本试验旨在研究挤压膨化加工对菜籽粕(RM)中抗营养因子、营养物质含量以及膨化菜籽粕(ERM)对生长育肥猪生长性能、营养物质表观消化率的影响。试验1:采用本实验室的TSE65双螺杆干法挤压膨化机和优化后的加工参数组合对饲料级RM进行挤压膨化加工,测定RM和ERM中的抗营养因子和营养物质含量。试验2:以RM和ERM为主要试验材料,选取72头体重为(33.82±3.72)kg的杜×长×大三元杂交猪,随机分成6组,每个组3个重复,每个重复4头猪。试验16周,1、3、5组分别饲喂添加6%、10%和14%RM的饲粮,试验2、4、6组分别饲喂添加6%、10%和14%ERM的饲粮;试验712周,1、3、5组分别饲喂添加10%、14%和18%RM的饲粮,试验2、4、6组分别饲喂添加10%、14%和18%ERM的饲粮。试验期为12周。结果表明:1)与RM相比,ERM中干物质、粗蛋白质、粗脂肪、粗灰分、钙和总磷含量都有所增加;ERM中粗脂肪和干物质含量显著升高(P0.05),半胱氨酸、赖氨酸和精氨酸含量显著降低(P0.05),总氨基酸含量下降了1.75%(P0.05),硫苷和植酸含量显著降低(P0.05),异硫氰酸酯和唑烷硫酮含量低于检测限0.15 mg/g,单宁含量无显著变化(P0.05)。2)16周内,同等添加量下,2、4组末重(FBW)显著高于1、3组(P0.05);4组平均日采食量(ADFI)显著高于其余各组(P0.05);各组间平均日增重(ADG)和料重比(F/G)均无显著差异(P0.05);6组粗蛋白质、粗脂肪和干物质表观消化率显著高于5组(P0.05);6组除蛋氨酸、丝氨酸和谷氨酸表观消化率与5组差异不显著(P0.05)外,其余氨基酸表观消化率均显著高于5组(P0.05)。712周内,同等添加量下,2、4组FBW高于1、3组,6组FBW低于5组,但差异均不显著(P0.05);2组粗蛋白质、粗脂肪和干物质表观消化率显著高于1组(P0.05);2组缬氨酸、异亮氨酸、赖氨酸、组氨酸、苏氨酸、天冬氨酸、酪氨酸、谷氨酸、甘氨酸、半胱氨酸、脯氨酸和总氨基酸表观消化率显著高于1组(P0.05)。由此可见,挤压膨化加工能提高RM的营养价值并降低多种抗营养因子含量,在育肥猪饲粮中添加ERM可以提高育肥猪的生长性能和营养物质表观消化率。30-60 kg的育肥猪饲粮中ERM适宜添加量为10%,61120 kg的育肥猪饲粮中ERM适宜添加量为14%。  相似文献

通过对不同层积时间圆齿野鸦椿种子萌发及其生理生化变化情况的研究,得出种皮对圆齿野鸦椿种子萌发具有很强的机械障碍,仅通过低温层积不能完全解除种皮的机械障碍.低温层积配合60℃温水浸种能够有效解除休眠.同时通过实验发现,当采取播前温水处理打破种皮机械障碍时,以低温层积90~120 d为宜,层积时间过长会导致萌发率降低.通过实验,对低温层积不同时间的圆齿野鸦椿种子生理生化变化情况进行测定,结果表明:随着层积时间增加,可溶性糖含量与G-6-PDH和6-PGDH联合酶活性波动上升,而淀粉含量波动下降.说明种子内含物质相互转化,逐步解除休眠,同时种子呼吸代谢中戊糖磷酸途径所占比重上升.POD活性先逐渐上升,在120 d后活性下降,笔者认为这可能是导致层积120 d后种子萌发率降低的主要原因.  相似文献

