Twenty four lines of 5 types maize were used to study the micro-structure in ripe kernel of MEM(micro-endosperm super high oil maize),weight ratio of embryo to kernel,and the different characteristics of micro-structure between MEM and the other 4 non-MEM.The results indicated that the endosperm contents of MEM were very few.Some of them even had no endosperm(except aleurone layer).It illustrated that some of the MEM showed degenerative endosperm,but their embryos were the biggest among the 5-type maize.At the same time,the weight ratio of embryo to kernel of MEM was also the maximum in 5-type maize.  相似文献

从三峡库区征集到72份玉米地方品种并分别与改良兰卡斯特和改良瑞德血缘自交系进行测配,利用测交结果对玉米地方品种的遗传潜势进行分析。研究表明,单株粒重、穗长、穗行数、行粒数和百粒重在72份玉米地方品种间存在一定的遗传变异,决定品种间遗传变异的主导因子是加性效应。在72份玉米地方品种中通过选择有可能获得单株粒重和百粒重较高、果穗较长、穗行数和行粒数较多的品种,通过遗传改良获得长穗大粒、穗行数和行粒数多的材料或自交系的可能性也较大。  相似文献

对2020年黄淮海夏播区玉米联合体审定的产量前20位品种进行性状分析。结果表明,在选育和种植品种上,应选择比对照增产5.0%以上、抗穗腐病、千粒重在330 g以上、容重在720 g/L以上、穗高系数等于或接近0.382、高淀粉(粗淀粉含量在72%以上)、赖氨酸含量在0.3%以上、中大穗(穗长在17.8 cm以上)、穗行16左右的新品种。  相似文献

利用相同来源F2:3和BC2S1群体定位玉米生育期QTL   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
以普通玉米自交系丹232和爆裂玉米自交系N04为亲本构建259个F2:3和220个BC2S1家系群体,利用SSR标记构建分子标记遗传图谱,利用复合区间作图方法对4个生育期性状进行QTL定位和效应分析。利用F2:3群体共检测到4个抽雄期QTL、6个吐丝期QTL和3个散粉期QTL。单个QTL可解释的表型变异为6.7%~18.4%,可解释的表型总变异为28.9%~50.3%,11个QTL的增效基因来自生育期较长的亲本丹232,其余2个QTL的增效基因来自生育期较短的亲本N04;BC2S1群体检测到8个与4个生育期性状相关的QTL,单个QTL可解释的表型变异为4.5%~11.6%,可解释的表型总变异为13.2%~18.5%,增效基因来自两个亲本的QTL为3个和5个。两类群体检测出QTL的数目、位置、效应和贡献率均存在较大差异,主要原因在于BC2S1群体抽样选择所引起的群体结构差异,F2:3群体显示出较高的QTL检测能力,但回交育种过程中应慎重依据F2:3群体QTL定位结果进行标记辅助选择(MAS)。  相似文献

Abstract

This study evaluated the effects of plastic mulched ridge-furrow cropping on soil biochemical properties and maize (Zea mays L.) nutrient uptake in a semi-arid environment. Three treatments were evaluated from 2008 to 2010: no mulch (narrow ridges with crop seeded next to ridges), half mulch (as per no mulch, except narrow ridges were mulched), and full mulch (alternate narrow and wide ridges, all mulched with maize seeded in furrows). Compared to the no mulch treatment, full mulch increased maize grain yield by 50% in 2008 and 25% in 2010, but reduced yield by 21% in 2009 after low precipitation in early growth. Half mulch had a similar grain yield to no mulch in the three cropping years, suggesting half mulch is not an effective pattern for maize cropping in the area. Mulch treatments increased aboveground nitrogen (N) uptake by 21?34% and phosphorus (P) uptake by 21?42% in 2008, and by 16?32% and 14?29%, respectively, in 2010; but in 2009 mulching did not affect N uptake and decreased P uptake. Soil microbial biomass and activities of urease, β-glucosidase and phosphatase at the 0?15 cm depth were generally higher during vegetative growth but lower during reproductive growth under mulch treatments than no mulch. Mulching treatments increased carbon (C) loss of buried maize residues (marginally by 5?9%), and decreased light soil organic C (15?27%) and carbohydrate C (12?23%) concentrations and mineralizable C and N (8?36%) at harvest in the 0?20 cm depth compared with no mulch, indicating that mulching promotes mineralization and nutrient release in soil during cropping seasons. As a result of these biological changes, mineral N concentration under mulch was markedly increased after sowing in upper soil layers compared with no mulch. Therefore, our results suggest that mulched cropping stimulated soil microbial activity and N availability, and thus contributed to increasing maize grain yield and nutrient uptake compared with no mulch.  相似文献

