An 8‐week study was conducted to explore the results of Macsumsuk® as a feed additive on the stress tolerance and growth of Litopenaeus vannamei in 15 culture tanks of 36 L each. Three hundred shrimp averaging 0.1 ± 0.01 g were fed with five isonitrogenous (48.38 ± 0.38% CP) diets (in triplicate groups) containing kaolinite (Macsumsuk®) at 0%, 0.3%, 0.6%, 1.2% and 2.4%, namely Mk0, Mk0.3, Mk0.6, Mk1.2 and Mk2.4. Specific growth rate (SGR) and weight gain (WG) of shrimp fed diets Mk1.2 and Mk2.4 were significantly better than those of shrimp fed diet Mk0 (p < .05). However, SGR and WG of shrimp fed diets Mk0.6, Mk1.2 and Mk2.4 were not significantly different. Protein efficiency ratio (PER) and feed efficiency (FE) of shrimp fed diets Mk1.2 and Mk2.4 were significantly better than those of shrimp fed diets Mk0, Mk0.3 and Mk0.6. Furthermore, the survival of shrimp fed diet Mk2.4 was significantly lower than that of shrimp fed diet Mk0.6 (p < .05). Cumulative mortality of shrimp fed diet Mk1.2 was significantly lower than that of shrimp fed diet Mk0 at 1–1.5 hr post‐stress to low dissolved oxygen (from 6.1 mg/L to 2.9 mg/L) and 4–5 hr post‐stress to low salinity (from 32‰ to 1‰) (p < .05). The optimum dietary Macsumsuk® level for juvenile L. vannamei was determined as 1.97% by the polynomial regression analysis of weight gain.  相似文献

本研究尝试将生物絮团技术应用到凡纳滨对虾试验性封闭养殖系统中,筛选生物絮团养殖所需的适宜碳源及其添加量,在此基础上研究生物絮团养殖系统中凡纳滨对虾的适宜养殖密度。结果表明,在养殖密度为150和300尾/m2的凡纳滨对虾养殖系统中,每天按照饲料(蛋白含量42%)投喂量的77%添加蔗糖,生物絮团4d即可形成,在84d的养殖期内,养殖水体的氨氮和亚硝酸氮浓度均维持在较低水平,对虾成活率在80%以上,取得较好的养殖收获。  相似文献

从患病凡纳滨对虾肝胰腺中分离出菌株20100612001,经人工感染实验证实,该分离菌株对凡纳滨对虾的半数致死量为1.44×106CFU/ml。形态学观察和革兰氏染色表明,该菌株为革兰氏阴性,无芽孢,有一根端极鞭毛;呈球杆状、球状、棒状或梨状且有两极浓染现象;在2216E培养基上为透明或半透明的圆形菌落,而在TCBS选择性培养基上为绿色或蓝绿色菌落。经Biolog碳源利用反应、脂肪酸气相色谱分析得出,该菌株与副溶血弧菌、需钠弧菌等的生理生化特性最相似;16SrD-NA序列测定表明,该菌株与弧菌属中几株病原菌的同源性均达到98.9%以上。在分子进化树中该菌株与副溶血弧菌Vibrio parahaemolyticus的进化地位最接近。综合上述实验结果分析得出,该细菌分离物为副溶血弧菌。  相似文献

As an important feed ingredient, fermented soybean meal (FSM) has been widely used in aquatic animals due to its stable sources and reasonable price. Here, we evaluated the potential for replacement of fishmeal (FM) with FSM in diet of Litopenaeus vannamei. Five isonitrogenous (410 g/kg) and isolipidic (80 g/kg) diets were formulated: a control diet containing 320 g/kg FM and four experimental diets in which FM in control diet was replaced by FSM at 10 (FSM10%), 20 (FSM20%), 30 (FSM30%) and 40% (FSM40%). An 8‐week feeding trial was conducted in fifteen fibreglass tanks with 50 shrimps per tank. After 8 weeks trial, FSM20% had significantly enhanced growth performance (p < 0.05). No significant difference was found in body composition and digestive enzyme activities of all groups (p > 0.05). Through real‐time quantitative PCR analysis, tor and s6k expression levels of FSM20% were significantly up‐regulated (p < 0.05). Results of western blot showed that the phosphorylation of S6K was not significantly affected by different dietary treatments (p > 0.05), which suggested mTOR signalling pathway was not affected by FSM diets. Based on the above data, 20% replacement of FM with FSM was reasonable and advantageous for L. vannamei diet.  相似文献

Present study investigates the effects of n‐3 high‐unsaturated fatty acid (n‐3HUFA) levels on growth performance, antioxidant enzymes activities and fatty acid compositions of juvenile Litopenaeus vannamei. These represented seven iso‐nitrogenous and iso‐lipidic diets. Analysed n‐3HUFA concentrations were 0.16% (control), 0.48%, 0.74%, 1.39%, 2.39%, 2.92% and 3.44% respectively. A total of 840 juvenile L. vannamei were randomly stocked into 21 0.5 m3 tanks for 56 days. A significant increase (p < 0.05) was observed from 0.16% to 0.74% n‐3HUFA and a decrease when n‐3HUFA was above these levels in weight gain rate (WGR) and specific growth rate. Total cholesterol, triglyceride and low‐density lipoprotein in serum showed a significant decrease, high‐density lipoprotein showed a significant increase (p < 0.05). Phenoloxidase activity in serum and sodium‐potassium adenosine triphosphatase activity in gill were significantly affected by dietary n‐3HUFA (p < 0.05), both of them showing a downward trend after upward. Malic dehydrogenase and superoxide dismutase activities in serum were also significantly affected by dietary n‐3HUFA (p < 0.05), which rose first and then decreased in general, both of them have a maximum in 2.39% group. No significant differences of the activities of aspartate transaminase and alanine transaminase were observed among all groups (p > 0.05). With dietary n‐3HUFA increase, both ∑HUFA and n‐3HUFA contents gradually increased in hepatopancreas and tail muscles (p < 0.05). Based on broken‐line regression analysis of WGR, the optimal n‐3HUFA requirement is 0.89% for juvenile L. vannamei with initial weight of 0.50 ± 0.01 g.  相似文献