通过在小麦基础日粮中添加国产酶(EⅠ)和进口酶(EⅡ)两种木聚糖酶制剂,研究木聚糖酶对肉仔鸡各段消化道食糜停留时间和营养物质消化率的影响。试验将7日龄肉仔鸡随机分成5组:小麦基础日粮中分别添加0.05%EⅠ(A1组)、0.02%EⅠ(A2组)、0.02%EⅡ(B1组)、0.05%EⅡ(B2组)、0%(C组),饲喂至21日龄。结果表明:在所有组中,食糜在空肠和回肠的停留时间最长。加酶组使腺胃、结肠、盲肠的停留时间延长,使其它消化道停留时间缩短(P>0.05),A1组、A2组、B1组、B2组使总停留时间分别比对照组减少15.2%、6.4%、13.6%、13.8%。与对照组相比,加酶组可显著提高干物质和粗蛋白的粪消化率。所有组中嗉囊、腺胃、十二指肠和盲肠消化率表现为负值,肌胃、空肠、回肠和结肠各段消化率为正值,且从空肠到结肠消化率有升高的趋势。  相似文献

旨在探讨添加混合微生物菌剂的发酵全混合日粮(Fermented total mixed ration,FTMR)对肉羊营养物质消化吸收功能和生长性能的影响。通过发酵和肉羊饲喂试验,测定了FTMR的品质变化、营养物质表观消化率、肉羊瘤胃发酵情况及日增重。结果表明:1)全混合日粮发酵后pH和中性洗涤纤维含量显著降低,乳酸和乙酸含量显著增加(P<0.05);2)试验组肉羊瘤胃液pH显著降低,氨态氮含量降低50%以上(P<0.05);粗蛋白质、粗脂肪、中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤纤维和酸性洗涤木质素(ADL)的利用率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),尤其是ADL利用率提高了29.92%(P<0.05)。3)试验组平均日增重较对照组提高50%。综上,混合微生物菌剂加入全混合日粮发酵后,适口性增强,可改善肉羊瘤胃液环境,提高肉羊的消化吸收功能和生长性能,有利于提高秸秆饲料化利用效率。  相似文献

The aim of this study was to assess the effects of feeding Atriplex halimus (AH) silage treated with two developed enzyme cocktails to sheep on feed intake, nutrient digestibility and ruminal fermentation. The AH silage was treated without or with 2 L of ZAD1® or ZAD2®/1000 kg with 5% molasses and ensiled for 30 days. Barley grain (300 g/head/day) was fed as an energy supplement once daily at 10.00 hours and AH silage with or without enzyme treatment was offered ad libitum to animals twice daily at 09.00 and 16.00 hours. Sheep were fed on four experimental forage diets comprised of AH silage and barley (D1), AH silage treated with ZAD1® and barley (D2), AH silage treated with ZAD2® and barley (D3) and AH silage treated with a combination of ZAD1® and ZAD2® (1:1) and barley (D4). Ensiling AH with enzymes reduced its contents of neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent fiber. The dry matter intake of AH of D2, D3 and D4 decreased (P < 0.001) as compared to D1. However, enzyme‐treated diets had greater total digestible nutrients intake (P < 0.001) as compared to D1. The nutrients digestibility for D2, D3 and D4 were higher than those for D1 (P < 0.001), and were higher for D3 as compared to both D2 and D4. Sheep fed on D3 had highest (P < 0.001) ruminal total volatile fatty acids concentration, ammonia nitrogen concentration and microbial protein yield. It could be concluded that AH silage treated with ZAD1® or ZAD2® improved digestibility and rumen fermentation in sheep.  相似文献

Two digestibility trials and two growth trials were carried out to evaluate the influence of top‐sprayed phytase on apparent digestibility coefficients (ADCs) of protein and mineral and utilization in rainbow trout fed with soybean meal‐based diets. In Trial 1, a semi‐purified diet containing 50% soybean meal was supplemented with graded levels of phytase (0, 500, 1000, 2000 and 4000 U kg?1 diet), and fed to triplicate groups of fish. In Trial 2, commercial‐type extruded feeds containing 36% soybean meal with either 0 or 2000 U phytase kg?1 were fed to five replicate groups of fish. Phytase clearly decreased phytic acid content of feces from 35 to 5 mg and from 34 to 14 mg phytic acid per g faecal dry matter in Trials 1 and 2 respectively. Apparent digestibility coefficient of P improved from 23% to 83% in Trial 1 and from 35% to 54% in Trial 2 by phytase. Apparent protein increased by 1.2% and 3.2%‐units by phytase in Trials 1 and 2. Zinc digestibility was significantly increased in Trial 1, but not in Trial 2. Trials 3 and 4 were conducted to evaluate the influence of phytase on dietary P (Trial 3) and lysine (Trial 4) utilization. Three diets were prepared for each trial: P (Trial 3)‐ or lysine (Trial 4)‐deficient basal diets, basal diets with phytase supplementation (2000 U kg?1) and P (Trial 3)‐ or lysine (Trial 4)‐fortified diets. Rainbow trout (initial weight 20 g) were fed for 10 weeks using four and six replicates for Trials 3 and 4 respectively. Phytase increased P utilization in Trial 3 as demonstrated by an increase in vertebra ash from 24.1% to 45.4%, and by an increase in weight gain from 243% to 459% of the initial weight. Phytase did not increase lysine utilization, since neither protein retention nor weight gain were enhanced by phytase. Supplemental lysine increased protein retention and weight gain to 43.1% and 514%, respectively, and also decreased whole‐body lipid contents significantly from 120 to 123 g kg?1 in fish fed the basal diet and phytase‐supplemented diet to 106 g kg?1 in fish fed with lysine‐fortified diet.  相似文献

