Two experiments were carried out to test microparticulate diets forweaning hatchery-produced larvae and juveniles of bullseye pufferSphoeroides annulatus. The diets were formulated with differentprotein sources: diet 1 with a combination of decapsulated cysts ofArtemia and fishmeal, and diet 2 with a combination offishmeal, squid, tuna gonad and shrimp meal. In the first experiment60-days-old fish were weaned with the microdiets over five days. Fishsurvival after 11 weeks of feeding was 92% for diet 1, 85%for diet 2, and 95% for the control fish fed Artemianauplii. Once it was determined that bullseye puffer can be adequatelyreared with artificial dry diets, diet 1 was used to test earlier timesfor weaning to reduce the period of Artemia feeding. In thesecond experiment, three different times were tested for initiation ofweaning in sibling fish larvae, i.e., at 29, 34, and 39 days post-hatch.Small differences in weight, length and survival were found amongweaning treatments after 23 days of feeding. When weaned at day 29post-hatch, fish larvae grew from an initial weight of 38.4 mg andlength of 11.1 mm to a final weight and length of 405.7 mg and 25.1 mmrespectively. Final survival in this treatment was 49.3%. Thereduced period of Artemia feeding would provide an economicalalternative for the species to take into consideration for its cultureat commercial scale.  相似文献

Obscure puffer Takifugu obscurus (Abedate) is one of the several species of Takifugu genus that migrate to the Yangtze River, China during the spawning season of February to May. It is a popular fish among locals and fetches a premium price owing to its high-quality meat. It is also a potential species for intensive culture as its natural populations are currently declining. There have been no published studies on the effects of GnRH-a injection on the obscure puffer. In this paper, we report the results of several obscure puffer ovulation trials conducted in 1995 and 1996. We demonstrated that ovulation could successfully be induced in obscure puffer collected from open systems during spawning period using a dosage of LHRH-a as low as 40 µg kg–1 in two injections. We found no significant differences among 80, 60, 40 µg LHRH-a kg–1 treatments in ovulation success, egg production, fertilization rate and hatch rate. Accordingly, we recommend the use of 40 µg LHRH-a kg–1 as the optimal dosage from an economical point of view.  相似文献

菊黄东方鲀脊柱、附肢骨骼及皮刺的早期发育   总被引:4,自引:2,他引:2  
采用软骨-硬骨双染色法对初孵仔鱼到56日龄菊黄东方鲀的脊柱、附肢骨骼及皮刺的早期发育进行系统研究。结果表明,第5天髓弓出现,第9天脊柱开始软骨化,第13天脉弓出现,第17天出现硬骨环,并从前往后开始硬骨化,第29天脊柱硬骨化完成。附肢骨骼开始发育的顺序依次为胸鳍、臀鳍和背鳍、尾鳍。胸鳍的发育以2日龄胸鳍的支鳍骨原基的出现为起点,28日龄软骨质的胸鳍支鳍骨形成,42日龄胸鳍硬骨化基本完成。背鳍和臀鳍出现在9日龄,29日龄同时开始硬骨化,至38日龄时,硬骨化完成并且出现分支鳍条。尾鳍发育以11日龄长出鳍条为起始特点,至38日龄硬骨化完成。期间伴随着鳍条转移、尾下骨及侧尾下骨生长发育、长出镰刀状横骨等特点。皮刺发育始于4日龄鱼少量肚皮刺的出现,16日龄开始长出头皮刺。所有肚皮刺硬骨化几乎是同时进行,而头皮刺则是从前往后进行。研究结果可为菊黄东方鲀早期发育过程中的功能性、适应性研究及该鱼的系统演化和分类提供依据。  相似文献

Serum biochemical analysis was undertaken to study the pathophysiological details of emaciation disease of the tiger puffer fish Takifugu rubripes (Temminck and Schlegel). Serum parameters were measured by biochemical analysis using automated dry chemistry and gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (GC/MS). Serum concentrations of albumin, amylase, calcium, creatinine, glucose and total protein were significantly lower in the emaciated fish when compared with those of normal fish. Regression analyses found close correlation between concentrations of total protein, albumin, amylase, glucose and progress of the disease. In contrast, serum alanine aminotransferase increased significantly in emaciated fish indicating liver function disorder. Further, GC/MS metabolic profiling of the puffer serum showed that the profile of the emaciated fish was distinct to that of non‐infected control. The serum content of amino acids including glycine, 5‐oxo‐proline and proline, and ascorbic acid, fumaric acid and glycerol increased significantly in serum in moderately emaciated fish. The serum glucose, linolenic acid and tyrosine level decreased significantly in the late phase of the disease. Our results clearly show that prolonged intestinal damage caused by myxosporean infection impairs absorption of nutrients, resulting in extreme emaciation.  相似文献

