将32只Wistar大鼠随机分成4组,分别为对照组、麻醉组、恢复I组、恢复Ⅱ组。采用反向高效液相色谱法测定丘脑Glu、Asp、GABA和Gly的含量。结果显示,腹腔注射塞拉嗪40mg/kg后,麻醉组大鼠丘脑内GABA和Gly含量与对照组比较显著升高(P〈0.01),Glu和Asp含量显著降低(P〈0.05或P〈0.01);恢复I组丘脑Glu和Asp的含量与对照组比较差异显著(P〈0.05);恢复Ⅱ组丘脑内GABA和Gly的含量与对照组比较差异显著(P〈0.05),Glu和Asp的含量恢复显著(P〉0.05)。结果表明,塞拉嗪作用下引起丘脑内GABA、Gly、Glu和Asp含量的变化可能与塞拉嗪引起麻醉作用机制相关。  相似文献

自行设计了木质纤维素类生物质超低酸水解装置,该装置可以间歇进料方式实现生物质的超低酸水解。在该装置上分别以木聚糖和定量滤纸为模化物得到了半纤维素和纤维素水解的最佳工况,进而对白松、速生杨和玉米秸秆这三种在我国分布较为广泛的原料进行了超低酸两步水解研究,分别得到了51.24%、78.27%和84.10%的可水解原料转化率和48.19%、57.96%和37.48%总还原糖得率,并以GCMS定性还原糖外的其他产物,最后对水解残渣做了分析研究。  相似文献

The objective of the work was to evaluate the effect on the nutrient content of replacing fish meal (FM) with blood meal (BM) in fish supplement. Three isonitrogenous diets (35% crude protein) were formulated using FM as the main source of animal protein (BM0); 50% replacement of FM with blood meal (BM50); or 100% replacement of FM with BM (BM100). The chemical composition (ash, crude protein, crude fat and crude fibre) and amino acid composition were determined. Replacement of FM with BM did not affect the proximate composition of the diet apart from ash content which decreased with the level of substitution. Substituting fish meal with blood meal reduced the levels of methionine, lysine, isoleucine, leucine, proline, valine and increased the levels of arginine, phenylanine and alanine in the diet. Amino acid indices revealed that BM0 had more amino acids with the highest chemical scores followed by BM50 and BM100. In all the diets, methionine was the most limiting amino acid. The essential amino acid index of the diets reduced with the level of replacement of FM (0.94, 0.88 and 0.77). The study showed substitution of up to 50% FM with BM gave a useful protein diet and 100% gave almost a poor protein diet.  相似文献

本文测定了在加入六个 Xenorhabdus luminescens 菌株和 X.nematophilus A24菌株后,一种豆粉鸡蛋线虫培养基游离氨基酸含量的变化.Xenorhabdus luminesces 菌株和 X.nematophilus A24菌株培养物中游离氨基酸的含量差别明显,后者未测出谷氨酸,苯丙氨酸极微;而这两种氨基酸在 X.luminescens 菌株中都占很大比例,Xenorhabdus luminescens不同的菌株培养物中游离氨基酸的含量变化很大,这可能反映出各菌株含氮代谢的差别.但这些变化与线虫对细菌的营养专化性未见直接的相关.  相似文献

Two wheat genetic lines (responsive and non-responsive to elevated CO2) grown under ambient and free-air CO2 enrichment (FACE) conditions were compared using fuzzy chromatography mass spectrometry (FCMS) metabolite fingerprinting. A more comprehensive survey of the changes in their chemical composition was made on selected samples using ultra-high-performance liquid chromatography (UHPLC) metabolomic profiling with high resolution accurate mass/tandem mass spectrometry (HRAM/MSn). Principal component analysis (PCA) of the metabolite fingerprints showed four clusters for the two genetic lines (responsive and non-responsive) and the two CO2 levels (ambient and elevated) in score plots. Metabolite profiling of representative samples for each of the four clusters identified 25 and 16 compounds from negative and positive data, respectively, including amino acids, saccharides, phenolic acids, flavonoids, and lipids. Loading plots demonstrated that some saccharides and lipids were responsible for discriminating between not only two genetic lines but also two CO2 levels. Analysis of free amino acids (not bound) showed a clear pattern of reduced concentration for both lines with elevated CO2. After acid hydrolysis, the responsive line 6 (41% increase in yield) showed the same pattern observed for free amino acids, but the non-responsive line 5 (6% increase in yield) showed different trends in concentrations of amino acids with elevated CO2.  相似文献

A fertile hexaploid oat plant was obtained after several generations of selection for seed set and plant type from a colchicine-produced decaploid hybrid, Avena abyssinica(2n = 4x = 28, AABB) × A. sativa (2n = 6x = 42, AACCDD). The selected line proved to be stably fertile and in many characteristics equal or superior to the hexaploid parent. The grain protein fractions showed two qualitative differences from those of the pollen parent and several differences from the maternal parent. The fractionating extraction used was new for oats. The fatty acid composition of grains of the hybrid derivative was similar to that of the pollen parent, but different from that of the maternal parent. The maternal parent (A. abyssinica) had a relatively high 16:0 fatty acid content (ca. 20.5 mol%) compared with the level of the hexaploid parent and the hybrid derivation (ca. 17.5 mol% each) in field-grown grain. However, in grain produced in the greenhouse, the hexaploids had ca. 20.5 mol% of 16:0 fatty acid and a decrease in 18:1 fatty acid, whereas seed of the A. abyssinica parent showed only a slight increase (ca.21.5 mol%) in 16:0 fatty acid. These and other responses statistically significant may be due to adaptation to temperature conditions being wider in the hexaploids than in the East-African A. abyssinica. A new method of grain lipid extraction was introduced and showed good reproducibility. The derived hexaploid oat can be crossed with A. sativa for breeding purposes and due to its early maturity might also have direct use in northern or high-altitude cultivation. 采用酸化和加热相结合的方法,研究了从黑麦草中提取叶蛋白的最佳工艺条件,并分析了黑麦草叶蛋白中的氨基酸组成。结果表明黑麦草叶蛋白提取的最佳工艺条件为pH4.0,料水比1:2,凝聚温度为70℃,加热时间5min。该条件下提取的叶蛋白含量可高达70.48%。氨基酸分析显示黑麦草叶蛋白中人体必需氨基酸、鲜味氨基酸和药效氨基酸分别占总氨基酸的40.3247%、22.2439%和77.5609%。黑麦草叶蛋白具有很好的营养、保健和药用价值。  相似文献

就河南小尾寒羊的产肉性能和羊肉品质进行了分析研究。结果表明:河南小尾寒羊生长发育快,产肉性能好,肉质细嫩,肉味浓郁,6月龄的屠宰率较高。肌肉中的蛋白质含量较高,氨基酸含量丰富,其中的赖氨酸、异亮氨酸等达到或超过了标准蛋白质中的含量。  相似文献
