The active confinement for the core concrete can be provided by lateral pre-tensioned FRP, the stress hysteresis of FRP can be avoided, and good confinement effect for concrete columns can be got. It must cause large error if adopt the calculated model and constitute model of concrete columns confined with non-pretentioned FRP. The initial confined stress and effective confined stress associated with the lateral pre-stress were introduced. According to the test results and finite element simulation, the calculated model on peak stress, peak strain, ultimate stress and ultimate strain of circular concrete columns confined with lateral pre-tensioned FRP were proposed, and the initial elastic modulus of circular concrete columns confined with lateral pre-tensioned FRP was analyzed. Based the exiting stress-strain models of circular concrete columns confined with FRP, the three linear stress-strain model of circular concrete columns confined with lateral pre-tensioned FRP was recommended, and good agreement between theoretical and test results is achieved. 相似文献

One pilot-scale portable Nutrient Film Technique (NFT) aquaponic system has been designed, developed, and tested at ICAR-CIFA, Bhubaneswar for a period of 90 days (October to December 2018) to study the efficiency of the new design. The experimental setup has three separate units, each consisting of four major components, such as Fibreglass Reinforced Plastic (FRP) round fish culture tank (ø2.15 × 0.9 m) with operational capacity 2800 L, biofilter unit made up of Polypropylene (PP) of 100 L capacity, FRP rectangular hydroponics tank (4 × 0.9 × 0.35 m) having 2.64 m2 plantation area and High-density Polyethylene (HDPE) sump (ø0.6 × 0.7 m) of 200 L capacity. Implementation of custom designed and calibrated automatic water recirculation system gives an average flow rate of 94.7 L/h for continuous flow of nutrients from fish culture tank to hydroponics tank. The designed system harnesses gravity flow in 75 % of the cycle. For performance assessment, the system was initially stocked with 54 numbers of fish fry/m3 (153.7 g/m3) of pangas (Pangasius hypophthalmus) in culture tank and 27 marigold (Tagetes erecta) plants/m2 in hydroponics tank. Length and weight gain of fish were by 77.04 % and 397.2 % from initial, respectively, and marigold plant harvested 107 number of flowers/m2. The Total Ammoniacal Nitrogen (TAN) reduction in biofilter was found to be 61.97 %. 相似文献

针对日本引进的DX-180型玻璃钢扇贝拖网渔船在獐子岛海域捕捞过程中出现的高能耗、低产量等问题,通过对该渔船与獐子岛扇贝捕捞主力船型(辽长渔养15021钢质扇贝拖网渔船)的技术指标差异性分析得出,该渔船配备的捕捞网具与作业模式无法满足中国海域扇贝捕捞需求。因此,该文提出优化捕捞网具与作业模式,并通过在獐子岛虾夷扇贝(Patinopecten yessoensis)底播海域的海上对比试验论证其改造的合理性。试验分2阶段进行,第1阶段通过增大网具扫海面积并对作业参数进行优化与论证,确定在沙砾底、泥沙底和泥底的最佳拖网航速与曳纲长度;第2阶段进行海上生产对比试验,并以单位捕捞油耗、单位捕捞效率和单位捕捞成本为经济评价指标。试验结果表明,优化后的DX-180型扇贝拖网渔船的捕捞量与耗油量均得到有效改善。与预替代的辽长渔养15021钢质扇贝拖网渔船相比,虽单位捕捞油耗与钢质拖网渔船基本持平,但在单位捕捞效率和单位捕捞成本方面均优于钢质拖网渔船,其中单位捕捞效率提高了37.5%,单位捕捞成本降低了26.0%,符合扇贝低碳化产业发展需求,对中国推广玻璃钢扇贝拖网渔船从技术与经济性方面提供参考。 相似文献

As the self weight of cable affects mechanical behavior obviously with the inerease of span length.FRP (fiber reinforced polymer) cable that has the lighter weight than the conventional cables has advantage for long span structures.The analysis of single cable is the fundamental theory for the design of cable structures.Based on different considerations of gravity loads.the solutions of the single cable on gravity loads have three sets of solutions: parabola solution.catenary solution and elastic catenary solution.And the equations for the three sets of solutions are derived by taking the end tension force of cable as the control parameter.The comparison between FRP cables and steel cables is conducted by elastic catenary solution.and the results show that the lager span structure can be realized by FRP cables.The precision for the parabola solution and catenary solution is compared for stay cables and horizontal cables.and the proper ranges of both approximate methods are proposed.Based on the above methods.the ultimate span length of FRP cable and steel cable are analyzed.It is concluded that the ultimate span of FRP cable is 4.4 times larger than that of steel cable. 相似文献
