鸡新城疫CS2实验疫苗的生产及鉴定 总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0
应用SPF鸡胚生产出3批CS2实验疫苗,疫苗的病毒价≥108.5ELD50/ml。对2月龄小鸡的最低免疫量(MID)为3~30ELD50。据此,作者们建议对此种小鸡的实用免疫剂量为105ELD50。对这3批疫苗的实验结果显示:10倍的剂量(即106ELD50)对鸡不引起任何不正常现象。免疫持续期达12个月以上。在2~8℃和-15℃中分别保存9和24个月效力不变。 相似文献

采用CHO细胞表达牛病毒性腹泻/黏膜病病毒1型(BVDV1)E2蛋白,采用杆状病毒重组表达牛病毒性腹泻/黏膜病病毒2型(BVDV2)E2蛋白,采用MDBK细胞微载体悬浮培养技术培养牛传染性鼻气管炎病毒(IBRV)和牛副流感病毒3型(BPIV3),收获蛋白表达产物和细胞培养物,经纯化、灭活后与605佐剂混合,制备牛病毒性腹泻/黏膜病(1型+2型)、牛传染性鼻气管炎、牛副流感(3型)三联灭活疫苗(E2蛋白+C1株+HB01株)。将疫苗免疫健康易感牛进行免疫效果评价,结果表明该产品免疫效果良好,免疫牛IBRV和BPIV3中和抗体效价均可达到1∶77以上;BVDV1和BVDV2 E2蛋白琼扩抗体效价均可达到1∶32以上;免疫牛攻毒保护率均可达到4/5以上。 相似文献

Recombinant outer membrane protein H (rOmpH) is a potential fowl cholera vaccine
candidate. The present study was aimed at developing rOmpH formulations for intranasal
administration. The rOmpH was purified and formulated with either Escherichia
coli enterotoxin B (LTB) or CpG oligodeoxynucleotides (ODN) as an adjuvant.
Antibody responses in chickens intranasally immunized with rOmpH in combination with 2
different adjuvants were significantly increased (P<0.05) post
immunization. Chicken survival rates showed that rOmpH formulated with ODN and LTB
elicited 90% and 70% protection, respectively. Our findings indicated that rOmpH
formulated with ODN elicited protection better than that formulated with LTB. Therefore,
the vaccines formulations in the present study can be considered new intranasal vaccine

Adverse events can occur after rabies post‐exposure prophylaxis (PEP), and linkage to causality is often difficult to determine. We report a case of recurrent temporary paralysis that began immediately after the initiation of rabies PEP in a man exposed to a bat. The recurrent temporary paralysis first occurred in the patient after his initial dose and then again after day 3 of his rabies PEP. The PEP was terminated prior to a serologic response. The patient continued to experience numerous discrete episodes of temporary paralysis for over two years. 相似文献

In this study, Intraperitoneal (IP) and bath immersion (BI) vaccine trials were conducted in fish with a mean weight of 6.3 g. Rainbow trout vaccinated with lipopolysaccharide (LPS) was 50 mg/L protein concentration and challenged by IP injection with 9.8 × 106 cell/ml of Yersinia ruckeri at 45 days post-immunization had a relative percent survival (RPS). To obtain an effective bath immersion vaccine against yersiniosis, LPS preparation was obtained from the Y. ruckeri and with the LPS antigen. After 28 and 60 days vaccinated fish with first and second immunizations by LPS were challenged via intraperitoneal injection with 9.8 × 106 cell/ml of Y. ruckeri for evaluating the mortality rates and calculating the relative percentage of survival (RPS). The purpose of this study was to investigate the nature of variably sized pigmented foci encountered in fillets of farmed Atlantic salmon, Salmo salar L. The material was sampled on the fillet production line and on salmon farms from fish with an average size of 3 kg from various producers. The fish had been routinely vaccinated by injection. Gross pathology, histology, immunohistochemistry using antisera against major histocompatibility complex (MHC) class II beta chain and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) were used to characterize the changes. Macroscopically, melanized foci were seen penetrating from the peritoneum deep into the abdominal wall, sometimes right through to the skin, and also embedded in the caudal musculature. Histological investigation revealed muscle degeneration and necrosis, fibrosis and granulomatous inflammation containing varying numbers of melano-macrophages. Vacuoles, either empty or containing heterogeneous material, were frequently seen. The presence of abundant MHC class II+ cells indicated an active inflammatory condition. TEM showed large extracellular vacuoles and leucocytes containing homogeneous material of lipid-like appearance. The results showed that the melanized foci in Atlantic salmon fillet resulted from an inflammatory condition probably induced by vaccination. The described condition is not known in wild salmon and in farmed salmon where injection vaccination is not applied. 相似文献
