为明确化学防治对日光温室番茄褪绿病毒病的防控效果,通过田间试验和室内PCR检测,评价应用化学杀虫剂防治Q型烟粉虱对日光温室番茄褪绿病毒病的防控作用,并研究病毒抑制剂对日光温室番茄褪绿病毒病的防控效果。试验结果表明,喷施杀虫剂防控Q型烟粉虱后日光温室番茄植株带毒率可降至3.00%。病毒抑制剂20%盐酸吗啉胍可湿性粉剂、0.5%葡聚烯糖可溶粉剂、30%毒氟磷可湿性粉剂在试验条件下对番茄褪绿病毒病的防治效果为44.08%~52.63%,可在一定程度上减轻番茄褪绿病毒病的危害。 相似文献

of 22 conserved amino acids near the N-terminus of flagellins is reported to induce plant defense responses. Because glycosylation
of the central domain of flagellin affects its elicitor activity, we investigated whether any peptide sequence in addition

为表达并纯化禽分枝杆菌副结核亚种主要抗原基因的串联重组蛋白r22-ag85B,期望研制出一种新型副结核病疫苗,以禽分枝杆菌副结核亚种参考株P18的基因组DNA为模板,扩增了22KD基因和ag85B基因。采用重叠延伸剪接PCR技术(SOE-PCR)获得了融合基因22-agS5B,将基因连接于表达载体pET32a(+),构建了重组质粒pET22-ag85B。将其转化到大肠杆菌感受态细胞BL21(DE3)中,以IPTG(终浓度1mmol/L)诱导后对表达产物进行Western blot检测。检测结果显示,成功表达并纯化了重组蛋白r22-ag85B,其分子质量约为65ku。Western blot检测表明此蛋白具有良好的免疫学活性。禽分枝杆菌副结核亚种22-ag85B重组蛋白的成功表达及纯化为副结核病疫苗的研究工作奠定了基础。 相似文献

AIM:To establish a rat hyperlipidemia model for studying the aortic expression of heat shock protein 22 (HSP22), tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α) and endothelial nitric oxide synthase (eNOS) and the effect of atorvastatin intervention. METHODS:Hyperlipidemia model was established in SD rats. Afterwards, the rats were divided into normal control group, high fat group and high fat+atorvastatin intervention group. The expression of HSP22 and TNF-α in the rat aortas was detected by immunohistochemical assay and the expression of eNOS was assessed by Western blotting. RESULTS:No detectable expression of HSP22 and TNF-α in the normal control group was observed. However, the expression of HSP22 and TNF-α was positive in the high fat group and the atorvastatin intervention group. The mean densities of HSP22 and TNF-α positive particles were significant lower in the atorvastatin intervention group as compared with high fat group (both P<0.05). The expression of eNOS protein in the high fat group and atorvastatin intervention group was significantly lower than that in normal control group (P<0.01). However, no marked difference of eNOS protein expression between high fat group and atorvastatins intervention group was observed. CONCLUSION: The expression of HSP22 and TNF-α in the rat aortas is increased in the hyperlipidemia rat model. This effect can be restored by atorvastatin treatment. The expression of eNOS in the rat aortas is decreased in the hyperlipidemia rat model, but this tendency could not be attenuated by atorvastatin. 相似文献

A series of triaxial shear tests with controlled constant confining pressure are conducted to study the failure modes, effects of deformation, strength and yield properties of unsaturated undisturbed loess Q2, with improved SJ-1A triaxial shear equipment. The test results show that the failure mode of unsaturated undisturbed loess Q2 is shear failure with the rupture angle between 55 and 61 degree; Shear dilatancy is shown under low confining pressure, and shear shrinkage is shown under high confining pressure; The stress-strain curves of undisturbed loess Q2 will change from perfectly plastic to weak strain softening as the confining pressure increases; A effective method is suggested to identify the field stress of undisturbed loess Q2 under triaxial shear condition with the curves of - q/p ; when the confining pressure increases, the deviatoric yield stress qy has a logarithmic relationship with net mean yield stress py . 相似文献

High temperature mechanical properties are key factors which affect fracture production during deforming process of continuous casting. High temperature properties of weathering steel Q450NQR1 are tested in 3 cooling rates (1.65, 5, 10 ℃/s) using Gleeble thermo-mechanical simulator. Specimens appear austenite dynamic recrystallization at 1 050 ℃, and the ductility reaches the lowest point and the reduction of area approaches 23% at 850 ℃ in 3 cooling rates. As the cooling rate increases, the low ductility area where cracks are easy to be produced in slabs is enlarged and extended towards low temperature, and the ductility troughs are deepened. The increase of the cooling rate decreases the tensile stress and yield stress, while when the cooling rate increases to some degree, it doesn’t affect the stress. The low cooling rate decreases the film or network ferrite producing in austenite grain boundary, and the carbonitride of microalloy is enwrapped in matrix, which is helpful to improve the ductility of steel. 相似文献

The authors construct a microcanonical ensemble system and analyzes the phase change of the two-dimensional Ising model Cellular Automata Q2R/WQ2R method. The result indicates that the numerical value simulation can show the spontaneous magnetization of two-dimensional crystal lattice in isolated system. The authors have observed the critical phase transition phenomenon and gotten the critical energy.
