研究了高静压处理HHP(100~1 600 MPa,0.2~25 min)和热处理(55~80℃,0.2~20 min)对双孢蘑菇多酚氧化酶(polyphenoloxidase,简称PPO)的钝化效果,并分析了钝化动力学。随着处理压力、温度的升高和处理时间的延长,钝化效果增强。在600 MPa以下压力处理后,PPO活性残存率均大于88%,表明600 MPa以下处理压力对PPO的钝化效果较差。而800、1000、1200、1400和1600 MPa压力下处理25 min,PPO活性残存率分别下降到66.42%、52.83%、27.20%、2.20%和0.01%,表明800 MPa以上压力能有效钝化蘑菇PPO。应用一级动力学模型拟合热处理对PPO的钝化动力学,各温度条件下拟合的决定系数R2都在0.960以上,表明PPO的热钝化符合一级动力学模型;应用两段式模型对HHP钝化蘑菇PPO的动力学进行拟合,决定系数R2均大于0.982,HHP钝化蘑菇PPO符合两段式钝化动力学。 相似文献

The research is concerned with thermochemical characterisation of straws and high yielding perennial grasses. Crops selected for this study include wheat straw (Triticum aestivum), rape straw (Brassica napus), reed canary grass (Phalaris arundinacea) and switch grass (Panicum virgatum). Thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) was used to examine the distribution of char and volatiles during pyrolysis up to 900 °C. Utilising multi-heating rate thermogravimetric data, the Friedman iso-conversional kinetic method was used to determine pyrolysis kinetic parameters. Light and medium volatile decomposition products were investigated using pyrolysis-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (Py-GC-MS) up to 520 °C. The 22 highest yielding identifiable cellulose, hemicellulose and lignin biomass markers were semi-quantified taking into consideration peak areas from GC chromatograms. Notable differences can be seen in butanedioic acid, dimethyl ester (hemicelluloses decomposition products), 2-methoxy-4-vinylphenol (lignin marker) and levoglucosan (intermediate pyrolytic decomposition product of cellulose) content when comparing perennial grasses with straw. From results presented in this study, perennial grasses such as switch grass, have the most attractive properties for fast pyrolysis processing. 为探讨高产杂交稻两优培九在衰老过程中,剑叶光合膜蛋白质复合物的含量变化规律及其与光能吸收、转化、传递的关系,以大田栽培自然衰老剑叶为材料,利用活体叶绿素荧光动力学技术,并结合类囊体膜蛋白质复合物蓝绿温和胶电泳分析。结果表明,两优培九剑叶叶绿素含量、光合性能、类囊体膜蛋白稳定性等都在抽穗期达到顶峰,随后开始衰退,在扬花期、灌浆期尚保持较高水平,而进入籽粒成熟阶段衰退明显;随着衰老进程,光合膜蛋白质复合物有序非同步降解,稳定性为LHCII > PSIIcore > PSIcore > ATPase & Cyt b6/f > LHCI;PSI和PSII蛋白和相应电子传递活性的稳定性及下降幅度差异较大;衰老过程叶绿素a/b的不断下降与相对于反应中心更稳定的捕光天线有关,剑叶生长后期LHCII维持高水平保持了叶片对光能的吸收,并可能在调节光系统间能量分布和协助过剩能量耗散中起重要作用。 相似文献

采用静态吸附法研究Al2O3-P2O5-H2O反应体系产物三聚磷酸二氢铝Ⅰ型二水物[AlH2P3O10.2H2O(Ⅰ)]吸附水中Ni2+的动力学和热力学。考察了温度、浓度、粒径、pH和搅拌速度对吸附过程的影响,通过不同温度下的吸附等温热力学性能的变化,计算了吸附焓、吸附熵和自由能。结果表明,在试验范围内,AlH2P3O10.2H2O(Ⅰ)对Ni2+的吸附符合Langmuir吸附等温方程式,过程受颗粒扩散控制,反应级数为1.88,298.15 K时的热力学数据为:Ea=11.561 kJ/mol,ΔH=35.75 kJ/mol,ΔS=190.58 J/(mol.K),ΔG=-21.07 kJ/mol,吸附为自发的吸热过程,其吸附动力学总方程为:1-2/3x-(1-x)2/3=0.36r02C01.88exp(-11 561/RT)。 相似文献

