饲油1号在西藏林芝地区的综合栽培措施研究

青稞茬复种饲油1号能有效解决林芝地区当地冬季饲料短缺问题.但是,由于林芝各县栽培措施不一,再加上当地特殊的地理环境和气候特征,生物产量总体偏低.采用播期、播种量和底肥施氮量3个因素,通过二次通用旋转组合设计试验方案.结果表明,以生物产量大于24948.56 kg/hm2作为优化目标,播期为9月22～ 29日,播种量为10.43～12.07 kg/hm2,底肥施氮量(纯氮)以50.85～76.48 kg/hm2效果最佳.     

Changes in NMR Relaxation of Rice Grains,Kernel Quality and Physicochemical Properties in Response to a High Temperature after Flowering in Heat-Tolerant and Heat-Sensitive Rice Cultivars

Abstract

Rice productivity is related to the ability of plants to adapt to heat stress. The heat-tolerant cultivars ‘Nikomaru’ and ‘Chikushi 64’ and heat-sensitive cultivar ‘Hinohikari’ were grown at 30ºC and 25ºC for 49 days after flowering. At 30ºC, only a few white immature kernels were produced in ‘Nikomaru’ and ‘Chikushi 64’, but about 22% of grains had immature kernels in ‘Hinohikari’. The high temperature(30ºC) caused no significant changes in grain dry weight, water content, and the NMR T₁ value during the early ripening stage in ‘Nikomaru’ and ‘Chikushi 64’. It also did not affect grain development, especially with respect to the nucellar epidermis, in ‘Nikomaru’ and ‘Chikushi 64’, but caused clear cessation of development of the nucellar epidermis at 14 days after flowering in ‘Hinohikari’. In addition, high temperature decreased the amylose content and increased hardnessvs. adhesion ratio of cooked rice in both ‘Nikomaru’ and ‘Chikushi 64’ resulting a softer, less sticky texture, but not in ‘Hinohikari’. The maximum viscosity and breakdown values were increased, and final viscosity decreased at 30ºC in all three cultivars. These results suggested that starch in the endosperm of grains changed from a fluid state to a doughy state more slowly in ‘Nikomaru’ and ‘Chikushi 64’ than in ‘Hinohikari’, in which the water content and NMR relaxation time decreased, and transported assimilates accumulated slowly during grain development.     

Effects of HIF-1α silencing on proliferation of rat hepatoma cells

AIM：To study the effect of hypoxia-inducible factor 1α (HIF-1α) silencing on the proliferation of hepatoma cells under hypoxia. METHODS：Rat hepatoma cell line CBRH-7919 was used in this study. Hypoxia model was established by treating the cells with cobalt chloride (CoCl2). The expression of HIF-1α was silenced by small interfe-rence RNA. Real-time RT-PCR and Western blotting were used to detect the mRNA and/or protein expression of HIF-1α, vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), p21 and cyclin D1 in CBRH-7919 cells under hypoxia. The proliferation of CBRH-7919 cells was measured by the technique of 5-bromo-2’-deoxyuridine (BrdU) incorporation. RESULTS：The expression of HIF-1α and VEGF at mRNA and protein levels was significantly increased under hypoxia (P<0.05). Silencing of HIF-1α significantly inhibited the expression of HIF-1α, VEGF and cyclin D1 at mRNA and/or protein levels, while increased the protein expression of p21 (P<0.05). The BrdU-positive cells in HIF-1α siRNA transfection group were significantly less than those in control group. CONCLUSION：HIF-1α silencing significantly inhibits the proliferation of hepatoma cells under hypoxia.     

能源用甜高粱辽甜1号选育报告

辽甜1号(L0201A/LTR102)是以自选不育系L0201A为母本,以LTR102为父本组配而成的能源用甜高粱杂交种。该杂交种茎秆产量高,茎秆多糖多汁,含糖锤度高,高抗丝黑穗病、叶病轻、抗倒伏,乙醇转化率高。生育期适中,作为能源作物在有效积温≥2 850℃的地区均可种植。

Interleukin 1, a mediator of immunoadjuvant peptidoglycans

Bacterial peptidoglycans and the synthetic analog muramyl dipeptide possess various immunomodulating properties (adjuvant effect, increase of resistance to infectious agents and to tumor growth). They are able to induce B cell activation and to stimulate macrophages to produce monokines such as Interleukin 1 (IL 1). IL 1 plays an essential role in immune response. It promotes thymocytes maturation and Interleukin 2 secretion by antigen sensitive T cells, which in turn triggers regulatory T cells. Moreover, it is involved in the proliferation and differentiation of B cells.

There is a correlation between the immunoenhancing effect of PG of a definite structure and their ability to induce IL 1 secretion. Non-adjuvant PG were inactive. This suggests that one of the major mechanisms of action of adjuvant PG could be the stimulation of IL 1 synthesis.     

辣椒新品种川椒子弹头的选育

川椒子弹头是以辣椒胞质雄性不育系E16A为母本,恢复系E04C为父本配制而成的早熟辣椒一代杂种。果实锥形,纵径5～6cm,横径2.5～2.7cm,果肉厚0.2cm,平均单果质量20g。青熟果绿色,老熟果鲜红色,辣味香浓,干椒油份重。每667m2产鲜红椒2800kg左右,干椒400～450kg。田间对TMV、CMV的抗性较石柱朝天红强,适宜黄河流域、长江流域早春露地和保护地栽培。     

三氟甲基侧取代氧、氮、硫杂大环化合物的合成和分子结构

合成了两个三氟甲基侧取代氧、氮、硫杂大环化合物（１、２），用ＩＲ、＾１ＨＮＭＲ、ＭＳ和元素分析作表征；用ＡＭ１方法计算了它们的电子结构，并根据计算结果给出了几何构型。
