农村土地国有化的产权制度创新

农村土地国有化是在我国现实基础上的最佳选择,制度转换的路径是:国家以法律形式宣布所有土地为国家所有,取消农村土地的集体所有,农民现在承包的土地使用权归农民,使用年限为40年,到期后所有土地由国家无偿收回.     

Effect of Nano-Al2O3 on the Properties of Ultra High MolecularWeight Polyethylene Engineering Material

The composite material of nano-Al 2O 3 and UHMW-PE was made by the way of pressing and agglomeration. Effect of nano-Al 2O 3 on the friction, wear characteristic of Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene plastic was studied by using MPV-200 model friction and wear tester and caustic wear one. At the same time, the hardness of UHMW-PE was mensurated in sclerometer. The results showed that nano-Al 2O 3 not only decreases the friction coefficient of UHMW-PE, but also greatly reduce the wear of UHMW-PE.The hardness of UHMW-PE is improved. Which possesses important theoretic significance for optimizing of structure and property of UHMW-PE material.     

《中国生物防治》性质及学科分类

根据期刊性质和学科分类方法,以文献数量为依据对《中国生物防治》进行分类。结果发现,《中国生物防治》2010年刊登的论文全为学术性,植物保护类文献占当年文献总量的96.49%,其余学科文献均较少,不能划入相应学科,因此应将该刊归类为植物保护类专业学术期刊。     

物业管理冲突的制度透视

运用新制度经济学中的路径依赖和强制性制度变迁理论,分析了当前我国物业管理制度设计引致社会冲突的机理.要突破当前物业管理体制的困境就要借鉴国外经验,创新物业管理制度,建立物业管理的多元化模式;重构物业管理公司的组织方式;完善物业管理制度结构,成立自律性中介组织体系;政府部门转变职能,切实承担起社会管理的责任.     

Effect of microwave irradiation on composition,structure and properties of rice (Oryza sativa L.) with different milling degrees

Effects of microwave irradiation on composition, structure, thermal and storage properties of rice with different milling degrees were investigated. Microwave irradiation partially inactivated the lipase and lipoxidase, damaged thiamine, and created puffed rice. In addition, the transition temperatures (T_o and T_P) of rice were shifted to higher temperatures, and the enthalpy of gelatinization decreased after irradiation. The effect was more obvious when the power of microwave was increased. Microstructure analysis showed that stress cracks and some “explosion” were created in rice kernels after microwave irradiation. Storage property analysis indicated that free fatty acid content of all rice samples increased gradually in the process of storage. Microwave irradiation reduced the release of free fatty acids during storage. The higher the power, the lesser the free fatty acids generated. The results suggested that microwave irradiation was potentially applicable for improving storage properties of brown and milled rice.

Properties of core-and-effect air textured yarns blended by diacetate and polyester filaments

In present work, PET FDY has been used to blend with diacetate filaments by air texturing process and core-and-effect air-textured yarns have been produced. The influences of both over-feeds of core and effect components on properties of textured yarns were mainly examined. It was observed that a spun-like effect of diacetate filaments occurred during air texturing and there were a little amount of free fiber ends besides loops on blended air textured yarns, while the number of free fiber ends changed little with variation in over-feeds. The tenacity of textured yarns decreased with increase in over-feeds of effect or core component. The breaking elongation increased with increase in over-feed of effect component, but decreased with increase in over-feed of core component. The yarn stability improves when both over-feeds are increased. The effect of over-feeds on boiling water shrinkage shows no clear trend. The core and average diameters are higher at high over-feed of effect component, but the over-feed of core component exhibits little effect on yarn diameters. The number and size of loops are increase with increased over-feed of effect component.     

地方财政支出对房地产价值的影响——基于我国35个大中城市的实证研究

运用普通最小二乘法,对我国35个大中城市的数据资料进行多元回归,分析地方财政支出对房地产价值的影响,其结论是地方财政支出和房地产价值存在高度正相关关系,城市持续高水平的财政支出,经过一段时间的积累,必定通过房地产价值的增加体现出来.由此引出了对我国房地产税进行改革的启示.     

《物权法》的喜与忧

《物权法》是坚持改革开放、保护私人财产和坚持以人为本,构建和谐社会的宣言书。它的出台在一定程度上满足了人们长期以来渴望由法律对物权进行确认的愿望。纵观《物权法》有喜亦有忧,应在实践中不断加以完善。     

实施《物权法》对野生植物保护的影响分析

针对野生植物资源产权不明确带来的管理困难、过度利用等问题,我国于2007年颁布了《物权法》,第一次对野生植物的产权问题进行阐述,野生植物产权问题的提出,将大大有利于野生植物的保护。但是,由于缺乏配套的管理措施,《物权法》的实施过程中很可能产生一些问题,本文分析了《物权法》对野生植物管理和保护产生的影响,并提出了相关的建议。
