在7日龄时,肉服仔鸡由接近全日制光照改变为1h光照,3h黑暗的短周期简歇光照。结果表明,短周期间歇光照的肉仔鸡饲料报酬和饲料利用率提高,氮平衡试验表明,增加肉用仔鸡的光周期,粪氮分泌量减少,饲料氮在鸡体内的沉积增加,而饲料氮的摄入量并未增加,因而使得饲料氮的利用率和到提高。 相似文献

The objective of this study was to assess the quality of commercial poultry feeds in Benin. The performances of 396 unsexed
broilers chickens Ross 308 fed with a control diet (R1) and five commercial diets (R2 to R6) were evaluated. Broilers fed
commercial diets showed significantly low (P < 0.001) body weight gain (BWG) and economic feed efficiency (EFE) and significantly
high (P < 0.001) mortality rate, feed conversion ratio and feed cost (FC). At 42 days of age, the body weight of broilers
fed control diet was 1662 g versus 838 to 1041 g for broilers fed commercial diets. In R1 diet, overall FC was 388 Fcfa/kg
BWG, and EFE was 2.7 Fcfa BWG/Fcfa feed. These values represented respectively 50 to 64% and 1.6 to 2.0 times the FC and the
EFE recorded in commercial diets. A deficiency in crude protein and metabolisable energy, combined with high contents of crude
fibre and total ash was found in some commercial diets. These results suggest the necessity to organize the market of poultry

N balance experiments were conducted to derive age‐dependent model parameters for modelling of lysine (Lys) requirements in growing pigs. Modern genotype barrows from 16 litters were utilized (four piglets/litter) at 15, 30, 50, 70, 90 and 110 kg body weight respectively. Six diets provided graded dietary protein supply (40 to 320 g/kg) by a constant mixture of barley, wheat, potato protein, wheat gluten, soybean protein concentrate and crystalline amino acids. Lys was set as the first limiting dietary amino acid. Each age period provided 24 N balance data (n = 4) to derive N maintenance requirement (NMR) and theoretical maximum for daily N retention (NRmaxT) by non‐linear regression analysis. At high dietary Lys efficiency, 17–18 g daily Lys intake was required for 170 g daily protein deposition. To achieve similar daily protein deposition, pigs need 21–23 g Lys if the Lys efficiency is 20% lower. For higher daily protein deposition (195–200 g) and varying dietary Lys efficiency, between 22 and 29 g Lys was required. The Lys requirement data yielded by modelling were in line with current recommendations. Further developments of the approach are discussed to improve age‐independent applications. 相似文献

通过研究固始鸡、罗曼蛋雏鸡和艾维茵肉仔鸡生长、养分沉积、肉质特性的差异,探讨品种与生长、代谢和肉质间的关系。选用1日龄雄性固始鸡、艾维茵肉仔鸡、罗曼蛋雏鸡各120只,按体重随机分为6个重复,每重复20只,在相同日粮条件下进行8周的生长试验,并进行屠宰试验和肉质测定。结果表明:(1)3种鸡在体重、日增重、采食量、饲料转化率间存在极显著差异(P<0.01),固始鸡低于罗曼蛋雏鸡,罗曼蛋雏鸡低于艾维茵肉仔鸡;(2)固始鸡和罗曼蛋雏鸡的代谢能和粗蛋白质沉积效率显著低于艾维茵肉仔鸡(P<0.05);(3)固始鸡和罗曼蛋雏鸡的肌肉滴水损失、肌纤维直径、羟脯氨酸含量显著低于艾维茵肉仔鸡(P<0.05),固始鸡胸肌和腿肌中超氧化物歧化酶活性则极显著高于蛋鸡(P<0.01),蛋鸡极显著高于肉鸡(P<0.01)。与快速生长的鸡品种相比,慢速生长的固始鸡具有较低的代谢能和粗蛋白质沉积效率,具有较低的肌肉滴水损失、羟脯氨酸含量及较细的肌纤维,并具有较高的肌肉抗氧化水平。 相似文献

Abstract The objective of this study was to investigate the influence of different nitrogen fertiliser application levels in combination with different defoliation intervals on the dry matter (DM) production and water‐use efficiency of ryegrass (Lolium multiflorum,) cv. Midmar. In a field trial, four nitrogen levels (0, 150, 300 and 450 kg N ha?1) were combined with five defoliation intervals (every 2, 4, 6 and 8 weeks and twice a season). Soil moisture levels were measured with a neutron hydroprobe and were used to schedule irrigation. The dry matter production, nitrogen‐use efficiency (NUE), plant DM content and water‐use efficiency were influenced (P<0.01) by nitrogen level, defoliation interval, and the interaction between these factors. Total DM production varied from 64 to 20 922 kg DM ha?1. Dry matter production per unit of applied N decreased with an increase in N level within a defoliation interval. The plant DM content varied from 14.0% to 35.6%. The plant DM content decreased (P<0.05) with increasing N applications, while a lengthening of the defoliation interval resulted in an increase (P<0.05) in the DM content. No difference (P>0.05) was found in total water used when plants received N. Water‐use efficiency varied from 1.2 to 25.8 kg DM ha?1 mm?1 water received. 相似文献

我国粮食专业化生产地区包括东北三省、东中部地区的北京、山西、河北、安徽和西部地区的内蒙、四川、重庆、云南、宁夏、陕西、甘肃、西藏等共十五个地区。其中只有吉林、黑龙江、西藏等地区粮食生产技术效率达到1,而技术效率低于全国平均水平的几个地区多集中在西部,陕西在全国最低,只有0.524。全国粮食生产规模效率平均水平为0.957,在全国三十一个地区中只有吉林、黑龙江、西藏、上海等四个地区达到规模效率最优状态。在当前世界粮食紧缺背景下,提高技术效率、实现土地规模经营,促进粮食产量进一步提高,对解决我国粮食问题具有积极意义。 相似文献
