Quantitative study of the impact of Shanghai World Expo on green GDP (GGDP) is significant for deploying sustainable development policy in China. The formula of GGDP is: GGDP = GDP--the loss of natural resources environment relegation cost + comprehensive utilized value of waste. Based on this, the study employed vector autoregressive (VAR) model to predict the value of GGDP and other economic variables on condition that there was no Shanghai World Expo. Then Influence of Expo is defined as the rate of increase of GGDP. The result demonstrated that Shanghai World Expo had accelerated the growth rate of GGDP vastly with the elimination of effect of Beijing Olympics. Additionally, the quantitative analysis between GGDP and other economic variables suggested GGDP would replace GDP to evaluate the development of economy. Finally, the paper proposed that incidents like World Expo can enhance the level of influence for a country and that post-impact of Shanghai Expo should continue to be used to promote GGDP and that GGDP should serve as one of the indicators in assessment of political achievement. 相似文献

为了进一步评价桉树对闽东南沿海沙地气候环境的适应能力,以10年生尾巨桉为研究对象,采用Handy FluorCam荧光成像仪测定并分析其叶绿素荧光参数4个季节的日变化特征。结果表明,尾巨桉夏季一天中各个时段最小初始荧光(Fo)、最大荧光(Fm)和最大可变荧光强度(Fv)均高于其它3个季节,且最高值均出现在夏季的12:00,最低值均在冬季的12:00;Fm和Fv在四季日变化趋势基本相同;光系统Ⅱ(PSⅡ)最大光能转换效率(Fv/Fm)和潜在活性(Fv/Fo)均表现为春季夏季秋季冬季,4个季节差异均不显著(P0.05)。尾巨桉各季节平均Fv/Fm值都在0.853-0.863之间,表明尾巨桉的光能转换效率较高,能够较好地适应闽东南沿海沙地环境,具有一定的推广种植潜力。 相似文献

Pigs can harbour a variety of viruses in their gastrointestinal tract. Some of them are closely related to human viruses and are therefore suspected to have a zoonotic potential. Only little is known about the presence of those viruses in pigs at slaughter. However, by contamination of meat with zoonotic viruses during the slaughtering process, food-borne transmission to humans may be possible. Here we analyzed 120 faecal samples of pigs at slaughter from 3 different geographical regions of Germany for the presence of astrovirus (AstV), encephalomyocarditis virus (EMCV), hepatitis E virus (HEV), norovirus genogroup II (NoV GII) and group A rotavirus (GARV). Using real-time RT-PCR, the most frequently detected virus was AstV, which was present in 20.8% of the samples, followed by NoV GII with a detection rate of 14.2%. EMCV, HEV and GARV were found only occasionally with detection rates of 4.2%, 2.5% and 0.8%, respectively. Analyses of partial genome sequences of the viruses indicated that the detected AstV and NoV GII mainly represented typical pig virus strains, which have not been detected in humans so far. However, the GARV and HEV strains were more closely related to human strains. The results indicate that enteric viruses, some of them with zoonotic potential, are present in pig faeces at slaughter. Application of good hygiene practice is necessary to minimize the risk of introducing these viruses into the food and to prevent virus transmission to highly exposed persons such as slaughterers and veterinarians. 相似文献

This study aimed to evaluate and correlate intraocular pressure (IOP), endothelial cell density (CD), and hexagonality (HEX), and the aqueous humor prostaglandin E2 (PGE2) concentration in dogs with mature (MG, n = 8) and hypermature (HG, n = 8) cataracts. Eight laboratory beagles with no ocular abnormalities were included as a control group (CG). The IOP was measured using a digital applanation tonometer. Noncontact specular microscopy was used to evaluate CD and HEX. Samples of aqueous humor were used to determine prostaglandin E2 concentration using enzyme‐linked immunoassay. Data were compared by anova and Bonferroni's multiple comparison test, and possible correlations among the PGE2 aqueous concentration and corneal endothelium cell parameters were assessed by Person′s test (P < 0.05). Average values of IOP (P = 0.45) and CD (P = 0.39) were not significantly different between MG, HM, and CG. Average values of HEX were lower, and PGE2 concentration was increased in the MG and HG in comparison with CG (P < 0.05); however, such parameters did not change significantly between MG and HG (P > 0.05). PGE2 values did not correlate with IOP, CD, and HEX in any group (P > 0.05). Although there were a small number of dogs studied, our results demonstrated that cataract progression from mature to hypermature did not have a significant change in PGE2 aqueous concentration, IOP, corneal endothelial cell count, or morphology. In addition, PGE2 concentration was not correlated with parameters of the corneal endothelium or IOP in dogs with mature or hypermature cataracts. 相似文献

本试验旨在检测2株枯草芽孢杆菌对致病性大肠杆菌和沙门氏菌抑菌作用。以致病性大肠杆菌和沙门氏菌作为指示菌,采用2株枯草芽孢杆菌与大肠杆菌和沙门氏菌同时接种及先后接种的方法,对其与大肠杆菌和沙门氏菌的生物颉颃作用进行了研究。结果表明,先接种枯草芽孢杆菌再接种致病菌抑制作用最明显且在24 h时抑菌作用最强,同时接种枯草芽孢杆菌和致病菌抑制作用次之,先接种致病菌再接种枯草芽孢杆菌的抑制作用最弱。提示,2株枯草芽孢杆菌对致病性大肠杆菌和沙门氏菌都有一定的抑制作用,但抑制作用的强弱有差异,且与枯草芽孢杆菌和致病菌接种的时间长短有关。 相似文献

The protein encoded by E0 gene is one of the major protective antigens of bovine viral diarrhea-mucosal disease virus (BVDV). E0 gene is a candidate for developing genetic engineering vaccine of BVDV and it could not express in BCG, it has been shown that E0 protein has RNase activity, and has a plurality of rare codons according to analyze the codon usage frequency of BCG. By truncating the gene and optimizing its codons, E0 gene expressed in BCG successfully and its antigenic activity was detected, which laid the foundation for building bivalent genetic engineering vaccine to prevent tuberculosis and bovine viral diarrhea-mucosal disease at the same time. 相似文献

This paper researched antibacterial effect of different Bidens bipinnata L extracts against clinical ESBLs E.coli by means of micro-dilution assay and the present method of combining traditional Chinese herbs with western medicine in vitro. The results showed that it had good inhibitory effect under Bidens bipinnata L decoction, ethyl acetate extracts, acetone extracts and trichloromethane extracts in combination with antibiotic. And ethyl acetate extracts was the most efficient. Bidens bipinnata L decoction was the most widespread, and could reduce the MIC of different antibiotics. 相似文献
