国外土地整理实践对我国土地整理的启示

土地整理在我国起步较晚，很多理论还不成熟。采用文献参阅法，从土地整理的发展阶段、内容和特点等方面介绍了德国、俄国和荷兰等国外土地整理的基本情况，并由此得出其对我国土地整理的启示：建立健全土地整理法律政策，重视土地整理的权属调整，拓宽土地整理融资渠道，重视土地整理中的生态环境保护，积极推动土地整理公众参与和高度重视土地整理规划等。     

ECHOCARDIOGRAPHIC REFERENCE VALUES IN WHIPPETS

The aim of the study was to establish reference echocardiographic values for whippets, to compare these values with previously published reference values for the general dog population, and to determine whether there is an influence of gender and breeding lines on echocardiographic measurements. Echocardiographic parameters from 105 apparently healthy whippets without cardiac symptoms were used to establish reference values for the breed and to compare these values with two previously reported reference ranges. The coefficients of the allometric equation Y= aM(b), useful to reconstruct normal M-mode and two-dimensional average values for whippets of varying weights, were calculated, as well as the lower and upper limits of the 95% prediction interval. First, we found that whippets have a significantly larger left ventricular diameter, increased left ventricular wall, and interventricular septum thickness than expected, in diastole as well as in systole. Fractional shortening was significantly lower than the reference value. Second, comparing males and females, taking body weight differences into account, females had a significantly larger left ventricular diameter in diastole and systole. Minor differences were found between racing and show pedigree dogs. In conclusion, the results of this study confirm that breed-specific reference values are needed in echocardiography. In whippets, the values found in this study can be used as references in order to avoid overinterpretation of cardiac dilation, hypertrophy, and/or decreased contractility in these dogs.     

豫南白浆化黄褐土系统分类及高级分类参比研究

根据土壤理化性质,按照《中国土壤系统分类检索(第三版)》中的诊断层和诊断特性对河南南部地区白浆化黄褐土的4个代表性土壤剖面进行检索,确定其在中国土壤系统分类中的属于淋溶土纲,湿润淋溶土亚纲、漂白湿润淋溶土土类及相应的亚类;并分别在美国土壤系统分类(ST)、联合国制定的世界土壤图图例(FAO-UNESCO)和中国土壤分类系统的不同分类系统作出高级分类归属和参比．     

农业机器人田间导航参照点测距的新方法

传统双目视差测距法的测量值为参照点P到双目摄像机基线中心的距离,而农业机器人上的摄像头装置通常被安装在距离地面一定高度,与水平方向呈一定倾角的位置,利用传统双目视差测距法将无法得到导航参照点到机器人机身的水平距离。为此,提出了一种解决农业机器人田间导航参照点测距的新方法。通过改进的BP神经网络标定下的双目系统、改进的SIFT特征匹配,输出导航参照点在世界坐标系下的坐标X,Y),则导航参照点距机器人机身的水平距离可表达为S=(X2+Y2)(1/2)。实验表明:该方法在实际田间测试中的结果最大偏差0.479cm,最小偏差0.032cm,精度高达99%,测距过程耗时共计55ms,计算量较传统双目视差测距显著减小,具有一定的工程实用性与可行性。     

河套灌区参考作物蒸发蒸腾量估算方法研究

参考作物蒸发蒸腾量（ET₀）是计算作物需水量的基础,一般用FAO推荐的Penman-Monteith公式（PM公式）计算。但是在河套灌区部分地区缺少辐射数据的观测,因而无法利用PM公式计算ET₀。本文选用河套灌区临河气象站1990—2012年的气象资料,分析了利用PM公式计算参考作物蒸发蒸腾量ET₀与气象要素的关系,发现对ET₀影响最大的气象因素为净辐射,其次为饱和水气压差和平均温度。建立了基于饱和水气压差、温度和风速的ET₀估算公式,验证结算显示相关系数、纳什效率系数和总量平衡系数分别为0.96、0.92、1.00。在风速缺测的条件下,也建立了基于饱和水汽压差和温度的ET₀估算公式。以上两个公式为河套灌区缺资料条件下ET₀的估算提供了简单且准确的估算方法。     

大学生职业生涯规划教育中存在的问题与对策

为更好地帮助学生做好职业生涯规划,对当前从高校职业生涯规划中存在的问题和对策进行了探讨,认为高校辅导员应该结合职业生涯规划知识,增强自身专业素质,对大学生进行行业化、个性化、职业化的指导。     

灰色—周期外延组合模型在参考作物腾发量预测中的应用

参考作物腾发量ET0是计算作物需水量、制定灌溉制度和进行水资源优化配置的重要参数之一。因参考作物腾发量随季节性变化,并呈现以年为周期波动的特点;在这种情况下,提出了一种基于灰色GM（1,1）与周期外延相结合的预测模型,即灰色-周期外延组合模型。以沈阳、鞍山、铁岭、盘锦4个地区1997—2006年参考作物腾发量季节值为例进行分析和模拟。结果表明：运用灰色-周期外延组合模型预测参考作物腾发量比原有的GM（1,1）模型预测精度高。该模型预测过程简单,预测结果可靠,适应性强。因此,该模型可广泛的应用于参考作物腾发量的季节预测。     

Multi-element analysis of soils and sediments by wavelength-dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometry

Soil and sediment reference materials were used to calibrate and evaluate an analytical method for the determination of major (Si, Al, Fe, Mg, Ca, Na, K, Mn, P, Ti) and trace elements (As, Ba, Cd, Co, Cr, Cu, Ga, Mo, Mb, Ni, Pb, Rb, S, Sb, Sn, Sr, Th, U, V, Y, Zn, Zr) by sequential wavelength X-ray fluorescence spectrometry. Samples were prepared as pressed pellets and analysis was done with a total measuring time of thirty minutes per sample. Special attention was given to the selection of the thirty reference materials used for calibration of the spectrometer. Another set of eleven RM (reference materials) was analyzed for the evaluation of accuracy. Detection limits for trace elements (1-2 mg kg^-1) are adequate both for geochemical and environmental purposes, except for Cd and Sb. Accuracy for trace elements falls within the expected interval of certified or recommended values in most cases, but for some major elements, like SiO₂, some results showed discrepancies, evidencing difficulties associated with the determination of light elements in complex matrices. But when quality criteria proposed by mapping programs are applied to the results, their requirements are fulfilled. Both instrumental precision, obtained by twelve sample replicate analyses, and analytical precision, considering also sub-sampling and pellet preparation, lie between the limits of the Horwitz expression, except at concentrations close to the detection limits.     

大学生心理健康教育实施途径研究

现在的在大学生是应试教育下培养出来的，他们在中小学阶段只注重知识的积累，而忽视了素质的培养，尤其是心理素质的培养，进入大学，各种心理困扰，心理问题日渐突出。大学生心理健康教育工作尽管已受到高校的普遍关注，但是仍不能适应全面推进素质教育的需要，我们应努力探索新形势下大学生心理健康教育的实施途径。     

加强馆室协作促进资源共享——对高校院(系)资料室改革问题的探讨

分析了高校院系资料室发展过程中出现的问题,认为资料室是高校文献信息保障体系中的重要组成部分,应加强管理,指出图书馆在资料室发展过程中要发挥主导作用,加强馆室协作,促进资源共享。
