利用生产数据确定管输含蜡原油的粘温关系

利用热油管道清管后的生产运行数据和室内测试的含蜡原油粘温规律,得到了确定含蜡原油热输管道在线粘温关系的方法,并应用此方法得到了实际管道中原油的粘温关系.与室内测试的粘温关系比较,利用生产数据得到的粘温关系更接近生产管道中流体的性质.     

韩、日和中国台湾地区处理新农村建设中若干重大关系的比较

借鉴韩国、日本和中国台湾地区新农村建设经验,在新农村建设中,要处理好若干重大关系,主要有政府主导作用和农民主体作用的关系、现代农业建设与环境保护和城市发展的关系、耕地经营规模理想模式和耕地难以集中的现实关系、个体小农经济与合作经济的关系、加强农业投入和确定投入比例重点的关系,以此加速推进社会主义新农村的建设进程。     

当代大学新生人际关系问题研究——以华中农业大学2005级学生为例

同学关系、父(母)子(女)关系、朋友关系、师生关系、老乡关系、恋爱关系和亲戚关系是当代大学生主要的社会关系。当代大学生与同学、父母、朋友的交往频率相对较高,交往以精神交流为主,交际障碍主要源于交际方法的欠妥和不懂得交际技巧。     

雷州山羊和隆林山羊遗传多样性的微卫星分析

为了调查中国热带、亚热带主要山羊品种的遗传资源现状,应用14对微卫星引物,检测了隆林山羊和雷州山羊不同分布地区的群体遗传多样性水平。隆林山羊(柳州)、隆林山羊(百棚)、雷州山羊(徐闻)、雷州山羊(海南)各群体平均多态信息含量(PIC)分别为0.645、0.600、0.483、0.518;平均杂合度(H)分别为0.281、0.421、0.121、0.157;平均等位基因数(k)分别为5.17、4.93、4.64、4.5,3组数据综合说明两个山羊品种遗传多样性相对匮乏,群体遗传变异较低;NJ法聚类显示,隆林山羊两个群体聚为一类,再与雷州山羊(徐闻)聚在一起,最后为雷州山羊(海南),这与两个品种的来源及地理分布基本一致。研究结果为中国热带、亚热带山羊品种资源开发利用提供了基础资料和科学数据。     

Chemical Synthesis and Structure-Activity Relationship Study Yield Desotamide a Analogues with Improved Antibacterial Activity

Desotamides A, a cyclohexapeptide produced by the deep-sea-derived Streptomyces scopuliridis SCSIO ZJ46, displays notable antibacterial activities against strains of Streptococcus pnuemoniae, Staphylococcus aureus, and methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus epidermidis (MRSE). In this study, to further explore its antibacterial potential and reveal the antibacterial structure-activity relationship of desotamides, 13 cyclopeptides including 10 new synthetic desotamide A analogues and wollamides B/B1/B2 were synthesized and evaluated for their antibacterial activities against a panel of Gram-positive and -negative pathogens. The bioactivity data reveal that residues at position II and VI greatly impact antibacterial activity. The most potent antibacterial analogues are desotamide A4 (13) and A6 (15) where l-allo-Ile at position II was substituted with l-Ile and Gly at position VI was simultaneously replaced by d-Lys or d-Arg; desotamides A4 (13) and A6 (15) showed a 2–4-fold increase of antibacterial activities against a series of Gram-positive pathogens including the prevalent clinical drug-resistant pathogen methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) with MIC values of 8–32 μg/mL compared to the original desotamide A. The enhanced antibacterial activity, broad antibacterial spectrum of desotamides A4 and A6 highlighted their potential as new antibiotic leads for further development.     

祁连山浅山区金露梅群落种间关系及其分布格局

通过对祁连山浅山区金露梅群落特征、种间关系及分布格局的分析 ,结果表明 :浅山区金露梅群落相对重要值为 10 4 .2 8% ,频度为 92 .0 0 % ,为主要优势种 ;群落内种间关系关联性不强 ,分布状况受环境条件影响而独立地分享环境资源 ,种群间相互影响小 ;经各种群分布格局的检验 ,祁连山浅山区大多数种群呈聚集分布 ,有利于种群的生存和发展。     

毛竹枯梢病普遍率与严重度关系初步探讨

通过对毛竹林自然发病情况连续3年的调查，获得了218组毛竹枯梢病普遍率和严重度问对应关系（I-S关系）的数据，在计算机上分析了其I-S间的关系。结果表明：毛竹枯梢病的I-S关系可用指数函数描述，病害逐年流行动态对I-S关系没有明显的影响，但寄主毛竹的抗病性和环境因子对病害的I-S关系有一定的影响。

Genetic Relationships among Prunus mume var. pendula Using AFLP Markers

Genetic relationships among Prunus mume var. pendula were studied by using AFLP markers. 18 accessions representing 14 cultivars ofPrunus murne var. pendula were selected from the germplasm collection at the Research Center of China Mci Flower. Seven Mse I-EcoR I AFLP primer combinations revealed 450 legible bands, and 269 of which were polymorphic markers. A similarity matrix was prepared using the simple matching coefficient of similarity and Nei‘s (72) distance coefficient. A UPGMA dendrogram demonstrated the genetic relationships of the cultivars. The information given by AFLP markers was basically consistent with the morphological classification and the evolutionary history of the morphotypes, and roughly supported the new revised classification system for Chinese Mci Cultivars. But there were still several exceptions: 1) the ‘Guhong Chuizhi‘ inserted between the ‘Tiaoxue Chuizhi‘ and the ‘Danfen Chuizhi‘; 2) the ‘Wufu Chuizhi‘ kept off the Pink Pendant Form, and the ‘Moshan Chuizhi‘ was removed from Viridiflora Pendant Form; 3) the ‘Danbi Chuizhi‘ and the ‘Shuangbi Chuizhi‘ of Viridiflora Pendant Form got together well but fell within the Pink Pendant Form.