A meta‐analysis was conducted to understand quantitative aspects of calcium (Ca) and phosphorus (P) absorption in adult dogs and cats. 34 studies in dogs and 14 studies in cats met the criteria for inclusion in the meta‐analysis. Intake and faecal excretion values of Ca and P were subjected to a modified Lucas test and subsequent regression analyses. According to the current scientific consensus, Ca true digestibility (absorption) should increase at low Ca intake and decrease at high Ca intake. If true, this should result in a nonlinear relationship between the percentage of Ca excreted and dietary Ca intake. The present meta‐analysis showed a highly significant linear relationship (p < 0.0001) between Ca intake and Ca excretion suggesting a lack of systematic quantitative adaptation in true Ca digestibility. This finding suggests either that the time period covered by standard digestion trials is too short to induce adaptation mechanisms or that dogs and cats at maintenance will not efficiently alter quantitative Ca absorption percentage according to the amount ingested. If the latter is true, a dietary Ca supply differing greatly from the recommended dietary intake might impair the health of cats and dogs when fed long term. The data plots for P intake and faecal excretion were less uniform suggesting other factors not just dietary intake influence faecal P excretion. In adult cats, the dietary Ca:P ratio strongly influenced the true digestibility of P, whereas this effect was less marked in adult dogs. Faecal P excretion was significantly correlated to faecal Ca excretion in both species (p < 0.0001), and surprisingly, the level of P intake did not appear to be an important determinant of true digestibility of P.  相似文献

Six ruminally cannulated Wagyu (Japanese Black) steers (average initial bodyweight (BW) 387 ± 29 kg) were used in a split‐plot design experiment, comprising a 3 × 3 Latin square design (whole plot) and a randomized block design (subplot). The whole plot treatments were three different feeding levels of supplemental diet, fed at 0.2, 0.4 and 0.6% of BW, on a dry matter (DM) basis. Subplot treatments were two different supplemental diets: a potato pulp silage‐based diet (PPS) and a grain‐based diet (GRAIN). Chopped, medium‐quality cool‐season grass hay (predominately Timothy, Phleum pratense L) was fed daily at 0.7% BW (on a DM basis) as the basal diet. Each period consisted of 21 d, which included 11 d of adaptation to the diets and 10 d of the collection period. Chromium oxide was used as an indigestible marker. In situ forage degradation was measured using the nylon bag technique. The dry matter intake increased (linear; P < 0.01) as the feeding level increased and was not affected by the diet. Digestibility was not affected by any treatments. The GRAIN diet tended to decrease the rate of in situ forage degradation as the feeding level increased, but this trend was not found in the steers fed the PPS diet. Steers fed the GRAIN diet had a lower (P < 0.1) ruminal pH compared with steers fed the PPS diet. Ruminal pH was not significantly affected by feeding level; however, it was numerically higher for steers supplemented at 0.2% per BW than that for the steers supplemented above 0.4% per BW due probably to the higher starch intake. The total volatile fatty acids concentration numerically increased as the feeding level increased and was not affected by the diet. Increasing the feeding level decreased (linear, P < 0.01) the proportion of acetate. Neither diet nor the feeding level had any effects on the proportion of ruminal propionate. The results suggested that, for steers fed the PPS diet, there are not adverse effects on forage digestion in the rumen that occur as the feeding level is increased.  相似文献
