本试验旨在探究不同碳水化合物平衡指数(Carbohydrate balance index,CBI)日粮对牦牛瘤胃发酵参数、血清生化指标和养分消化率的影响,选取3种不同CBI(1.17,2.45,5.67)日粮,采用3×3拉丁方试验设计,通过一系列指标测定,明确牦牛最优日粮CBI水平。结果表明:不同CBI牦牛日粮瘤胃发酵参数均不显著;CBI=1.17与CBI=5.67牦牛日粮的白蛋白/球蛋白差异不显著,但均显著高于CBI=2.45的牦牛日粮(P<0.05);CBI=2.45牦牛日粮干物质消化率、蛋白质消化率显著高于CBI=1.17和CBI=5.67(P<0.05);CBI=2.45与CBI=5.67牦牛日粮的中性洗涤纤维消化率差异不显著,但均显著高于CBI=1.17(P<0.05)。综上所述:牦牛日粮的CBI=2.45更有利于其瘤胃发酵和养分消化利用。 相似文献

为了研究长期饲喂高精料日粮对泌乳期山羊血液生化指标和糖代谢的影响,选择8只安装永久性瘤胃瘘管的健康经产泌乳中期山羊,分别饲喂精粗比为40∶60 (low concentrate, LC,n=4) 和60∶40 (high concentrate, HC,n=4)的日粮。实验期共8周,实验期间采集瘤胃液,血液;实验结束时采集肝脏,肌肉,脂肪组织置于液氮速冻后于-70℃保存待测。结果显示,饲喂高精料日粮2周后山羊瘤胃液pH显著降低,采食后瘤胃液pH持续低于5.8超过3 h,8周后瘤胃液pH升高维持在6.0以上,但仍低于LC组山羊。与LC组山羊相比较,HC组山羊血液中葡萄糖、游离脂肪酸含量均升高(P<0.05,P=0.071),谷草转氨酶含量有上升的趋势(0.05

The purpose of this study was to estimate the genetic parameters of semen traits of Landrace boars in South China and to analyze the influence of the age and season of semen collection on semen traits, so as to provide theoretical basis for formulating reasonable boar breeding program. The Asreml-R was used to analyze the 107 221 semen data of 1 605 Landrace boars from 2 AI stations in Southern China, the single-trait repeatability animal model was used to estimate the variance components, heritability and repeatability of each semen traits, two-trait repeatability animal model was used to estimate genetic correlation and phenotypic correlation of semen volume, semen density, sperm motility and percentage of abnormal sperm. The general linear model of R language program was used to analyze the influence of age and season of semen collection on semen traits. The results showed that the semen volume and percentage of abnormal sperm had medium heritability (0.23 and 0.38), and the variation coefficient of percentage of abnormal sperm was 85.42%, while the other traits had low heritability (0.07-0.19). Semen volume-semen density and sperm motility-percentage of abnormal sperm had extremely significantly negative genetic correlation(-0.77 and -0.90, respectively). Semen density-sperm motility showed extremely significantly positive genetic correlation (0.50). The influence of the age of semen collection on semen traits was significant(P<0.05). After boars reached sexual maturity, semen volume showed a significant increase, semen density and percentage of abnormal sperm showed a general decrease, and total sperm number and functional sperm number were significantly higher in the 13-18-month of age group than those in the other groups (P<0.05). The semen density was the highest in spring, and the total sperm number and functional sperm number were significantly higher in autumn and winter than those in spring and summer (P<0.05). In conclusion, the semen volume and percentage of abnormal sperm of Landrace boars can be selected as candidate traits. In the boar production management, boar whose semen production after 36 months of age decline, will be considered to update. Boar semen quality was significantly higher in autumn and winter than those in spring and summer. It is suggested that cooling work should be done in advance in Southern China in summer. 相似文献

为探索开食料中不同NDF水平对犊牛生长、瘤胃发酵参数以及血清生化指标的影响,选用初生重相近(42±2.5) kg、饲喂足量初乳的中国荷斯坦犊牛60头,其中公犊牛36头,母犊牛24头。随机分为A、B、C和D 4个处理组,每个处理15头,其中9头公犊牛+6头母犊牛,试验犊牛于犊牛岛(1.5 m×3.4 m)单独饲养。15日龄开始分别饲喂NDF水平不同的4种开食料,分别为:A处理10%,B处理15%,C处理20%和D处理25%,70日龄断奶,试验期112 d。结果表明:1)0~42日龄和70~112日龄,B组日增重均高于A、C和D组(P<0.05),分别高出45.69、39.79、117.13 g·d-1和35.33、153.29、 145.93 g·d-1。70~112日龄,B、C和D组开食料采食量显著高于A组(P<0.05),分别高出255.20、252.48和392.27 g·d-1。A(0.61)和B(0.60)组犊牛的饲料转化率显著高于C(0.55)和D(0.54)组(P<0.05);2)犊牛瘤胃pH在35和70日龄时,C组显著高于其他3组(P<0.05),112日龄时,A和B组显著高于C和D组(P<0.05);3)瘤胃NH3-N含量在90日龄前差异不显著(P>0.05),但在112日龄时, B、C和D组较A组显著降低16.72%、44.19%和52.10%(P<0.05);4)C和D组乙酸比例显著高于A和B组(P<0.05);B组丙酸比例较A、C和D组高出4.24%、3.18%和6.43% (P<0.05),乙酸/丙酸显著低于A、C和D组(P<0.05);5)各处理组间血清总蛋白、葡萄糖和尿素氮含量无显著差异(P>0.05)。1~3月龄犊牛开食料中NDF适宜水平为15%有利于提高断奶后日增重,促进饲料利用效率,改善瘤胃内环境,且对犊牛血清生化指标无不利影响。 相似文献

