为探究放线菌HN20菌株对黄瓜、生菜的促生潜力,通过培养皿法及盆栽法,测定不同浓度放线菌HN20发酵液处理黄瓜、生菜的各项生长指标。结果表明:HN20发酵液对黄瓜促生作用不明显,对生菜促生作用显著;100倍发酵稀释液能明显促进生菜各项生长指标,尤其能显著增加植株可溶性糖的含量,提高植株的根系活力。  相似文献

采用菌丝生长速率法进行氟酰胺对草坪褐斑病菌的室内毒力测定,结果表明,氟酰胺对草坪褐斑病菌菌丝生长有很好的抑制作用,EC50为0.014 8mg/kg。田间药效试验结果表明,20%氟酰胺WP 270~375g a.i./hm2对草坪褐斑病有很好的防治效果,防效达84.73%~88.52%。该药剂对草坪草安全,可以广泛用于草坪褐斑病的防治。  相似文献

Reasons for performing study: Intestinal strangulation often leads to enterectomy after which ileus can develop. This has prompted research to look into possible pathophysiological processes triggering equine ileus. However, morphological changes of the small intestinal smooth muscle in relation to equine colic have not yet been studied. Objectives: The presence of some smooth muscle proteins was morphologically assessed and quantified in control and colic horses. In addition, the up‐ or down‐regulation of heat shock proteins (HSP20 and HSP27) influencing the contractility of smooth muscles was studied. Methods: Cranial resection margins of 18 strangulated small intestinal samples were collected. Small intestinal control samples were collected from 11 horses subjected to euthanasia for other than gastrointestinal‐related reasons. Formaldehyde‐fixed tissue was paraffin‐embedded and processed for conventional staining and immunohistochemistry. Snap‐frozen full‐thickness biopsies were collected for western blot analyses. Results: Evaluating the muscle layer microscopically, colic samples showed significantly more signs of degradation than controls (P = 0.026) of which vacuolar degeneration was most prominent (P = 0.009). In colic samples, myosin protein levels were decreased (P = 0.022) whereas desmin (P = 0.049) and HSP20 protein levels (P = 0.005) were elevated. Conclusions: In colic samples, microscopic lesions at the level of the muscle layer indicate a stress response. In addition, modified amounts of structural proteins such as myosin and desmin together with increased HSP20 levels could perhaps provide a basis for explaining the malfunctioning of the intestinal muscle layer. Potential relevance: Post operative ileus, following small intestinal strangulation and resection, could be related in part to a dysfunctional muscle layer. In addition to microscopic signs of degeneration, myosin and HSP20 were affected. Pharmacological interventions might alter HSP20 expressions and thus serve a protective effect.  相似文献

Abstract

A method for assaying the soil lipase activity is described. It involves the titrimetric estimation of the amount of lauric acid released by the lipase activity when the soil is incubated with Tween 20 in the presence of toluene at 30°C for 18 h under agitation. The method is simple and precise and incubation without agitation is also possible. The method has been applied to six different kinds of soils. The lipase activity in the cultivated soils ranged from 22.5 to 75.5 mmol min?1 g?1 of dried soil. The K m value for Tween 20 was 1.8 × 10?4 m. The optimum pH was approximately 7.5. The hydrolysis of liveen 20 in soil was inhibited by glycerol which was the essential moiety of glyceride. The inhibition by glycerol was found to be competitive. These results indicate that Tween 20 is a potential substrate for the assay of the glyceride hydrolytic activity in soils.  相似文献

为探讨氮肥运筹对弱筋小麦扬麦20产量和品质的影响,指导扬麦20的大面积生产,研究了3种氮肥运筹模式下扬麦20的产量和品质表现。结果表明:1)在种植密度210万株·hm-2,总施氮量240kg·hm-2,基肥∶拔节肥=5∶5运筹模式下,扬麦20产量最高、品质较好,实现了高产、优质的协调;2)氮肥运筹对扬麦20穗数和每穗粒数影响较大,对千粒重影响不大。  相似文献

