湖南大学与岳麓书院一脉相承.湖南大学校史应从岳麓书院创建之年公元976年算起,历史上的各种文献资料早有志述,书院学制沿革、校史沿革等资料确凿可证,应以其千年历史沿革载入中国教育史册和世界教育史册.

联合运输机组的滚筒出河机在设计，试验研究过程中都忽视了原木重心与原木形心位置不一致的因素。它促使较在径级原木在滚筒出河机上打横，造成停机。     

新农村建设中的集体行动困境及其化解——基于对三明调研的实证分析

在对福建三明市辖区、市、县12个行政村进行调研、广泛收集资料的基础上，分析了三明的农村现状与基础。根据奥尔森的集体行动的逻辑理论，对新农村建设中出现的集体行动困境做了实证分析和理论阐述，并结合调研中的若干认识，最后提出新农村建设的长效机制探索。

甜菜碱对生长肥育猪胴体组成的影响及其机理研究进展

甜菜碱是一种广泛存在于动植物体内的天然化合物,无毒、无害、无残留、无污染,性质稳定。在动物体内,甜菜碱是高效的甲基供体物质,参与蛋白质和脂肪代谢。日粮中添加甜菜碱可提高猪的生长性能、改善胴体组成和肉质。本文就甜菜碱对生长肥育猪胴体组成的影响及其机理研究作一综述。     

The role of TF-1 cell apoptosis-related gene 19 in systemic lupus erythematosus

AIM:To clarify the role of new apoptosis-related gene, TF-1 cell apoptosis-related gene 19(TFAR19), in the pathogenesis of systemic lupus erythematosis (SLE) and the relationship between TFAR19 and SLE.METHODS:DNA Ladder detection, Western blotting, immunological fluorescence method, ELISA and so on were used to test if ultraviolet B(UVB) could induce HaCaT cell apoptosis and TFAR19 expression.RESULTS:HaCaT cell apoptosis could be detected after 24 hours of 30 mj/cm² UVB irradiation. Also, we found that in active SLE patients, the TFAR19 antibody was increased, but not significant compared to the normal control.CONCLUSION:TFAR 19 is involved in the process of UVB induced ketatinocyte line HaCaT apoptosis and SLE pathogenesis.

干扰素-τ(IFN-τ)的分子结构和妊娠识别机理

在反刍动物的整个妊娠失败中，早期胚胎死亡占有很大的比例，它在很大程度上是由母体妊娠识别失败造成的IFN-τ（干扰素-τ）是由反刍动物孕体附植时发出的特有的妊娠识别信号，它是建立母体妊娠识别的一种主要因子，本文阐述了IFN-τ的分子结构及其最新研究进展，即IFN-τ和PGF2α，UCRP，OTR，GM-CSF的互作机理。     

Interaction of bovine immunoglobulin gamma 2 (IgG2) with staphylococcal protein A: evidence for IgG2a and IgG2b sub-subclasses in the bovine

The reactivity of bovine IgG with protein A is confusing with respect to which of the bovine IgG class and subclasses are reactive. We have, therefore, re-examined the interaction of bovine immunoglobulins with protein A. The results presented in this paper indicated that at pH 8.0 protein A binds only immunoglobulin of the IgG2 subclass. The bound IgG2 can be readily recovered from an immobilized protein A column at pH 5.0. Furthermore, the antigenic IgG2 eluted demonstrated two charged species which could readily be separated by ion-exchange chromatography. These results indicate that IgG2 in the bovine exists in two sub-subclasses, IgG2a and IgG2b. The two sub-subclasses of IgG2 could be rapidly isolated with a good yield in two-steps namely protein A affinity chromatography followed by ion exchange chromatography.     

蚕用药物浅述

蚕药具有减少蚕病发生、减轻劳动强度、提高蚕茧产量的作用,蚕药主要分消毒、生理调节、杀虫、趋避剂以及抗生素类药物等。近年来各类药物的研究较多,阐述了当前蚕药的品种,应用情况。
