认真解决好依法治村问题,是建设新农村的重要举措。本文试从加强村级班子建设的角度,探讨新农村建设,推进依法治村的一些问题。     

Rapid Screening for Aluminum Tolerance in Cereals by Use of the Chlorophyll Fluorescence Test

The effects of aluminum on the photosynthetic apparatus were examined in cereals grown in nutrient solutions (pH 4.5) at two Al levels (0 and 148 μM). The chlorophyll fluorescence kinetics results confirmed that the soft wheat ‘BHG’ cultivar has the potential for growth on acid soils while triticale cultivars ‘Niovi’ and ‘Dada’ appeared to be relatively tolerant. The percentage decrease in F_v/F_m of the less tolerant cultivars after Al-treatment indicated a decrease in the efficiency of the primary photochemistry of PS II, while the decrease in the ratio F_V/F_osuggested that exposure of the cultivars ‘Dio’ and ‘Appulo E’ to aluminum caused injury to the thylakoid structure. The percentage fluctuations of the ratio F_v/F_mwere shown to correlate very closely with the assessment of injury as evaluated by the relative top fresh weight. Measurements of chlorophyll fluorescence in vivo could be used to monitor injury caused by “Al-stress”, and thus they may serve as a rapid screening test for Al tolerance.     

水稻中系8541与中系8240光合特性的比较研究

本文通过光合作用参数的测定,详细的研究了中系8541和8240两种不同产量水平的水稻品种的光合特性.论述了在含等量叶绿素的条件下,中系8541和中系8240之间在对光谱的吸收、叶片的光合作用量子转化效率,叶绿体的PSⅡ(光系统Ⅱ)潜在活性(Fv/F_0)和原初光能转化效率(Fv/Fm等的主要区别.实验结果说明,上述各光合作用参数中系8541都优于中系8240.不仅如此.在Mg~(2+)作用下,Fv/Fo和Fv/Fm比值的提高以及Mg~(2+)对两个光系统激发能分配的调节能力中系8541也强于中系8240.     

“两田制”与农业双层经营

虽然双层经营体制已经得到确立,但至今其经营客体或对象在实践中仍然是不清楚的,而且就统分结合两方面来看,统的职能也严重不足,致使家庭经营的弊端依然存在,双层经营的功能难以充分发挥.为此.笔者提出,“两田制”是完善双层经营体制的有效形式。它有利于实现农业的适度规模经营,可大幅度地提高农业劳动生产率和农产品商品率,还形成了农村劳动力合理流动的机制,有利于农村经济的全面发展和农业机械化的推广。所以,笔者主张,“两田制”应谈有计划地加以推广.     

The Location Algorithm of QRS Waves Based on Fractal Box Dimensions Detection Methods

We research fractal characteristics of ECG signal, and find that it is logarithmic linear relationship between the boxes number covering signal and box scale. It is shown that ECG signal have some characteristics. Further more, we discover that fractal dimensions at QRS site are higher than others when using a time windows to detect signal. Based on this foundation, we raise a location algorithm of QRS waves which is based on fractal boxes dimension detection methods. The application results of this algorithm show that it can get rid of noise in ECG effectively with high speed, so this algorithm can be used in real time detection of ECG signal.     

制度变迁与制度绩效：来自中国农地的分析

制度经济学的理论可以用来分析中国农地制度变迁及其绩效。寻求最佳的绩效一直是制度变迁的终极目标。50多年来中国农地制度变迁一直在实践着一种效率更高的制度对另一种制度的替代。中国未来农地制度的变迁必须遵循土地产权制度安排的稳定性和资源最佳配置效应原则、激励机制健全原则、农地制度安排的渐进式原则和农村社会保障体系健全原则。     

国产MJ3210小型木工跑车带锯机锯解正交试验分析

采用正交试验设计法，对国产MJ3210小型木工跑车带锯机的锯解质量进行研究。通过实测马尾松锯材尺寸偏差、表面粗糙度等参数，得到其最佳的进料速度、锯解厚度和锯卡高度的组合方案。结果表明，该设备具有结构简单、出材率高、锯解精度高、质量好、成本低和生产效率高等优点。