菊黄东方鲀幼鱼转食过程中生长和脂肪酸组成变化   总被引:4,自引:3,他引:1  
为揭示菊黄东方鲀幼鱼转食过程中营养特点,提高转食期成活率,采用生化分析手段对驯化转食前、中、后的菊黄东方鲀幼鱼生长和全鱼脂肪酸组成及含量进行了检测和分析。结果显示,菊黄东方鲀幼鱼在驯化完全转食配合饲料后,呈现出体质量的生长补偿现象。驯化前幼鱼的肥满度最高(10.02),在驯化中最低(5.43),驯化后肥满度有显著恢复(6.00)。幼鱼摄食配合饲料后,全鱼的干物质含量明显升高。在菊黄东方鲀驯化转食前、中、后阶段的干样中检出8种饱和脂肪酸(SFA)、7种单不饱和脂肪酸(MUFA)和12种多不饱和脂肪酸(PUFA)。从百分含量上看,幼鱼驯化转食过程中,C16:0含量最高且稳定(21.26%~23.81%),C18:0含量显著下降,C16:1和C18:1n9c含量显著上升;C22:6n3(DHA)含量较丰富(11.95%~13.05%),且呈现略微降低;C20:5n3(EPA)在驯化中略微下降,驯化后又略有上升;C22:5n3(DPA)呈现显著降低。SFA的比例相对稳定(38.13%~42.52%),MUFA的比例呈现显著上升趋势,但PUFA的比例(特别是∑n3PUFA)呈现显著下降趋势。值得注意的是,配合饲料的C18:2n6c含量特别高(21.29%),但摄食配合饲料的幼鱼体内的C18:2n6c含量非常低(2.47%);相反,配合饲料的C16:1含量特别低(3.87%),但摄食配合饲料的幼鱼体内的C16:1含量较高(9.25%)。研究表明菊黄东方鲀幼鱼后期对n3PUFA(特别是DHA和EPA)有较高的需求量,但不需要过多的C18:2n6c,部分的C16:1需要从其他营养物质转化过来。为提高菊黄东方鲀幼鱼驯化转食配合饲料过程中成活率,建议:(1)幼鱼驯化转食前,加强投喂活体饵料,特别是富含n3PUFA的海水桡足类;(2)幼鱼驯化转食的配合饲料中加大DHA和EPA的添加量,同时减少C18:2n6c比例、增加C16:1的比例。  相似文献

本实验旨在研究江蓠(Gracilaria verrucosa)、浒苔(Enteromorpha prolifera)、藻渣和菌渣替代鱼粉对红鳍东方鲀(Takifugu rubripes)幼鱼生长性能、血清和肝脏生化指标和体组成的影响。实验共制成6种等氮、等脂的饲料,以含鱼粉60%为对照组1和45%鱼粉的为对照组2,分别将10%的江蓠、浒苔、藻渣、菌渣与植物蛋白质配合后替代对照组1饲料中30%的鱼粉,投喂初始体重为(17.33±0.55) g的红鳍东方鲀幼鱼56 d。结果显示,1)浒苔组特定生长率(SGR)显著高于其他5组(P<0.05),藻渣组SGR显著高于对照组2和江蓠组(P<0.05),与对照组1和菌渣组无显著差异(P>0.05);对照组1和浒苔组饲料效率(FER)显著高于对照组2和菌渣(P<0.05),与江蓠和藻渣组无显著差异(P>0.05);对照组1的蛋白质沉积率(PPV)和蛋白质效率(PER)显著高于对照组2和菌渣组(P<0.05),与江蓠、浒苔和藻渣组无显著差异(P>0.05)。2)各组血清和肝脏中谷丙转氨酶(GPT)和谷草转氨酶(GOT)活性均无显著差异(P>0.05)。各组血清丙二醛(MDA)含量和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性均无显著差异(P>0.05)。3)菌渣组鱼体粗蛋白质含量显著高于藻渣组(P<0.05),与对照组1、对照组2、江蓠和浒苔无显著差异(P>0.05);浒苔和藻渣组鱼体粗脂肪含量显著高于对照组2 (P<0.05),与对照组1、江蓠和菌渣组无显著差异(P>0.05)。综合来看,将10%江蓠、浒苔、藻渣和菌渣与植物蛋白质配合后替代饲料中30%的鱼粉对红鳍东方鲀幼鱼的生长性能无不良影响,并且浒苔可以显著提高红鳍东方鲀的生长性能。  相似文献

