The effect of a new light source, cold cathode fluorescent lamps (CCFLs), on the growth of peony (Paeonia suffruticosa cv. ‘Wu Long Peng Sheng’) plantlets in vitro was examined in six different light quality ratios: 100% red (R), 80% R + 20% blue (B), 70% R + 30% B, 60% R + 40% B, 100% B and white CCFLs. Control illumination was provided by conventional heat-generating plant growth fluorescent lamps (PGFLs). All plantlet growth parameters were as effective under 70% R + 30% B (the best performing CCFL ratio) as they were under PGFLs. Chlorophyll content (a, b and total) was greater in the range of 60–80% R + 20–40% B, although in general there were no significant differences between the best performing R:B ratio and PGFLs. This study indicates that CCFLs can be used as effectively – if not better – than conventional PGFLs to micropropagate this woody ornamental. 相似文献

采用红蓝组合LED光源全生育期照射植株,研究不同配比的红蓝光对樱桃番茄果实品质的影响。结果表明:蓝光占60%时,单果质量和单株果数都显著大于其他处理,蓝光比例增大促进果实中番茄红素、可溶性固形物、游离氨基酸和类黄酮的形成,提升糖酸比值;红光比例增大促进果实中可滴定酸的形成;蓝光所占比例为50%时,果实中可溶性蛋白含量较高,比例提高到60%时蔗糖、可溶性糖、VC含量较高;而蓝光所占比例为25%时果实中番茄红素、可溶性固形物、可溶性蛋白含量较低,且可溶性糖、蔗糖、游离氨基酸、花青素的含量都较低。说明樱桃番茄果实品质明显受光质的调控,在一定范围内,红蓝光比值对果实营养品质的影响无质的差异,当蓝光所占比例较大时,有利于营养物质的积累,蓝光占25%时不利于果实品质的提高,蓝光占60%较有利于果实品质的提高。 相似文献

In this study, mould and blue stain susceptibility, capillary water uptake (CWU) and microstructural properties of two thermo-hydro-treated (THT) birch plywood products A and B were investigated. Plywood A represented a THT industrial plywood glued with a phenol formaldehyde (PF) adhesive. Plywood B represented panels from THT veneers glued with a PF film. The THT regimes were (temperature, °C/time, min): 150/10, 150/50, 160/10 and 160/50. Both THT plywood products and untreated samples were resistant to mould and blue stain growth in 1 month of exposure in laboratory and outdoor conditions. A statistically significant correlation between fungal growth in laboratory and outdoor conditions for plywood products A and B was not found (P?>?.05). Artificial weathering of both plywood products provided adverse fungal growth results compared to the natural weathering test outdoors. The fungal growth on plywood A and B samples mutually strongly correlated (P?.05) only in the outdoor test. Plywood B samples demonstrated a much lower CWU than plywood A, obviously because of microstructural changes, including densification, and type of glue used. Lower CWU of THT plywood in comparison with untreated samples did not provide clear evidence on inhibition of fungal growth. 相似文献

The effects of tank colour, larval stocking density, antibiotic administration and water exchange on survival and moulting of blue swimming crab, Portunus pelagicus, were determined. Circular 4‐m3 experimental larval‐rearing tanks were used in triplicate for all treatments. White, dark grey, blue and brown were tested as tank background colours. The stocking densities tested were 10, 20, 40, 60, 80 and 100 larvae L?1. The effect of oxytetracycline was estimated by comparing a treatment with oxytetracycline to a treatment without oxytetracycline administration. The daily water exchange rates tested were 0%, 25%, 50% and 100% of the tank volume. In all treatments, the larvae were fed with Artemia nauplii, rotifers and encapsulated Spirulina. The highest percentage survival was observed in the dark‐grey tanks when the stocking density of larvae was 20 larvae L?1. No larva reached the juvenile crab size in white tanks. No significant difference in survival was found between treated and non‐treated larvae with oxytetracycline when the daily water exchange rate was more than 50%. 相似文献

以蘑菇属的5个菌株为试材,采用Bavendamm显色反应、RB亮蓝平板变色反应、Eriksson变色圈试验及木质降解试验等方法,研究双孢蘑菇对稻草的降解能力。结果表明:通过Bavendamm平板和RB亮蓝平板显色试验,初步判断2796及A5,优于其它菌种,有较高的木质素降解相关酶系(木质素降解酶;木质素过氧化物酶;锰依赖过氧化物酶)活力;这2种菌种进一步通过变色圈和降解试验,表明2796为选择性降解纤维素的菌种,而A5为选择性降解木质素的菌种,但2796对木质素的降解率为39.82%,A5仅为20.91%,说明菌种对木质素的选择性降解与否与其降解率之间没有相关性。 相似文献