The homologus 20 kD prolamin from kodo millet and other minor millets viz. barnyard, little and foxtail millets, were purified using preparative gel electrophoresis and reversed phase high performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC). The amino acid composition of the purified 20 kD prolamin protein from different minor millets revealed higher content of glutamic acid, alanine, leucine and serine and lower quantity of lysine and methionine. They contain 55 to 58 percent of non-polar amino acids which make them more hydrophobic than other protein fractions. The total number of amino acid residues per polypeptide chain ranged from 152 to 155 based on theoretical calculation. Peptide mapping of the 20 kD prolamin hydrolyzed with trypsin gave fewer cleavage products than expected. The antigenic relationships among these minor millets and cereals viz. wheat, maize, rice, sorghum, finger millet and pearl millet were studied using the antibody raised against the 20 kD prolamin. Cross reactivity was seen in all the minor millets at the 20 kD region. But in barnyard and little millets lower molecular weight polypeptides also cross reacted with the antibody. Immunoblotting studies revealed that the prolamins from other cereals and millets are related to the 20 kD prolamin of kodo millet. Rice was the only common cereal that did not cross react immunologically with the antibody raised against 20 kD prolamin of kodo millet.  相似文献

为了了解高产、优质、面包用春小麦新品种甘春 2 0号的配麦特性 ,为面粉加工企业通过配麦技术生产成本较低的专用面粉提供科学依据 ,将甘春 2 0号 (蛋白质和湿、干面筋含量依次为 12 .5 %、34.8%、11.8% ,属强筋小麦 )与宁春 18号 (蛋白质和湿、干面筋含量依次为 10 .9%、2 8.6 %、10 .5 % ,属中筋小麦 )和高台麦 (蛋白质和湿、干面筋含量依次为 9.3%、2 5 .2 %、8.7% ,属弱筋小麦 )的籽粒按不同比例 (重量比 )进行搭配后 ,测定蛋白质品质、面团流变学特性和面包、馒头、面条加工品质。结果表明 ,在甘春 2 0号中搭配 10 %~ 4 0 %的宁春 18号或 10 %的高台麦后 ,蛋白质和湿、干面筋含量仍然较高 ,依次在 11.8%、2 9.7%、10 .3%以上 ,并且仍具有较高的面包评分 (>87.2分 ) ,同时可显著改善宁春 18号和高台麦的面条品质 (搭配后的面条评分在 86 .7分以上 ,分别比宁春 18号和高台麦的面条评分高出 9.3和 2 0 .0分以上 ) ;在甘春 2 0号中搭配 10 %~ 30 %的宁春 18号 ,可显著改善甘春 2 0号和宁春 18号的馒头品质 (搭配后的馒头评分在 88.5分以上 ,分别比甘春 2 0号和宁春 18号的馒头评分高出 5 .2和 2 .7分以上 )。甘春 2 0号为面包、馒头、面条兼用型品种 ,宁春 18号是优质馒头小麦 ,而高台麦只能作为搭配  相似文献

建立了猪肉中违禁药物(糖皮质激素、性激素、β2-肾上腺素受体激动剂、玉米赤霉烯酮4类)同时测定的高效液相色谱-串联质谱方法。试样经盐酸水解,乙酸乙酯提取,低温冷冻去除脂类,亲水亲脂平衡固相萃取柱净化。采用C18反相色谱柱分离,以乙腈+水为流动相梯度洗脱,分别在电喷雾离子源正、负离子模式下以多反应监测模式(MRM)分段扫描同时检测,基质匹配内标法定量。结果表明,20种违禁药物在相应的浓度范围内线性良好,相关系数均大于0.99;该方法在猪肉中的检测限(LOD,S/N=3)和定量限(LOQ,S/N=10)分别为0.5、1.0 μg/kg。在0.5~10 μg/kg添加浓度水平下,平均回收率为63.9%~117%,批内变异系数1.9%~9.1%,批间变异系数4.9%~13.1%。该方法简单、快速、准确,适用于猪肉中多类违禁药物的残留检测。  相似文献