This research adopted fermentation gas production method in vitro to evaluate the associative effect of whole corn silage (WCS) and millet straw (MS).The WCS was mixed with MS in the proportion of 100:0,80:20,60:40,50:50, 40:60,20:80 and 0:100 with 3 replicates per group.The gas production,pH,ammonia nitrogen (NH3-N), volatile fatty acids (VFA), microbial crude protein (MCP) and dry matter loss (DML) for 24,48 and 72 h of varying forage combinations were analyzed.Single factor associative effects index (SFAEI) and multiply factors associative effects index (MFAEI) of different combinations were calculated. The results showed as follows:There were significant differences of gas production among different combinations (P<0.05),and the best combination was the WCS80 group. With creasing of the content of MS,DML decreased,but the DML of WCS80 and WCS100 were similar (P>0.05). The MCP concentration of WCS100 and WCS80 was extremely significantly or significantly higher than other groups (P<0.05;P<0.01). The VFA concentration showed significant differences among different combinations (P<0.05).Among the different combinations of WCS and MS,the MFAEI of WCS80 was the largest,and that were 0.5517,0.5094 and 0.9860 at 24,48 and 72 h,respectively. This experiment was conducted to determine the best roughage combination of alfalfa meal (AM) and ammoniated corn straw (ACS),so as to improve the efficiency of roughage utilization and reduce the cost of feeding. The AM was mixed with ACS in the proportion of 100:0,80:20,60:40,50:50,40:60,20:80 and 0:100 with 3 replicates per group. The accumulated gas production (GP) at fermentation for 3,6,12,24,48 h,and the changes of pH,dry matter disappearance rate (DMD),ammonia nitrogen (NH3-N) concentration, microbial protein (MCP) and volatile fat acids (VFA) concentration,and their single factor associative effects index (SFAEI) and multiply factors associative effects index (MFAEI) were determined by gas production technique in vitro after fermentation for 48 h. The results showed as follows:The accumulated gas production of AM20:ACS80 group was higher than that of the other groups,and the DMD of AM0:ACS100 group was significantly lower than other groups (P<0.05).The NH3-N concentration of AM20:ACS80 and AM0:ACS100 groups was significantly higher than the other groups (P<0.05).The MCP concentration was highest in AM20:ACS80 group,and the concentration of acetic acid and TVFA in AM20:ACS80 group was the highest (P<0.05),and the acetic acid/propionic acid ratio in all groups was more than 3,which indicating that it belonged to the acetic acid fermentation type.The pH during the fermentation ranged from 6.69 to 6.85.The results of MFAEI and SFAEI of each combination indicated that only the AM20:ACS80 group showed the positive associative effects. 为了探讨日粮钙水平对泌乳水牛生产性能的影响,本试验选用12头胎次、泌乳时间、泌乳量相近的水牛,随机分成4组,每组3头水牛。采用4×4拉丁方试验方法,4组水牛基础日粮中钙含量分别占基础日粮干物质的0.47%、0.62%、0.78%、0.93%,其他营养成分均相同,其中磷占采食干物质比例为0.50%;共4期试验,每一试验期21 d,其中预饲期7 d,正饲期14 d。试验结果表明:1、不同钙水平日粮对泌乳水牛的产奶性能影响不显著(P>0.05),但0.78%钙水平日粮组水牛的产奶量分别比其他3组提高5.4%、5.5%、3.9%,不同钙水平对水牛奶营养成分影响不显著(P>0.05)。2、不同钙水平日粮对水牛血浆中钙含量影响差异显著(P<0.05);随着日粮钙水平的上升,水牛血液甲状旁腺素和1,25二羟基维生素D呈显著下降趋势(P<0.05)。综合各指标,日粮钙占采食干物质的比例为0.78%能进一步提高泌乳水牛产奶量。 相似文献

N balance experiments were conducted to derive age‐dependent model parameters for modelling of lysine (Lys) requirements in growing pigs. Modern genotype barrows from 16 litters were utilized (four piglets/litter) at 15, 30, 50, 70, 90 and 110 kg body weight respectively. Six diets provided graded dietary protein supply (40 to 320 g/kg) by a constant mixture of barley, wheat, potato protein, wheat gluten, soybean protein concentrate and crystalline amino acids. Lys was set as the first limiting dietary amino acid. Each age period provided 24 N balance data (n = 4) to derive N maintenance requirement (NMR) and theoretical maximum for daily N retention (NRmaxT) by non‐linear regression analysis. At high dietary Lys efficiency, 17–18 g daily Lys intake was required for 170 g daily protein deposition. To achieve similar daily protein deposition, pigs need 21–23 g Lys if the Lys efficiency is 20% lower. For higher daily protein deposition (195–200 g) and varying dietary Lys efficiency, between 22 and 29 g Lys was required. The Lys requirement data yielded by modelling were in line with current recommendations. Further developments of the approach are discussed to improve age‐independent applications. 相似文献
