施钾对青引1号燕麦草产量及根系的影响   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0  
在缺钾地区,开展了不同施钾对青引1号燕麦(Avena sativa cv. Qingyin No.1)干物质产量和根系的影响,找出最佳施钾量,为青海省燕麦种子生产提供依据。结果表明,在施N 54.75 kg/hm2和施P2O5 51.75 kg/hm2的基础上,施K2O 40 kg/hm2,青引1号燕麦开花期收获时可获得最高的干物质产量和蛋白产量,分别为29575.0和2099.8 kg/hm2,二者均符合Y=a+bK+cK2函数变化。施K2O 40 kg/hm2,青引1号燕麦株高、总分蘖数、根长和根数最大,分别为184.5 cm、3.22个/株、15.90 cm和26.17 条/株; 施K2O 20 kg/hm2时,植株茎粗和根量达最大,分别为0.585 cm和0.540 g/株。各产量性状、地下生物量以及饲草和蛋白产量间均存在显著或极显著正相关关系。  相似文献

为更好地开发、利用芭蕉根药材,对不同海拔芭蕉根药材的UPLC-ELSD指纹图谱进行分析,采用Agilent ZORBAX RRHD Eclipse Plus C18(2.1 mm×100mm,1.8μm)色谱柱,0.1%乙酸水-乙腈洗脱系统,梯度洗脱,流速0.2 mL/min,蒸发光散射检测器(ELSD)检测,雾化温度为45℃,载气氮气流速1.5 L/min测定15批不同海拔的芭蕉根药材,对其进行聚类分析和相似度评价.结果表明:在不同海拔(298.52~1 357.82m)采集的芭蕉根药材的UPLC-ELSD指纹图谱有较好的相似度,芭蕉根中弱紫外吸收和缺少发色基团的化学成分的种类较统一;系统聚类分析可将芭蕉根药材归为4类,提示不同海拔的芭蕉根药材的质量存在较大差异.结论:建立的指纹图谱测定方法稳定、重复性好,可为芭蕉根药材的开发、利用及质量控制提供参考.  相似文献

为探寻促使槟榔(Areca catechu)叶片早脱落,槟榔提前开花的方法,以七年生海南本地槟榔为试验对象,对槟榔最下面3片大叶进行纵向不同程度剪叶,研究其对叶片含水量、叶绿素含量及内含物的影响,以此了解剪叶对槟榔生长状况的影响.结果表明,剪叶处理对槟榔生长状况产生了一定的影响,剪叶程度不同产生的影响也不同.对照组中即自然状态下叶片含水量一直处于下降趋势,纵向剪叶可使叶片含水量处于比较平稳的状态;剪叶对最下面的叶片叶绿素含量影响明显,剪叶程度越大越明显,但对于整体叶绿素含量无明显影响;剪叶后蛋白质含量先升后降;淀粉含量先降再升再降再升;可溶性糖含量先升高后降低最后保持平衡状态.  相似文献

以果蔗(Badila)茎尖脱毒组培苗为材料,利用间歇浸没式生物反应器(Temporary immersion bioreactors TIBs)进行组培快繁的技术体系的研究。结果表明:(1)使用TIBs系统进行甘蔗组织培养一代增殖较传统方法高出10倍以上;(2)TIBs系统以第4代继代材料为宜;(3)接种密度在10~15株/L培养基最有利于甘蔗组培苗的增殖和生长;(4)TIBs系统中6-BA浓度为0.5~1.0mg/L时适合于增殖培养,NAA浓度为4mg/L时有利于根的诱导;(5)浸没间歇频率在1min/3h时增殖和生长表现较为优异,1min/6h时有利于根的诱导和根的生长。  相似文献

