采用组织化学染色法和免疫组织化学法对同一生理状态的黄牛与奶牛乳腺标本进行处理,比较两品种牛乳腺中肥大细胞的细胞化学性质、所产生的生物活性物质(如NO、5-HT和ER)及乳腺内含P物质(SP)的神经纤维分布特点。结果表明:两种牛乳腺中肥大细胞均为粘膜型肥大细胞,但在同一生理状态下其所产生的生物学物质不尽相同,奶牛与黄牛乳腺肥大细胞的生物学性质存在差异。 相似文献

为了了解研究小麦制粉系统各粉路面粉的糊化特性变化状况,以磨粉系统各粉路抽取的60个面粉样品为研究对象,测定样品的糊化参数。分析比较结果表明,粉路各系统之间和系统内面粉样品的糊化特性也存在着不同程度的差异。心磨系统、渣磨系统和重筛系统小麦粉糊化温度相对较低,起始糊化时间短,峰值粘度高,蛋白质含量适中;不同粉路中小麦粉的水分、蛋白质、起始糊化时间和糊化温度变化不大。而峰值粘度、回生值和热糊稳定性无论在系统之间或者系统内变化均十分明显;破损值相对变化范围较小。 相似文献

蚕蛹壳聚糖复合水凝胶的抗菌性能及对创伤的愈合作用 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
以蚕蛹壳聚糖、蜂蜜和明胶等为基质制备医用复合水凝胶。对以不同配比制备的蚕蛹壳聚糖复合水凝胶、单纯蚕蛹壳聚糖水凝胶、蜂蜜水凝胶的抗菌性能进行比较试验,并以大耳白兔为受试动物,采用切片法检测蚕蛹壳聚糖复合水凝胶对烫伤伤口的愈合作用。结果表明:用质量分数为0.25%的蚕蛹壳聚糖和质量分数为20%的蜂蜜制成的复合水凝胶的杀菌作用明显高于市售烧伤膏和单纯蚕蛹壳聚糖或蜂蜜水凝胶,对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌24 h内的抑菌率均达到100%,且持久性好;大耳白兔烫伤伤口经0.25%蚕蛹壳聚糖+20%蜂蜜复合水凝胶处理后12 d可基本愈合,切片观察愈合的伤口表皮无溃疡,局部毛囊增生,且有新生表皮细胞生成。研究结果显示,蚕蛹壳聚糖复合水凝胶具有广谱抗菌性能,可用作创伤敷料。 相似文献

ABSTRACT: Small abalone meats were heated at 80°C and 98°C for 0–120 min and the differences in chemical, physical and sensory changes of the cooked meats were investigated. The decrease in moisture and weight and the increase in browning and Hunter's b -value were relatively higher for cooking at 98°C than at 80°C. After cooking for 20–120 min, the total amount of adenosine triphosphate and its related compounds on a dry weight basis decreased by 17–27% at 80°C and by 30–39% at 98°C; the total amount of free amino acids on a dry weight basis changed insignificantly at 80°C but decreased by 22–35% after cooking at 98°C. The meats cooked at 80°C were higher in cutting force whereas the levels in the samples cooked at 98°C did not decrease until samples had been cooked for 60 min. The hydroxyproline content showed little change during cooking except for in samples cooked at 98°C for 120 min, in which the content was found to be low. The extended cooking at 80°C improved the acceptability of small abalone meat, whereas only the acceptability score of aroma increased significantly for cooking at 98°C. 相似文献

ABSTRACT From a transaction cost perspective, this paper shows how the tradition of consuming marine fish by the majority of Hong Kong's Chinese citizens has shaped the means and modes of marketing seafood in Hong Kong. It is argued that consumer preferences stimulate aquaculture as a non-open access measure to bypass state fish marketing regulations. This has resulted in two outcomes. First, the transaction cost savings on metering output quantity and quality under private property have led not only to the collapse of the state monopoly on marine fish marketing, but also to the emergence of the (then new but) currently popular kind of Chinese seafood restaurant in Hong Kong. Second, consumer preferences for variety have shaped the form of coordination between the producer and the consumer. The advantage of market coordination has led to the emergence of a system of wholesaling and retailing rather than vertical integration. Issues concerning the emergence of Hong Kong as a regional live marine fish production and trading centre are discussed in terms of the contribution of local mariculture to sustainable development. 相似文献

鼠尾藻(Sargassum thunbergii)集生于中潮带和低潮带岩石上,在高、中潮带的水陆或石沼中,有的甚至在低潮时较长时间暴露于日光下。低潮露空下的干露胁迫是影响鼠尾藻生存的关键因子。本研究采集野生鼠尾藻为实验材料,在培养箱中分别失水干露0、1、3、6 h,并在海水中恢复培养,测定不同胁迫时间下藻体的失水率、叶绿素荧光参数和生化参数。结果显示,不同大小的鼠尾藻干露胁迫不同时间后的失水率显著不同,胁迫时间越短,藻体越大,失水率越低,大藻体鼠尾藻的保水能力高于小藻体;干露胁迫使鼠尾藻的叶绿素荧光值显著降低,同株鼠尾藻不同部位对干露胁迫的耐受程度显著不同,梢部耐受能力较差,基部耐受能力较强,小藻体和大藻体的梢部伤害较大,不能恢复,鼠尾藻基部可恢复正常生理状态,干露胁迫时,鼠尾藻以非调节性能量耗散机制为主;干露胁迫时,藻体梢部通过抗氧化酶类[(抗超氧阴离子自由基(ASAFR)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD))和非抗氧化物质(可溶性糖、脯氨酸)共同作用来应对胁迫,藻体基部主要是通过上调蛋白、可溶性糖和脯氨酸等含量抵抗胁迫。高中潮带的鼠尾藻较易处于高温、强光和干露失水叠加的胁迫状态,同时,又因外部形态和生活环境的不同,藻体各部分的生理生化特性也有一定的差异。本研究探讨了鼠尾藻干露胁迫下的生理生化状态,对研究鼠尾藻抵抗环境胁迫的生态适应性具有重要的指导意义。 相似文献

Immunogenic properties and mycoplasmal pneumonia of swine (MPS) lung lesions were compared between the immunity‐selected Large White line and the non‐selected Large White line. The selected Large White line showed a higher level of pulmonary MPS lesions compared with the non‐selected Large White line. Subsequent to vaccination, the percentage of natural killer cells and T cells (CD3+CD4+CD8‐ and CD3+CD4?CD8+ T cells) were significantly increased in the non‐selected line but remained unchanged in the immunity‐selected Large White line. Secretion of Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae vaccine‐specific immunoblogulin G and phagocyte activity in peripheral blood were significantly higher in the immunity‐selected Large White line than in the non‐selected line. Expression of interleukin (IL)‐4 and IL‐6 messenger RNA in hilar lymph nodes was significantly lower in the immunity‐selected Large White line than in the non‐selected line. However, expression of IL‐10 in all immune tissues was significantly higher in the immunity‐selected Large White line. These results suggest that the selection for high immunity was not effective in increasing resistance to MPS lung lesions. 相似文献
