黑杨无性系日CO2固定总量的测定及与苗木生产潜势的相关性研究

通过对不同基因型黑杨无性系植株净光合速率日变化曲线与光合主体叶面积在时间和光强上进行累计积分来计算植株日CO2固定总量P。由于净光合速率日变化曲线不易准确测得，故以光响应曲线和光强的日变化来推测净光合速率日变化。对P值和生物量的相关性研究表明，二者的相关性很高。且认为可以用计算出的P值作为评估苗木生产潜势的指标之一，这为育种中生产力的早期选择提供了有力的证据。     

Temperature-dependent stock-recruitment model for walleye pollock (Theragra chalcogramma) around northern Japan

Changes in fish year‐class strength have been attributed to year‐to‐year variability in environmental conditions and spawning stock biomass (SSB). In particular, sea temperature has been shown to be linked to fish recruitment. In the present study, I examined the relationship between sea surface temperature (SST), SSB and recruitment for two stocks of walleye pollock (Theragra chalcogramma) around northern Japan [Japanese Pacific stock (JPS) and northern Japan Sea stock (JSS)] using a temperature‐dependent stock‐recruitment model (TDSRM). The recruitment fluctuation of JPS was successfully reproduced by the TDSRM with February and April SSTs, and February SST was a better environmental predictor than April SST. In addition, the JPS recruitment was positively related to February SST and negatively to April SST. The JSS recruitment modeled by the TDSRM incorporating February SST was also consistent with the observation, whereas the relationship between recruitment and February SST was negative, that is the opposite trend to JPS. These findings suggest that SST in February is important as a predictor of recruitment for both stocks, and that higher and lower SSTs in February act favorably on the recruitment of JPS and JSS respectively. Furthermore, Ricker‐type TDSRM was not selected for either of the stocks, suggesting that the strong density‐dependent effect as in the Ricker model does not exist for JPS and JSS. I formulate hypotheses to explain the links between SST and recruitment, and note that these relationships should be considered in any future attempts to understand the recruitment dynamics of JPS and JSS.     

饲喂高亚麻籽日粮的蛋鸡生产性能恢复研究

选择167只经4个月高亚麻籽饲喂后的产蛋鸡,以玉米豆饼为基础的日粮饲喂80d,观察其生产性能恢复情况。结果表明：高亚麻籽组的蛋鸡体重始终低于正常,产蛋率和体重几乎不能恢复。     

粉条加工中添加石蜡的检测技术研究

【目的】探讨粉条加工过程中非法添加石蜡的测定方法,为食品监管提供保障。【方法】先以石蜡成品摸索石蜡测定的气相色谱质谱条件,再以石蜡成分C18H38和C24H50进行回收率和相对标准偏差试验。【结果】不同预处理方法中,超声萃取处理的C18H38和C24H50在粉条中的萃取回收率最高,分别为93.5%和91.0%;20min超声时间萃取粉条中烷烃成分较为适宜;所建立的粉条中石蜡含量测定方法的相对标准偏差为3.6～4.8,样品回收率均大于90.0%,达到定量检测要求。【结论】所建立的石蜡检测方法操作简单,测定结果准确可靠,可用于粉条中石蜡成分的定性及定量测定。

Respond of Stock Trading Volume to Earning Report

Earning report is a main accounting report that transmits earning information to users. It is the core of financial reports system. Earning information is significant to users' decision making. This paper studies the respond of stock trading volume to earning report and draws the curve of trading volume before and after earning report. This paper further does a regression analysis of accidental earning and abnormal return rate, and draws the relation curve of them on the earning report date to prove stock trading volume does have remarkable respond to earning report. This research is significant to either lessen small investors blindness investment and help them make reasonable forecast to markets and regulate the disclosure of listed companies.     

Slab Defect Diagnosis and Predicting System Based on Rough Set Theory

In accordance with the special characteristics of state medium-sized construction enterprises and their reform objects of "having a free hand and enlivening", the suitable objective model, the stock cooperative system for state medium-sized construction enterprises has been put forward in this paper by analyzing the system mechanism of stock cooperative system enterprises.