Field experiments were conducted over two growing seasons to investigate the effects of variations in water regime and planting pattern on the growth of rice plant roots and shoots and on yield. Four water regimes were evaluated with split plot design: intermittent flooding during the vegetative stage only (IF‐V); intermittent flooding extending into the reproductive stage (IF‐R); not flooded (NF); and continuously flooded (CF), interacting with three different planting patterns: single seedling per hill with wider 30 × 30 cm spacing (P1); single seedling per hill with closer 20 × 20 cm spacing (P2); and three to four seedlings per hill with 20 × 20 cm spacing (P3). The treatment combination CF/P3 corresponds most closely with current conventional practice. The other combinations were evaluated to contribute to a better understanding of the effects of the two parameters studied, respectively and together. IF‐V/P1 was considered as an approximation of System of Rice Intensification (SRI) practice. This study found that the combination of singly transplanted seedlings, both P1 and P2, with the IF‐V water regime improved root length density, root physiological activity, and chlorophyll content of the upper and lower leaves, leading to higher grain yield compared with the other treatment combinations. With continuous flooding (CF), P2 gave 23 % more yield compared with the P3 planting pattern. Combining IF‐V and P2 produced 32 % more grain yield compared with the CF/P3 treatment. These results showed a synergistic effect on grain yield from reduced intra‐hill competition and IF‐V water management. In these trials, there was no significant yield difference between the IF‐V/P1 and CF/P3 treatments. Wider spacing improved the performance of individual hills when grown under IF‐V water regimes, but tiller number per unit area remained a dominant determinant of yield. The yield reduction observed for CF/P1 compared with CF/P3 indicated that in more hypoxic CF soils, denser plant populations can produce more than sparser ones, whereas the latter benefit from more aerobic soil conditions. Intermittent irrigation during the vegetative growth stage and transplanting single seedlings/hill are major elements of SRI methodology. These findings contribute to an understanding of why SRI methods can produce the higher yields reported. A consideration of the effects of interaction between planting pattern and water regime shows the need to establish empirically the optimum values for these treatments according to varietal, soil and climatic characteristics for the greatest yield response.  相似文献

Quinoa is a native Andean crop for domestic consumption and market sale, widely investigated due to its nutritional composition and gluten‐free seeds. Leaf water potential (Ψleaf) and its components and stomatal conductance (gs) of quinoa, cultivar Titicaca, were investigated in Southern Italy, in field trials (2009 and 2010). This alternative crop was subjected to irrigation treatments, with the restitution of 100 %, 50 % and 25 % of the water necessary to replenish field capacity, with well water (100 W, 50 W, 25 W) and saline water (100 WS, 50 WS, 25 WS) with an electrical conductivity (ECw) of 22 dS m?1. As water and salt stress developed and Ψleaf decreased, the leaf osmotic potential (Ψπ) declined (below ?2.05 MPa) to maintain turgor. Stomatal conductance decreased with the reduction in Ψleaf (with a steep drop at Ψleaf between ?0.8 and 1.2 MPa) and Ψπ (with a steep drop at Ψπ between ?1.2 and ?1.4 MPa). Salt and drought stress, in both years, did not affect markedly the relationship between water potential components, RWC and gs. Leaf water potentials and gs were inversely related to water limitation and soil salinity experimentally imposed, showing exponential (Ψleaf and turgor pressure, Ψp, vs. gs) or linear (Ψleaf and Ψp vs. SWC) functions. At the end of the experiment, salt‐irrigated plants showed a severe drop in Ψleaf (below ?2 MPa), resulting in stomatal closure through interactive effects of soil water availability and salt excess to control the loss of turgor in leaves. The effects of salinity and drought resulted in strict dependencies between RWC and water potential components, showing that regulating cellular water deficit and volume is a powerful mechanism for conserving cellular hydration under stress, resulting in osmotic adjustment at turgor loss. The extent of osmotic adjustment associated with drought was not reflected in Ψπ at full turgor. As soil was drying, the association between Ψleaf and SWC reflected the ability of quinoa to explore soil volume to continue extracting available water from the soil. However, leaf ABA content did not vary under concomitant salinity and drought stress conditions in 2009, while differing between 100 W and 100 WS in 2010. Quinoa showed good resistance to water and salt stress through stomatal responses and osmotic adjustments that played a role in the maintenance of a leaf turgor favourable to plant growth and preserved crop yield in cropping systems similar to those of Southern Italy.  相似文献

Hybrid striped bass larvae (striped bass, Morone saxatilis, ♀ x white bass, M. chrysops, ♂) are often stocked into fertile culture ponds. High rates of photosynthesis may result in elevated pH which can be lethal to fry and can affect the toxicity of ammonia. Six-hour static toxicity tests were performed on hybrid larvae of various ages to determine the toxicity of elevated pH and the effects of elevated pH on ammonia toxicity. Six-hour mortality threshold pH's with no measurable ammonia were estimated for various age larvae and found to be between pH's 9.8 and 10.2 for D2 (Dl is day of hatch), between 9.0 and 9.4 for D4, between 8.8 and 9.2 for D13, and between 9.2 and 9.4 for D20 fish. The addition of 0.7% NaCl had no effect on the toxicity of elevated pH to D2 or D4 fish but caused a significant reduction in the mortality of Dl3 and D20 fish exposed to high pH. The tolerance to elevated pH decreased as ammonia concentration increased. Sub-lethal un-ionized ammonia concentrations increased the toxicity of elevated pH, suggesting an interaction of pH and un-ionized ammonia toxicity.  相似文献
