我院农业科技新闻写作现状及对策研究

简要分析农业科技新闻的特性,剖析我院农业科技新闻写作存在的不足,提出写好农业科技新闻的对策,对指导农业科研院所宣传人员写好农业科技新闻具有现实意义。     

佛山岭南天地旧改项目中开放空间的特色分析

近年来,国内出现了不少基于城市老街区改造为商业街区的项目。通过对佛山岭南天地项目中有代表性的广场、街道、建筑等节点进行调研,选取开放空间的3个特色要素——空间形态和尺度,传统装饰元素,植物和水景布置,探析"新天地"模式中开放空间营造的特色手法,包括保持街巷形态和宜人尺度,增强街区公共属性;保护传统建筑构件,利用传统材料、技术;保留古树,并结合植物和水景布置,形成多层次的景观系统等。     

不同药物防治羔羊奶结症临床效果分析

为寻找羔羊奶结症的有效防治药物，将筛选出的5组药物用于羔羊奶结症的防治试验？结果表明，第l组药物“消维康”口服液对于减少羔羊奶结的发生有明显作用，第2组药物四仙莪棱香附散治疗羔羊奶结效果最佳．     

Study on Anti-viral Effect of Rhubarb on Porcine Epidemic Diarrhea Virus in vitro

The inhibitory effects of rhubarb on cell lesion, which was caused by porcine epidemic diarrhea virus (PEDV), and its mechanism had been studied in this research.The maximum safe concentration of rhubarb solution applied to Vero cells was determined through morphological observation, and then the PEDV infected Vero cell model in vitro was established, by which the inhibitory effect of rhubarb on virus was studied.The experimental method had also been established based on this cell model.The result showed that the maximum safe concentration was 3.28 mg/mL.Both morphological observation and MTT assay were indicated that rhubarb could not only block the attachment of the virus to Vero cell and inhibit the synthesis and reproduction of the virus, but also could directly inactivate the virus.This research showed that rhubarb had an inhibitory effect on PEDV, and provided a theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of clinical porcine epidemic diarrhea.     

遮穗和去颖下燕麦穗部特征变化和穗部光合贡献率估算

随着探索提高植物整体光合能力相关研究的不断开展，麦类作物穗部器官等植物非叶绿色器官光合潜力挖掘逐渐得到关注。本研究在成都平原秋播美达、贝勒、莫尼卡、摄政王、泰克和甜燕60等6个品种燕麦，设置遮穗、去颖2个试验处理，比较分析了各品种间穗部特征、穗部光合贡献率、颖片光合贡献率和茎光合物质转移率等差异。结果表明，燕麦穗部器官光合贡献率为28.56%～49.05%，其中甜燕60最高；6个品种燕麦的颖片光合贡献率为11.03%～36.88%，茎光合物质转移率为6.65%～35.81%。燕麦穗部器官对籽实增重表现了较高的光合贡献，当燕麦穗部器官光合受到限制时，燕麦单粒种子重和单穗种子数显著降低，尤其是影响双粒小穗数。     

论《中庸》之“中”与“诚”

商周时代人们信仰上帝鬼神，春秋战国时期老子提出了以“无”为本的哲学本体论。至子思，则提出以“中”和“诚”为本的哲学本体论。子思认为，“中”和“诚”虽无形影，却具有与上帝、鬼神一样的至上性和神妙性，它已经不仅是一般学者所理解的“时中”之“中”和诚信之“诚”，它同时是“天下之大本”和“天之道”。后世儒者因而称子思善于“体道”。大凡“本体”问题，皆很难证实或证伪，但将“中”和“诚”视作“本体”，便使之进入了信仰的层面。子思在孔子创立仁学的哲学思想体系之后，又建立了“中”和“诚”的哲学思想体系，从而大大丰富和发展了儒学思想。     

“四全”育人夯实立德树人德育基础——以苏州工业职业技术学院为例

彩叶植物分类及其园林应用

彩叶植物是园林植物的重要组成部分,以其独特的观赏价值倍受园林工作者青睐。彩叶植物的园林应用应遵循生态适应性原则,考虑季相变化,突出设计主题,并与环境相协调,根据实际选择合适的应用形式。指出了彩叶植物应用中存在的问题,并对其应用前景进行了展望。     

社会主义核心价值观践行中党员干部责任倦怠及解决路径

随着党的群众路线教育实践活动的深入开展,社会主义核心价值观践行中党员干部的责任倦怠问题较为突出,主要表现在工作态度、工作效率、工作目的等多方面。培育党员干部责任意识应从重言行、知礼仪、讲品德、树信仰等方面下功夫,以艰苦奋斗、求真务实的精神克服责任倦怠,树立党员干部新形象。     

Effects of Adding Mannan Oligosaccharides to Diets with Different Concentrate to Forage Ratios on Ruminal Fermentation of Sheep in vitro

The test was aimed at determining the effects of adding MOS to diets with different concentrate to forage ratios on ruminal fermentation of sheep in vitro.The 4×6 two-factor experimental design was chosen.There were 4 diets with different concentrate to forage ratios(20:80, 30:70, 40:60 and 50:50) and added to 6 dosages MOS(0, 0.4%, 0.8%, 1.2%, 1.6% and 2.0%), respectively.The method of gas production in vitro was used to measure the total gas and CH₄ production, IVDMD, IVCPD and IVOMD after cultured for 3, 6, 9, 12 and 24 h.The results showed that the gas(except 12 and 24 h) and CH₄ production(except 9 h) were not impacted by the two factors(P>0.05).The IVDMD, IVCPD and IVOMD were significantly affected by concentrate to forage ratios(P<0.05), while the IVCPD at 24 h was significantly affected by MOS(P<0.05).Meanwhile, all the indexes were not influenced by the interaction of two factors(P>0.05).The IVDMD and IVOMD increased with the rising of concentrate approximately, while the IVCPD decreased with the rising of MOS roughly.The biggest associative effect was gained in 30:70 concentrate to forage diet when adding 1.2% MOS.
