Soil structure is determined by the arrangement of particles in soil and the particles of sand, silt, and clay bind together into aggregates of various sizes by organic and inorganic materials. Structural stability which is the ability of the aggregates and pores to remain intact when subjected to stress, markedly affects crop production and soil erosion (Tisdall 1996). Since water, either directly as rainfall or as surface runoff is the main agent of aggregate breakdown, in the analyzes of stable soil aggregation, the term water-stable aggregation is generally used (Lynch and Bragg 1985). Water-stable aggregates have been divided into micro aggregates < 0.25 mm dia.) and macro aggregates (> 0.25 mm dia.) (Edwards and Bremner 1967; Tisdall and Oades 1982). Microaggregates show a relatively high stability against physical disruption (Edwards and Bremner 1967). On the other hand, macro aggregates are sensitive to soil management (Tisdall and Oades 1982). There are many reports on the relationships between the aggregate stability and the soil physicochemical properties. For example, significant correlations were found between the aggregate stability and the amounts of organic C (Tisdall and Oades 1982), total N, and carbohydrates or the CEC (Chaney and Swift 1984). However, most of these studies were conducted in non-volcanic ash soils. Volcanic ash soils are widely distributed in Japan and are very important soils for crop production. 沙柳木粉在液化剂和催化剂的作用下制成的液化产物可生产制作聚氨酯、环氧树脂、胶黏剂等。研究沙柳液化产物的流变性能,可探索宏观流变性质与液体微观内部反应机理之间的关系,优化设备结构和加工工艺条件,对其高效利用有着重大意义。本试验将沙柳木粉在浓硫酸催化条件下进行多元醇液化,通过改变液化处理条件(反应时间、反应温度和催化剂用量)制备具有不同流变性能的沙柳液化产物。利用旋转型流变仪对所制备的沙柳液化产物进行流变性能测试和分析。沙柳木粉液化条件的单因素试验和正交试验分析结果表明:影响沙柳液化产物黏度的主要因素是反应时间,其次是反应温度和催化剂用量,最佳工艺条件为反应时间70 min、反应温度170℃、催化剂用量5%。在最佳工艺条件下,剪切速率为78.87 s-1时,黏度为0.26 Pa·s。红外光谱(FT-IR)分析得出,液化物中纤维素被大量降解,半纤维素和木质素部分降解,羟基增加,生成更多的反应活性官能团,此条件下液化反应更加充分,流体黏度较大。流变性能测试结果显示:稳态扫描测试时,黏度随剪切速率的增加逐渐减小,表现出剪切变稀的现象;剪切应力随着剪切速率的增加逐渐升高,表现出假塑性流体的性质。通过动态频率扫描曲线变化规律分析,储能模量和损耗模量随着角频率的升高而逐渐增加,复数黏度却随之减小。 相似文献

The aim of this work was to study the effects of vermicomposting on selected properties of composts derived from animal and plant wastes. For this, two different worm beds were established and fed with two composts: C1, made from goat (Capra aegagrus hircus) manure and rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis) pruning wastes, and C2, made from rabbit (Oryctolagus cuniculus) manure and grass clippings, to study the quality of the final vermicomposts. Physical and chemical properties were determined in the end products. Vermicomposting improved several properties of the composts, increasing their total water-holding capacity (in C1, from 333 to 451 mL/L, and in C2, from 371to 419 mL/L), reducing salinity (in C1, from 6.8 to 2.4 dS/m, and in C2, from 10.3 to 4.6 dS/m), and balancing pH in the final composts obtained, especially in C1 (from 8.57 to 8.02). The type of raw material used in the worm beds significantly influenced the final characteristics of the end products obtained and the development of the process, with more favorable results being obtained with the compost derived from rabbit manure and grass clippings (C2). 相似文献

本实验以杉木(Cunninghamia lanceolata)和木荷(Schima superba)的凋落物为研究材料,选择不同热解温度(250、350、450、550、650和750℃)分别制备生物质炭,研究不同热解温度以及不同材料对生物质炭化学性质的影响。结果表明,生物质炭的含碳量、C/N比和灰分随热解温度的升高而呈增加趋势,但可溶性碳含量和挥发性物质则随温度的升高而呈现下降的变化。2种材料制备的生物质炭的pH值介于5.96~11.93之间。回归分析发现,2种类型生物质炭,挥发性物质与热解温度呈现了极显著的线性关系(p0.01)。统计分析表明,在相同温度条件下,由杉木和木荷凋落物制备的生物质炭,其灰分、含碳量以及挥发性物质,差异并不显著;但含氮量、C/N比和可溶性碳含量,差异则达到了显著水平(p0.05)。 相似文献

The chemical composition, main physicochemical properties and thermal stability of oil extracted from Acacia senegal seeds were evaluated. The oil, moisture and the ash contents of the seeds were 9.80%, 6.92% and 3.82%, respectively. Physicochemical properties of the oil were iodine value, 106.56 g/100 g of oil; saponification value, 190.23 mg KOH/g of oil; refractive index (25 °C), 1.471; unsaponifiable matter, 0.93%; acidity, 6.41% and peroxide value, 5.43 meq. O2/kg of oil. The main fatty acids in the oil were oleic acid (43.62%) followed by linoleic acid (30.66%) and palmitic acid (11.04%). The triacylglycerols (TAGs) with equivalent carbon number ECN 44 (34.90%) were dominant, followed by TAGs ECN 46 (28.19%), TAGs ECN 42 (16.48%) and TAGs ECN 48 (11.23%). The thermal stability analysed in a normal oxidizing atmosphere showed that the oil decomposition began at 268.6 °C and ended at 618.5 °C, with two stages of decomposition at 401.5 °C and 576.3 °C. According to these results, A. senegal seed oil has physicochemical properties, fatty acids composition and thermal characteristics that may become interesting for specific applications in several segments of food and non-food industries. 相似文献
