通过盆栽试验研究不同施磷水平对橡胶树幼苗叶片光合与代谢的影响,为橡胶幼龄胶园施肥量提供科学依据。以热研7-33-97嫁接苗为材料,设置5个施磷水平(不施磷为对照)对橡胶树幼苗叶片磷含量、光合作用和代谢特征的影响。结果发现:在土壤施磷水平为1 000 mg/kg时,可以保障橡胶幼苗的正常生长,同时增加光合速率和促进生理代谢;低浓度施磷水平(≤500 mg/kg)时,表现为施磷不足;高浓度施磷水平(≥2 000 mg/kg)对橡胶幼苗叶片光合和生理代谢造成抑制作用。  相似文献

Large within-field variation in rice growth often causes production loss in broadcast-seeded (BC) rainfed lowland rice. The spatial variability of direct-seeded rainfed lowland rice was evaluated in 2004, 2005, and 2007 in on-station experiments at Ubon Ratchathani, northeast Thailand, in relation to soil water content and weed infestation, by adopting semivariogram and block kriging, including comparisons among BC with harrowing (BCH; no weeding), BC with no harrowing (BCNH; no weeding), and row-seeded (RS; interrow weeding once) fields. BCH and BCNH were also compared in 11 farmers’ fields in 2006 and 2007, to assess the effect of harrowing on rice growth and weed infestation. During most of the rice growing periods, flooded and non-flooded portions existed simultaneously in the fields, with different proportions among years and among seeding methods in the on-station experiment. BCH and BCNH rice had large within-field variation in seedling density, heading date, shoot dry matter, grain yield, harvest index, panicle density, and filled spikelet per panicle, as well as in weed infestation, measured by a quick visual estimation. Many of the measured variables (except mean soil water content in RS in 2007, seedling density in BCH in 2005 and 2007, shoot dry matter in BCH and BCNH in 2007, and panicle density in BCH in 2007) were spatially dependent (i.e., data from nearby locations were most similar) by geostatistical analysis. Analysis of correlations using the 420 data sets of BCH plots in 2005 and BCH, BCNH, and RS plots in 2007 revealed a positive correlation between soil water content and grain yield and negative correlations between weed infestation and soil water content and grain yield. Compared with BCH, in 2007 BCNH had much lower grain yield because of lower soil water content after establishment and more weed infestation. BCH had higher grain yield than BCNH in weedy fields in the farmers’ fields experiment. RS with interrow weeding resulted in a smaller coefficient of variation, smaller sill value, and higher grain yield than BCH, due to less weed infestation and a higher proportion of flooded water. These results indicated that reducing the spatial variability in rice growth requires careful field preparation, such as harrowing to level the soil surface and to reduce the uneven distribution of standing water and the variability in soil water content, combined with effective crop and weed management (i.e., harrowing and row-seeding). This is the first study that examined spatial variability in the growth of direct-seeded rice as a function of soil water content and weed infestation in a rainfed lowland environment.  相似文献

两优培九稻米垩白在江苏省不同纬度点的播期效应   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
通过在江苏4个稻作区(纬度范围为31.3°~34.7°N)设置5个播期处理,以两系杂交中籼稻两优培九为材料,研究其垩白变化特征。受播期和纬度的双重影响,两优培九稻米垩白率、垩白度的最大极差分别为54.0和13.0个百分点。垩白具明显的纬向性递变特征,种植的适宜区域在扬州至东海间,并以偏北地区(建湖、东海)较优,而在江苏的南北两端(昆山、沛县)要显著差于中间地带。在各稻作区稻米的垩白率(度)随播期推迟而降低,并且在江苏北部地区更易受播期调节。结实期的日平均温度与稻米垩白率、垩白度呈显著的线性正相关。因此,在高产条件下适当迟播栽培,是降低两优培九稻米垩白的优质生产途径。  相似文献

