质进行了抗旱性鉴定评价。结果表明,在干旱胁迫下,单株产量与穗颈粗呈显著正相关,与其他5个形态性状呈极显著正相关。通过综合抗旱指数D值的鉴定评价,本研究获得了7个强抗旱型的地方栽培稻品种,占6.67%。广西的陆稻资源的综合抗旱力较强,可重点用于强抗旱种质材料的筛选。本研究为广西的抗旱育种提供了材料基础及理论依据。  相似文献

[目的]改进和提高现行高致病性蓝耳病(HR-PRRS)灭活疫苗的纯度和效价。[方法]该研究将经Marc-145细胞培养收获的HP-PRRS病毒原液超滤浓缩50倍,灭活后用Sepharose 4 Fast Flow分子筛柱层析,收集完整的病毒粒子,加油佐剂制成纯化HP-PRRS灭活疫苗。[结果]通过纯化可将HP-PRRS病毒与非病毒蛋白分开,纯化后测定病毒蛋白含量收率为76.7%~82.4%,杂蛋白含量去除率均为96%以上,且纯化疫苗的攻毒保护率达到4/5以上,血清抗体检测阳转率达86%以上,均高于未纯化灭活疫苗,差异显著。[结论]HR-PRRS病毒液经浓缩纯化制成疫苗后,增强了免疫效果,并可有效地去除杂蛋白,避免了疫苗的过敏反应和应激反应。  相似文献

为研究紫花苜蓿鲜草对仔猪生长性能和血液理化指标的影响,选择体重20 kg左右健康的杜长大三元杂种仔猪60头,采用完全随机化设计分为4个处理,每个处理3个重复,每个重复5头猪,对照组不添加紫花苜蓿鲜草,3个试验组分别添加5%、10%、15%紫花苜蓿鲜草。结果表明,添加不同比例紫花苜蓿鲜草平均增重均高于对照组,其中5%、10%紫花苜蓿组显著高于对照组(P<0.05);料重比随着紫花苜蓿鲜草添加量的增加而增大,但组间差异不显著(P>0.05);每千克增重饲料成本以15%紫花苜蓿组最低(7.90元),5%紫花苜蓿组最高(8.17元)。干物质消化率随着紫花苜蓿鲜草添加量的增加而降低,15%紫花苜蓿组最低,极显著低于其余各组(P<0.01);粗蛋白质消化率随着紫花苜蓿添加量的增加而降低,15%紫花苜蓿组最低,极显著低于其余各组(P<0.01);粗纤维消化率随着紫花苜蓿鲜草添加量的增加而降低,3个试验组均极显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。血清总蛋白、总胆固醇、甘油三酯4组间差异不显著(P>0.05);血清尿素氮,对照组与3个试验组差异不显著(P>0.05),15%紫花苜蓿组极显著高于5%紫花苜蓿组(P<0.01);血糖,对照组与3个试验组差异不显著(P>0.05),15%紫花苜蓿组极显著高于10%紫花苜蓿组(P<0.01);高密度脂蛋白,10%紫花苜蓿组与15%紫花苜蓿组差异不显著(P>0.05),但均显著高于对照组和5%紫花苜蓿组(P<0.05)。结果显示,仔猪饲粮中添加紫花苜蓿鲜草能提高仔猪增重,对血液理化指标无不良影响。在本试验条件下,推荐紫花苜蓿鲜草适宜添加比例为5%~10%。  相似文献

Reasons for performing study: Initial assessment of the mortality rates and prognostic indicators in horses with colic presented to a referral hospital in Israel. Objectives: To determine mortality rates and to identify potential prognostic indicators in horses undergoing treatment for colic. Methods: The medical records of 208 colic cases were reviewed and mortality rates calculated including 95% confidence intervals. Mortality rates in surgical cases were calculated separately for strangulating and nonstrangulating lesions as well as for lesions of the large and small intestines. Potential prognostic indicators were identified and evaluated by Student's t test or X2 test, where appropriate. Those found to be significant (P<0.05) were evaluated in 2 logistic regression models; one including all horses with colic and one for surgical cases only. Results: The overall mortality rate was 51/208 (25%); 5/72 (7%) in medically treated cases, 46/136 (34%) in surgical cases, 30/50 (60%) in strangulating lesions and 15/85 (18%) in nonstrangulating lesions, 17/27 (63%) in cases involving small intestinal lesions and 28/108 (26%) in cases with large intestinal lesions. Clinical parameters found to be significantly associated with death by univariate analysis were medical/surgical treatment, location of lesion, severity of lesion, mucous membrane colour (MM), capillary refill time (CRT) and heart rate. Using a multivariate logistic regression model, including all cases, medical/surgical treatment, CRT and MM were found to be prognostic indicators and when using the surgical cases alone, only CRT and lesion severity remained related to mortality. Conclusions: Mortality rates were similar or better than those previously reported in most cases, however, studies from the USA and the UK published better success rates for small intestinal surgeries. Cultural attitudes toward euthanasia may be associated with mortality rates. Potential relevance: These results assist clinicians in providing an immediate prognosis based on clinical findings at presentation and contribute to an international database that may aid future research in improving treatment of colic.  相似文献

Background: Transient hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal (HPA) axis dysfunction occurs frequently in critically ill humans and impacts survival. The prevalence and impact of HPA axis dysfunction in critically ill neonatal foals are not well characterized.
Hypotheses: (1) HPA axis dysfunction occurs in hospitalized neonatal foals, and is characterized by inappropriately low basal serum cortisol concentration or inadequate cortisol response to exogenous adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH); (2) hospitalized foals with HPA axis dysfunction have more severe disease and are less likely to survive than hospitalized foals with normal HPA axis function.
Animals: Seventy-two hospitalized foals and 23 healthy age-matched foals.
Methods: Basal ACTH and cortisol concentrations were measured and a paired low-dose (10 μg)/high-dose (100 μg) cosyntropin stimulation test was performed at admission in hospitalized foals. HPA axis dysfunction was defined as (1) an inappropriately low basal cortisol concentration or (2) an inadequate increase in cortisol concentration (delta cortisol) after administration of cosyntropin, with cut-off values for appropriate basal and delta cortisol concentrations determined from results obtained in healthy age-matched foals.
Results: Forty-six percent of hospitalized foals had an inappropriately low basal cortisol concentration and 52% had an inadequate delta cortisol concentration after administration of the 100 μg dose of cosyntropin. An inadequate delta cortisol response to the high (100 μg) dose of cosyntropin was significantly correlated with shock and multiple organ dysfunction syndrome in hospitalized foals, and with decreased survival in a subgroup of septic foals.
Conclusions and Clinical Importance: HPA axis dysfunction occurs frequently in hospitalized neonatal foals, and negatively impacts disease severity and survival.  相似文献