为了解高温和白消安注射对星点东方鲀(Takifugu niphobles)成鱼生殖细胞发生的影响,设置32℃高温组、32℃高温-白消安组和空白对照组,比较3组的生长、存活率以及生殖细胞凋亡情况。结果显示,高温-白消安组的体重、肥满度显著低于其他组(P<0.05),而全长与其他各组差异不显著(P>0.05),各组的存活率均在90.9%以上。高温-白消安组对生殖细胞的凋亡作用比高温组更加明显,卵巢基本看不到正常的生殖细胞,且有大量的吞噬作用造成的黄褐色沉积,生殖细胞凋亡造成的空白面积比例要显著地高于高温组(P<0.05);精巢中生殖细胞凋亡的精小囊占总的精小囊的比例高达100.0%±0.0%,也显著高于高温组空泡精小囊占总的精小囊的比例(P<0.05)。得出结论:高温-白消安组较高温组更易诱导星点东方鲀内源生殖细胞凋亡,从而可制备出生殖细胞移植的适宜受体。  相似文献

Vibrio harveyi infection occurred with a moderate mortality in tiger puffer, Takifugu rubripes (Temminck et Schlegel), in autumn 2007, at a mariculture farm in western Japan. The diseased fish showed nodular lesions in the branchial chamber and the inner surface of the operculum. Histopathologically, the lesions comprised granulation tissue containing many suppurative foci allowing propagation of the bacteria and granuloma encapsulating abscesses with a decrease in bacteria. The bacteria were disseminated in visceral organs including the spleen, kidney, liver, and myocardium, resulting in the formation of granulomatous lesions. Two groups of tiger puffer juveniles were artificially infected by an intramuscular injection with an isolate (1.0_108 CFU/fish). During the experimental period, 20% mortality occurred within 4–6 days post‐infection (d.p.i). The fish sampled on 4 d.p.i showed abscesses in the lateral musculature at the injection site. The fish sampled 5 d.p.i. displayed the production of granulation tissue containing many suppurative foci, which replaced the necrotic dermis and lateral musculature. Surviving fish (15 d.p.i.) had granulomatous lesions in the lateral musculature at the injection site. Pyogranulomatosis is pathognomonic in V. harveyi infection of tiger puffer.  相似文献

The respiratory rates of Tawny puffer Takifugu flavidus juvenile were measured at four temperatures (20, 23, 26 and 29 °C) and seven salinities (5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30 and 35 g L?1). The results showed that both temperature and salinity significantly affected the oxygen consumption of tawny puffer juvenile. The oxygen consumption rate (OCR) increased significantly with an increase in the temperature from 20 to 29 °C. Over the entire experimental temperature range (20–29 °C), the Q10 value was 1.59, and the lowest Q10 value was found between 23 and 26 °C. The optimal temperature for the juvenile lies between 23 °C and 26 °C. The OCR at 25 g L?1 was the highest among all salinity treatments. The OCRs show a parabolic relationship with salinity (5–35 g L?1). From the quadratic relationship, the highest OCR was predicted to occur at 23.56 g L?1. The optimal salinity range for the juvenile is from 23 to 25 g L?1. The results of this study are useful towards facilitating an increase in the production of the species juvenile culture.  相似文献

通过人工受精的方法获得红鳍东方鲀8个半同胞家系(16个全同胞家系),共测量了790尾红鳍东方鲀8个半同胞家系(16个全同胞家系)135日龄和200日龄的体质量和体长。将135日龄生长性状作为协变量构建3个动物模型,模型(1)包含加性遗传效应、母本遗传效应和全同胞效应;模型(2)包含加性遗传效应和母本遗传效应;模型(3)包含加性遗传效应和全同胞效应。利用DMU软件,采用平均信息约束极大似然法估计各模型中性状的方差组分,用似然比检验法进行不同模型的差异检验。选择最优模型估计红鳍东方鲀200日龄生长性状的遗传参数。结果表明,母本遗传效应对200日龄红鳍东方鲀生长性状无显著影响,确定模型(3)为最优模型。200日龄红鳍东方鲀,体质量和体长的遗传力分别为0.16和0.14,全同胞效应比率分别为0.12和0.13。研究表明,红鳍东方鲀生长性状具备一定的选择潜力,应用家系选育方法能够获得较好的遗传进展。  相似文献