  • 1. An experiment was conducted in Australia's pelagic longline fishery to establish a scientific basis for the introduction of line weighting to reduce seabird mortality. The experiment examined the effects of different bait species (blue mackerel, yellow‐tail mackerel and squid), bait life status (dead or alive), weight of leaded swivels (60 g, 100 g and 160 g) and leader length (distance between leaded swivel and hooks: 2 m, 3 m and 4 m) on the sink rates of baited hooks from 0–6 m deep.
  • 2. On average, live bait sank much more slowly than dead bait. The sink rates of individual live bait were highly variable: many were <2 m underwater 18 s after deployment, including some on the heaviest swivels, and some were <10 m deep after 120 s.
  • 3. Within the dead bait group, all three swivel weights on 3 m and 4 m leaders sank at similar rates. Initial sink rates (e.g. 0–2 m) were 2–3 times slower than final rates (e.g. 4–6 m) for all combinations of swivel weight and leader length. The fastest initial and final sink rates were associated with heavy swivels placed close to hooks.
  • 4. The results show that (a) compared with dead bait, live bait greatly increases the exposure of baited hooks to seabirds; (b) initial sink rates of dead bait are increased by placing leaded swivels close to hooks and final rates by increasing the weight of the swivels; (c) adding weight to long leaders makes little difference to sink rates; and (d) the small (incremental) changes to swivel weights and leader lengths typically preferred by industry will be difficult to detect at sea and unlikely to substantially reduce seabird mortality.
  • 5. We suggest that experiments designed to reduce seabird mortality from that associated with 60 g swivels and ~3.5 m leaders (the preferred option by industry) should aim to expedite the initial sink rates as well as rates to deeper depths. This objective could be achieved by including branch lines with ≥120 g swivels ≤2 m in comparative assessments of the effectiveness of line weighting regimes in reducing seabird mortality. 合理的茎蘖组合是提升小麦绿色高效生产的重要因素。为了解湖北稻茬小麦主要茎蘖对产量及主要农艺性状的影响,以大穗型小麦品种川麦104和多穗型小麦品种扬麦15为材料,于2016-2018年在湖北十堰和武汉两地稻茬麦大田条件下,设置低(1.35×106~1.65×106株·hm^-2)、中(2.85×106~3.15×106株·hm^-2)、高(4.35×106~4.65×106株·hm^-2)三种种植密度,分析了主茎(S)、分蘖1(T1)、分蘖2(T2)和分蘖3(T3)(按出现先后顺序)的成穗率、产量贡献率及相关农艺性状的表现。结果表明:(1)湖北稻茬小麦成穗茎蘖农艺性状表现值偏低,除穗长和茎高受品种的影响最大外,其他被测性状受影响程度表现为蘖位>种植密度>品种;(2)在主茎均能成穗的情况下,分蘖成穗率随蘖位和种植密度的升高而降低,大穗型品种川麦104的降幅大于多穗型品种扬麦15;(3)主茎产量贡献率随种植密度的升高而升高(35.12%~54.50%),分蘖1产量贡献率稳定在23.25%~25.50%,分蘖2和分蘖3的产量贡献率随种植密度升高而降低,分别为14.59%~23.22%和5.42%~16.77%;(4)主茎的穗粒数(35.94~44.13粒)和穗粒重(1.44~1.93 g)显著高于其分蘖,茎高、茎蘖收获指数和穗茎节长只在川麦104中、高种植密度下的分蘖3与其他茎蘖差异显著;穗长、可孕小穗数和不孕小穗数有随蘖位和种植密度升高而变劣的趋势。聚类分析得出:湖北稻茬小麦绿色高效生产模式,以主茎成穗为主体,低种植密度下增加分蘖1和分蘖2,争取分蘖3成穗为辅;中种植密度下争取分蘖1+分蘖2成穗为辅;而高种植密度下争取分蘖1成穗为辅。  相似文献

为研究施氮量对油后直播棉花生物量累积特征及其与产量、品质的关系,于2016-2017年在湖南常德设置了施氮量分别为0、90、180、270、360 kg·hm-2氮肥水平试验。结果表明,在施氮量为0~360 kg·hm-2范围内,施氮量越大棉株营养器官生物量累积越多,而棉株生殖器官生物量则在施氮量为270 kg·hm-2时累积最多;皮棉产量、成铃数和单铃重均在施氮量为270 kg·hm-2时达到最大;0~270 kg·hm-2范围内,衣分随施氮量增加而增加。在施氮量为270 kg·hm-2条件下,纤维长度和断裂比强度最高;适宜施氮量有利于纤维长度、断裂比强度的提高和马克隆值的优化,对伸长率和整齐度基本无影响。综上所述,适宜施氮量可提高棉花的产量、品质,洞庭湖棉区适宜的施氮量为180~250 kg·hm-2。本研究结果为环洞庭湖棉区的氮肥合理运筹提供了技术参考。  相似文献

不同释放期控释肥和水氮用量对冬小麦产量的综合影响   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0  
为揭示不同释放期控释肥及其水肥用量对冬小麦产量的影响,优化冬小麦水氮管理措施,采用裂区设计进行田间试验,以灌水量为主处理,施氮量和控释肥类型分别为副处理和次副处理,其中,灌水量设30、60和90 mm;施氮量设0、75、150和225 kg/hm2的施肥梯度;控释肥类型包括释放期分别为60、120 d的聚氨酯包膜尿素(PCU60,PCU120),以普通尿素作为对照(U)。结果表明:灌水量、施氮量、控释肥类型单一因素均对冬小麦有效穗数、千粒质量、干物质质量、籽粒产量有显著影响。各因素两两之间的交互作用对籽粒产量有显著影响。相较于U处理,增加灌水使PCU60产量平均提高308 kg/hm2,PCU120产量平均下降270 kg/hm2;增施氮肥刚好相反,使PCU60产量平均下降289 kg/hm2,PCU120产量平均提高118 kg/hm2。根据所构建3种肥料的水氮生产函数可知,在U处理取得最高理论产量6 823 kg/hm2时的水氮用量下,2种释放期的控释肥PCU120和PCU60可分别获得14.31%和12.08%的增产效果。利用水氮生产函数和频率分析法得到不同控释肥类型获得较高产量的水氮用量区间,以PCU120产量最高、所需灌水量最低,分别为7 744~7 826 kg/hm2、47.72~52.28 mm;PCU60所需施氮量最低,为145.42~187.91 kg/hm2。综合考虑增产节肥节水效果,推荐PCU120为冬小麦季适宜的控释肥类型,其适宜水氮用量区间分别为47.72~52.28 mm、159.23~199.47 kg/hm2。  相似文献