覆膜抑制土壤呼吸提高旱作春玉米产量   总被引:9,自引:3,他引:9  
为从农田碳通量角度揭示地膜覆盖种植方式的增产增效机理,于2011年在山西寿阳旱作农业野外试验站对覆膜和露地春玉米田,进行了表层土壤温湿度、土壤呼吸和净碳交换规律及作物生长发育规律的研究和分析。结果表明:与露地处理相比较,覆膜处理全生育期表层土壤含水率提高了18.7%,前期可平均提高表层土壤温度1.67℃。覆膜和露地处理土壤呼吸变化规律总体一致,但前者的温度敏感系数Q10比后者低,且中后期前者排放的碳仅为后者的61.7%,说明采用覆盖地膜种植方式有利于农田土壤碳管理。前期和中期覆膜处理绿叶面积指数比露地处理平均高0.81 m2/m2,后期覆膜处理衰老较快,收获时比露地处理低1.00 m2/m2;露地处理在前期和中期日均净碳通量平均比覆膜处理大0.04 mg/(m2·s),而后期仅小0.02 mg/(m2·s),这是造成2处理最终生物产量和经济产量差异的根本原因。在地上干物质积累和地下干物质积累方面,覆膜处理始终比露地处理高,收获时差值分别为269.7和38.6 g/m2。露地处理每公顷少收春玉米籽粒1 348 kg。由此可见,覆膜种植可提高表层土壤温湿度,促进作物生长发育,抑制土壤呼吸,促进碳积累,增加农民收入的同时更有利于土壤碳管理。  相似文献

The availability of nitrogen (N) contained in crop residues for a following crop may vary with cultivar, depending on root traits and the interaction between roots and soil. We used a pot experiment to investigate the effects of six spring wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) cultivars (three old varieties introduced before mid last century and three modern varieties) and N fertilization on the ability of wheat to acquire N from maize (Zea mays L.) straw added to soil. Wheat was grown in a soil where 15N‐labeled maize straw had been incorporated with or without N fertilization. Higher grain yield in three modern and one old cultivar was ascribed to preferred allocation of photosynthate to aboveground plant parts and from vegetative organs to grains. Root biomass, root length density and root surface area were all smaller in modern than in old cultivars at both anthesis and maturity. Root mean diameter was generally similar between modern and old cultivars at anthesis but was greater in modern than in old cultivars at maturity. There were cultivar differences in N uptake from incorporated maize straw and the other N sources (soil and fertilizer). However, these differences were not related to variation in the measured root parameters among the six cultivars. At anthesis, total N uptake efficiencies by roots (total N uptake per root weight or root length) were greater in modern than in old cultivars within each fertilization level. At maturity, averaged over fertilization levels, the total N uptake efficiencies by roots were 292?336 mg N g?1 roots or 3.2?4.0 mg N m?1 roots for three modern cultivars, in contrast to 132?213 mg N g?1 roots or 0.93?1.6 mg N m?1 roots for three old cultivars. Fertilization enhanced the utilization of N from maize straw by all cultivars, but root N uptake efficiencies were less affected. We concluded that modern spring wheat cultivars had higher root N uptake efficiency than old cultivars.  相似文献

为探究超声辅助酶解法提取玉米皮多酚的最优工艺,并探讨其体外抗氧化活性,以玉米皮多酚提取量为响应值,分别考察超声时间、提取温度、料液比和酶添加量4个因素对提取效果的影响。在单因素试验的基础上,采用中心组合响应面分析法对提取工艺进行优化。结果表明,最佳提取条件为:超声时间6.5 min、酶解温度55℃、液料比41 mL·g-1、木聚糖酶添加量2.10%,此条件下,玉米皮多酚提取量最高,为7.26 ± 0.15 mg·g-1,与响应面预测值7.17 mg·g-1相近。DPPH·和ABTS+·清除法抗氧化试验结果表明,玉米皮多酚具有较强的抗氧化能力,可作为潜在天然抗氧化剂应用于食品行业。本研究结果为玉米加工副产物玉米皮综合应用提供了理论依据。  相似文献

为了对劣质土及再生水灌溉下农田水分高效利用进行研究,通过野外试验的方法,以内蒙古干旱区城郊建筑回填土农田再生水灌溉玉米为研究对象,系统研究了再生水灌溉劣质土对玉米生长及土壤理化性质的影响。试验期间共灌溉4次水,共设不同再生水(Z)—清水(Q)5个处理,分别是T1(4Q)、T2(2Q2Z)、T3(1Q3Z)、T4(1Q2Z1Q)、T5(1Q1Z1Q1Z)5种模式。结果表明:建筑回填土下再生水灌溉玉米能显著增加玉米干物质、株高、叶面积及产量,且增产最大为15.91%;短期再生水灌溉不会对玉米重金属含量产生影响;再生水灌溉后土壤容重呈增加趋势,长期再生水灌溉会对深层土壤盐分累积产生潜在风险。  相似文献
