In this paper, the water model method is used to optimize the flow behavior of asymmetrical five streams L-type tundish in a steelmaking plant. The results show that the optimization plan is set up with turbulence suppressor T+ vice guide wall D2+ main guide wall with three holes (D1a) which consists of top two holes with 25° inclination and one hole with 30° inclination below. With this plan, the time which the colorants reach to the outlets increases, the difference of response time in all outlets decreases, the peak concentration of the RTD reduces, the existence time of high concentration liquid steel extends, and the ratio of dead zone in each streams reduces. 相似文献

An experimental study on consolidation and drainage of two gravels with different grading was carried out using high - pressure large - scale tri - axial testing facility. A concept of equivalent surrounding pressure is introduced. An analysis was carried out on the effect and mechanism of reinforcement, experimental surrounding pressure and soil properties. Results show that the reinforcement can improve the strength and failure strain of the material and delay the failure of the soil. It is difficult to calculate the penetration rate (ROP) of percussion drilling. In the early research, the empirical or semiempirical formulae of the ROP are derived from the laboratory or field data collected by the researchers. However, the ROP value of the formulae is not as accurate as that in the field. Benefiting from the dynamic model, the geometric structure model and the theory of the roller cone bit, the mathematical model of the hammer bit, the mathematical model of the true bottom hole and the mathematical model between the tooth and the rock of the hammer bit are established. Hence the ROP of the air percussion drilling can be predicted by simulation. Field tests show the models are reliable and the results are coincident with that in the field. The research can help to redesign the hammer bit and optimize the drilling parameters. 相似文献

The method and principle of the parameter design for the power train of EV is explored and discussed,then the parametersof EV. based on SC7101 are reasonably selected.The method of calculating the SOC of Lead_acid battery is provided and the relation among the electromotive force,the interior resistance, the polarized resistance and the SOC are analyzed. The capacity is compensated according to the relation between the capacity and the temperature, which is the basis on which the energy management system is designed and improved.