This article summarizes the kinematics of the distal interphalangeal (DIP) joint during locomotion at walk and trot. The patterns and ranges of motion in flexion and extension are very similar at walk (range of motion: 46±40) and trot (range of motion: 47±40). In both gaits there is a cucle of flexion that peaks in the first half of stance. The joint is extended through the remainder of stance in opposition to a palmar moment generated by the deep digital flexor tendon and its accessory ligament and the navicular ligaments. During locomotion in a straight line, small amounts of abduction/adduction (∼50) and internal/external rotation (5-60) occur, especially around the times of contact and breakover. 有机/无机复合体是土壤中最重要的物质形态。本文在不同浓度的CaCl2作用下,对黄壤、胡敏酸、黄壤/胡敏酸混合胶体的凝聚动力学和凝聚体结构特征进行了研究,结果表明:黄壤、胡敏酸、黄壤/胡敏酸混合胶体的凝聚与否均强烈地依赖于体系电解质CaCl2浓度,其临界絮凝浓度(Critical flocculation con-centration,CFC)分别为1.38 mmol L-1、45 mmol L-1、15 mmol L-1。当CaCl2浓度高于CFC时,3种胶体的凝聚均表现为快速的扩散控制团簇凝聚(Diffusion limited cluster-cluster aggregation,DLCA)机制,形成分形维数分别为1.45、1.76、1.46的疏松凝聚体;当CaCl2浓度低于CFC时,3种胶体的凝聚过程对电解质浓度非常敏感,表现为慢速的反应控制团簇凝聚(Reaction limited cluster-cluster aggregation,RLCA)机制,形成分形维数高至1.58、1.86、1.56的相对紧实的凝聚体。凝聚速率越快,形成的凝聚体越疏松。在悬液中黄壤胶体自凝聚形成的结构很疏松,但是非常不稳定,而胡敏酸自凝聚体的结构非常稳定。胡敏酸的参与没有改变黄壤胶体凝聚体的结构性质,但显著促进所形成的凝聚体结构的稳定。 相似文献

The use of suitable therapeutic protocols is particularly important when extra-label drugs are used or when physiological parameters are modified, as in the case of the administration of alkaline substances to racehorses. The pharmacokinetics of naproxen (NAP), after both intravenous (iv) and oral administration of 10 mg/kg body weight (BW), was investigated in horses under normal metabolic conditions and in horses whose conditions were modified by the iv administration of 250 mg/kg BW of sodium bicarbonate (NaHCO3). The hypothesis that blood and consequent urinary alkalization could modify NAP pharmacokinetics was evaluated. Drug quantification was performed on serum and urine using High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) with ultraviolet-visible detection. Results were also integrated with cycloxygenase (COX)-inhibition published data to suggest an appropriate schedule for NAP dosage in horses. After iv administration, NAP was rapidly distributed (t1/2α: 0.71 ± 0.43 iv NaHCO3 and 0.55 ± 0.62 hours No NaHCO3), whereas its elimination was quite slow (t1/2β: 6.74 ± 0.41 hours), particularly in iv NaHCO3 animals (t1/2β: 8.95 ± 1.37 hours). After oral treatments, NAP was more rapidly absorbed and elimination was slower in iv NaHCO3 animals (t1/2λz: 17.50 ± 6.66 vs. 7.17 ± 0.91 hours). The oral bioavailability of NAP was approximately 87% and 77% in No NaHCO3 and iv NaHCO3, respectively. Urinary excretion of the drug as a parent compound was low. The alkalization procedure did not anticipate the elimination of the acidic drug as expected, but it also influenced the absorption of the drug that was administered orally. The dosage scheme of 10 mg/kg BW iv or orally seems to be appropriate to produce an anti-inflammatory effect for 12 to 24 hours. 相似文献
