Response of rice to sulphur application under upland conditions

Abstract

A greenhouse experiment was carried out to determine the S response and the plant S content of rice (Oryza sativa L.) cultivars OS‐6 and IR‐20 grown in sandy Apomu soil series under upland conditions.

Sulphur application increased growth and dry matter yield. At low S rates OS‐6 gave higher grain yield than IR‐20. With high S rates, OS‐6 responded more in straw production. The leaf S content was highest during early growth and decreased with plant age. At flower emergence, the blade of the Y‐leaf appeared to be a suitable index for measuring the S status of the plant. The critical S level was estimated at 0.15%. The critical S levels in the grain and straw at harvest were estimated respectively at 0.12%, and 0.10%. The N/S ratios for the grain and straw at harvest appeared not to be a useful index for determining the critical S status of the plant.     

自动配料生产线远程管理系统研究

为实现自动配料生产过程的远程管理及生产现场的无人值守,根据自动配料生产线的特点,设计了一种自动生产配合饲料的远程管理系统。系统采用S7-200 CPU226实现现场设备的控制。通过自由口协议实现与现场监控计算机的通信。监控程序使用VC++.NET开发,并采用客户端/服务器通信模式,实现了自动配料系统的网络化远程管理。采用屏幕切分法进行现场监控画面的及时传输,实现现场设备的实时监控。

城市地下管线信息系统在GIS下的建立

从地下管线管理的角度阐述了建立城市地下管线信息系统的重要性，提出了以全市区地形图，规划图和管线普查成果与管线竣工测量成果作为系统的基本数据，以ＧＩＳ软件为支撑平台进行开发，实现地下管线管理所需的查询，分析，综合，统计和辅助决策等功能，从而达到以计算机手段对地下管线实行有效管理的水平。     

分布式人才管理决策支持系统的设计与实现

根据当前人才工程与现代科学人事制度需要，提出建立分布式多层人才管理决策支持系统作为管理科学化，民主化的有利保证，该系统综合利用ＷＷＷ技术、ＣＯＲＢＡ技术及ＯＬＥ／ＣＯＭ技术为广大分布用户提供分布决策支持；同时，为决策系统提供了集成一些新技术的有利手段；并且决策中定性推量和定量推理能够相辅相成协同完成多级决策技术。     

水稻广亲和温敏不育系株1 S的选育及应用

株１Ｓ是用遗传 远的不同生态类型材料杂交充 灿型广亲和温敏不育系。育性转换临界温度２３℃左右，在湖南稳定不育期９０ｄ以上，开花习性好，异交结实率４０％以上。海南冬敏少本地低温水深灌繁殖自交结实率在３０％以上，具有广亲和性，一般配合力和特殊配合力均较强，用其选配的早晚稻组合已有４个参加省区试。具有广阔的应用前景。     

河套灌区粮食作物分层种植超吨粮田小气候生态效应研究

本文采用一元二次回归分析方法，对黄河河套灌区超吨粮田不同层次的光温风分布状况进行了定量分析，求算了三因子在不同层次的最佳指标值Ｘ１及其相应的期望产量值Ｙ＿（ｍａｘ）。鉴于植株２／３处光温风分布综合反映了群体结构的生产潜力，故组建了２／３层次的多元非线性复合小气候效应模型。给出了亩产１２５０．０公斤的超吨粮理论指标。指出实现这一理论产量的关键，是广泛推广玉米催芽栽培技术。     

油乳剂疫苗中硬脂酸铝含量与油相水相比例关系研究

进行了鸡新城疫、传染性支气管炎、产蛋下降综合征三联油乳剂疫苗生产中降低油相比例的试验.当油乳剂疫苗的油相中硬脂酸铝含量分别为2%、1%、0.5%,对应的油相:水相分别为3:1、2:1和1:1时进行的乳化试验结果表明:随着油相中硬脂酸铝含量降低,油相和水相的比例相应降低,呈正比例关系.当油相中硬脂酸铝含量与油/水比分别为2%和3:1、1%和2:1、0.5%和1:1时,制备的油苗质量均达到了国家标准.     

Ontogeny of testicular inhibin and activin in ducks: An immunocytochemical analysis

The ontogeny of testicular inhibin/activin in ducks was investigated. Testicular localization of three inhibin/activin subunits (α, β_A and β_B) was determined in embryonic and newly hatched ducks from 12 days of incubation to 1 day of age, in immature ducks and in adult ducks. In the duck embryonic testis, positive α‐subunit immunostaining was first detected in the Leydig cells and Sertoli cells on day 15 of incubation, whereas β_A‐subunit and β_B‐subunit immunostaining were found in Sertoli cells and primary germ cells on day 18 of incubation. In 1 month old ducks, intense staining of α‐subunit was present in the seminiferous epithelium consistent with localization in Sertoli cells and primary germ cells, and the immunostaining of the β_A‐ and β_B‐subunit was also present in Sertoli cells and primary germ cells. Specific immunostaining with inhibin/activin α‐, β_A‐ and β_B‐subunits antisera occurred in Sertoli cells in the adult duck testes. In conclusion, it was shown that, in the duck testis, the majority of α‐, β_A‐ and β_B‐subunits are colocalized in Sertoli cells with a certain degree of staining in germ cells and the α‐subunit is present in Leydig cells of embryonic testes before day 18 of incubation. These results indicate that Sertoli cells and possibly germ cells in the embryonic testes of late stage of incubation and newly hatched ducks, immature ducks and mature ducks may produce bioactive inhibin dimers, inhibin A and inhibin B, as a possible regulator of follicle‐stimulating hormone secretion. Free inhibin/activin subunits and their dimers may also play an autocrine/paracrine role in the development of the testis and spermatogenesis. Furthermore, early onset of the α‐subunit in duck testes indicates that it may have an autocrine/paracrine effect on steroid hormones, which is important for sex differentiation.