通过测定凡纳滨对虾(Litopenaeus vannamei)生长性能和监测池塘水质变化,研究分段养殖模式在对虾养殖过程中的应用价值.养殖实验在6口池塘内(0.267 hm2/口)进行,首先在其中2口池塘内进行对虾的中间培育,养殖密度为300×104尾/hm2.经过36 d和48 d的中间培育后,将对虾先后转移到其他4口池塘内,养殖密度为60×104尾/hm2,分别记为T1和T2组.剩余的对虾继续养殖在中间培育池塘内,记为C组.结果显示,经过分段养殖的T1和T2组对虾,在分池养殖阶段7d内,生长速度均明显增加,其特定生长率(SGR)分别达到9.36 %/d和6.76 %/d;养殖期间,T1组具有最大的SGR (9.36 %/d)和饲料投喂量,然而其饲料系数(FCR) (1.053)高于T2组(0.822);经过分段养殖的对虾FCR均低于C组(1.082).在分池养殖阶段的大部分时间,T2组对虾的SGR高于T1组;C组NH4+-N、NO2-N和Chl-a浓度低于T1组和T2组,而颗粒物含量(TPM)和总磷(TP)高于T1组和T2组;T2组Chl-a含量明显高于T1组和C组.结果显示,经过48 d中间培育后,即对虾体重约为2 g时进行分池养殖仍可保证对虾在较长时间内保持较大的生长速度,对于饲料的节约具有重要意义.由于分池养殖阶段具有较多的饲料投喂,经过36 d中间培育后的对虾具有最大产量.分池养殖池塘内饲料投喂少于全期养殖,有利于养殖系统的稳定,然而单位时间内投喂量增加则会影响水质.分段养殖模式在提高分池养殖阶段对虾的生长速度和保持水质稳定方面具有重要的应用价值.  相似文献

为了解2种状态(饥饿和复投喂)下投喂3种糖源对凡纳滨对虾仔虾生长、虾体组成成分、代谢指标的影响,实验共5个处理,分别为饥饿组S0、对照组C、实验组S1、S2、S3(在基础饲料中糖源分别为:葡萄糖、蔗糖、玉米淀粉)。实验选取体质量为(1.84±0.23) g的凡纳滨对虾仔虾用方形纱制网兜独立喂养,进行为期12 d的饥饿实验后继续复投喂12 d。结果显示,饥饿后仔虾体组成成分及相关酶[脂肪酶(LPS)、磷酸果糖激酶(PFK)、已糖激酶(HK)、谷氨酰胺合成酶(GS)]差异显著;仔虾肝糖原、肌糖原均呈现出反复升降的过程,饥饿8 d后肝糖原降到最低值,肌糖原短暂回升后显著下降。复投喂4 d后S3组增重率最高,实验各组间无显著差异,均低于C组;全虾水分、全虾粗灰分、肌糖原含量无显著差异;S1、S2组虾体粗脂肪含量显著高于S3组;肝糖原、肌糖原均有回升,S1组肝糖原显著低于其他组。复投喂12 d后,S3组LPS活性、HK活性显著高于其他各实验组,GS、PFK含量实验组间无显著差异。研究表明,凡纳滨对虾仔虾饥饿过程中糖原和脂肪先于蛋白质被动用供能;复投喂出现部分补偿生长效应,玉米淀粉作为糖源饲料对凡纳滨对虾仔虾期恢复生长效果最佳。  相似文献

A series of trials were conducted with Pacific white shrimp Litopenaeus vannamei, to evaluate the efficiency of two salmon meals as compared to anchovy meal. The basal diet contained 200 g/kg anchovy meal, which was systematically replaced (0%, 50%, 75% and 100%) with salmon meal on an isonitrogenous basis. Another two diets were formulated with a hydrolysed salmon meal to replace 50% and 100% anchovy meal. Each diet was randomly fed to four replicate groups of 25 and 30 shrimp per tank in clear (indoor) and green (outdoor) water trials, respectively. The results showed that growth performance and feed conversion ratio were not statistically different when salmon meal replaced anchovy meal in both trials. However, when hydrolysed salmon meal was used to replace 100% of the anchovy meal, growth performance of the shrimp significantly decreased. The four kinds of fish meal (anchovy, salmon by‐product meals and menhaden) were evaluated in an ingredient digestibility trial using the 70:30 replacement technique. In general, dry matter, energy, protein and individual amino acids digestibility of salmon meal were significantly higher than those of menhaden and anchovy meal. Results of this study demonstrated that salmon meals are a good protein sources which can replace anchovy meal.  相似文献
