Carrot cells were grown in cultures supplemented with two hormones [2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid (2,4-D) and 6-benzylaminopurine (6BAP)] and two humic fractions extracted from earthworm faeces, one with high acidity and a low apparent molecular size (<3500) and the other with low acidity and a large molecular size. 2,4-D stimulated growth through an effect on cell enlargement, while the strongly acidic humic fraction (0.2 mg l-1) and the weakly acidic fraction (1 mg l-1) were both less effective. With 4–16 h of pre-incubation, the highly acid humic fraction, mainly alone, induced the best increase in protein content; the effect of the weakly acid humic fraction and the hormones was generally less important. The two humic fractions also differed in their influence on glutamate dehydrogenase activity. After 2 h of pretreatment, the highly acidic fraction increased glutamate dehydrogenase activity, while the other fraction did not affect it. After 4–16 h of pre-incubation, the activity of this enzyme was still not influenced by these humic fractions. The presence of the two hormones did not interfere with the humic matter effects. Glutamine synthetase activity was not affected by a pre-incubation of up to 4 h with the two humic fractions, but it was stimulated after 8–16 h of pre-incubation. A 2,4-D+6BAP mixture stimulated glutamine synthetase activity (from +12 to +50%). Again, the presence of the hormones did not interfere with the effects induced by the humic fractions. After 16 h of pre-incubation, phosphoenolpyruvate carboxylase activity was increased by the highly acidic humic fraction (+93%) and by both humic fractions together (+34%). An explanation of the different incubation times necessary for the humic fractions to exert stimulatory effects on these enzymes is proposed here. The regulatory properties of the strongly acidic humic fraction appeared to depend on the combination of high acidity (expecially carboxylic C) with low molecular size.  相似文献

对来自6批次147枚采用去透明带-双半卵融合法(简称去透明带法)克隆的牛体细胞囊胚进行质量分级,然后除了20枚优质胚胎用来移植外,其余的127枚克隆囊胚均采用低渗分离细胞核法进行细胞计数。结果表明:127枚采用去透明带法克隆的7 d囊胚细胞数平均为129.8个,其中优质大囊胚细胞数平均为218.9±45.0个(117~281),中等大小的优质囊胚细胞数为134.9±43.7个(85~233),不同体积大小的囊胚细胞数差异极显著(P<0.01)。结果表明,从优质囊胚比例以及其细胞数来衡量,采用去透明带克隆方法可以获得质量较高的牛囊胚。  相似文献

Three separate greenhouse experiments were conducted to determine the bi-directional N transfer in a peanut and rice intercropping system using the direct 15N foliar feeding technique at N application rates of 15, 75 and 150 kg ha–1. When peanut was used as the 15N donor plant, the atom % 15N in the rice shoot was consistently higher than in control rice, indicating that 15N transfer from peanut to the associated rice crop occurred. The percentage of N transfer (%NT) from peanut to the associated rice was 9.9%, 5.7% and 4.2% at the three N application rates, respectively. The N transferred from peanut to rice was 22.6, 15.5 and 8.2 mg N plant–1, accounting for 10.9%, 6.4% and 3.1% of the total N accumulated in rice plants at the three N application rates, respectively. When rice functioned as the 15N donor plant, the %NTs were 4.4%, 2.1% and 1.4% and represented about 5.2%, 3.4% and 2.4% of total N accumulated in peanut shoot at the three N application rates, respectively. The net directional N transfer was from peanut to rice and this was calculated by the difference in the bi-directional transfers and was mainly due to peanut root decomposition. Thus, the %NTs were 10.7%, 6.3%, 5.1% and 3.5% on 28 July (the day on which peanut shoots were cut), 8 August, 28 August and 8 September, respectively, and correspondingly, the N transferred from peanut to rice represented 6.0%, 5.8%, 5.1% and 3.2% of the total N accumulated in the rice plants.  相似文献

For the capillary mats using wet construction, a winter experiment designed to investigate the heat transfer performance was described, and the heat transfer performance analysis which contains the comparisons between different pipe space and different thickness of cement mortar surface was carried out. As a result, compared with that of the traditional radiant heating pipes, the capillary mats of wet construction require supply water with lower temperature, and it shows good heat transfer performance and system energy efficiency as well. According to the demand of indoor heat dissipation and human comfort as well as the coupling relationship between the temperature of supply water and surface construction thickness, it is suggested that the proper construction method should be comprehensively considered in practical applications.  相似文献

Aiminy at magnetic exciting current (resonant current) control, a constant current control method based on dynamic parameter identification is put forward. With energy conversion analysis, the energy storage, supply and dissipation functions of the system resonant network are constructed. The reflecting impedance identification functions are obtained by constructing the energy equilibrium relations in a period and among several periods. Furthermore, a constant current control strategy by regulating the system input voltage with Buck converter is presented. Combining the relations among system input voltage, the envelope of resonant current and the input of Buck converter, the constant current control law is proposed. The control law is verified with experiments. For the proposed method, in parameter identification, only the data of zero crossing point of resonant voltage and current are required, which reduces the complexity and costs of sampling system. Also, the constant current control law does not need complex computation and is easy to implement.  相似文献

This study uses high pressure single gas (He and N2) and mixture(He + N2) gas instead of the high pressure syngas , and the test pressure for each gas were from 0.5 MPa to 3 MPa with test temperature from 150 ℃ to 450 ℃. The results show that the working pressure, gas composition and flow heating methods influence the high pressure gas convective heat transfer coefficient, and the effect of the working pressure is the most prominent. The average convection heat transfer coefficients are obtained for different kinds of high pressure gas in annular channel heat exchanger, and the correlations of the typical flow heating methods and its applicable condition.  相似文献

采用显微混合注射的方法制备转人MCP(膜辅因子蛋白)和CD59(膜反应性溶解抑制物)双基因小鼠,共注射478枚受精卵,移植于21只受体,其中14只受孕,8只受孕小鼠中途流产,从6只受孕小鼠获得18只仔鼠,经检测,其中9只仔鼠单基因阳性(50%),6只仔鼠双基因阳性(33.3%)。结果表明:通过显微混合注射的方法可以获得转人MCP和CD59双基因小鼠。  相似文献

研究了采自福建不同地区的 26个土壤的Zn向白菜茎叶的转移能力.结果表明,虽然用DTPA提取的有效Zn与茎叶Zn含量之间无显著相关,但以DTPA有效Zn为基础的Zn转移系数与土壤有效Zn之间呈极显著的幂函数相关,这种幂函数相关将白菜茎叶Zn含量与土壤有效Zn联系起来.在土壤Zn与作物Zn含量无显著相关的情况下,可用Zn转移系数(DTPA基)与土壤有效Zn之间的幂函数关系估计土壤Zn的环境质量限量.  相似文献
