补充青贮玉米对复合稻草块体外发酵特性的影响 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
应用体外发酵产气技术,研究了青贮玉米以不同比例(0%~100%)替代复合稻草块中稻草对其体外发酵特性的影响。结果表明:随着青贮玉米比例的升高,复合稻草块的24h产气量、产气速度常数、有机物消化率、代谢能呈逐渐上升的趋势(P<0.05)。替代比例低于40%时24h产气量组合效应不显著(P>0.05),替代比例高于40%后出现逐渐增大的正组合效应,当替代比例为50%时,正组合效应值(9.68)显著增加(P<0.05),以后变动幅度不大。综上可见,用青贮玉米替代复合稻草块中40%以上的稻草较为适宜,当替代比例为50%时,就可获得较好的消化率。 相似文献

The effect of two‐component rice cultivar mixtures on the control of rice blast disease was studied in three different experiments under rainfed upland conditions in the Madagascar Highlands. The mixtures involved a susceptible cultivar (either susceptible or very susceptible) and a resistant cultivar in different mixture arrangements (random or row mixtures) and with different proportions of the susceptible cultivar (50, 20 and 16·7%), which were compared to the susceptible cultivar grown in a pure stand. The effect of these mixtures on the incidence and severity of leaf and panicle blast was measured weekly, and on yield and yield components at harvest time. The mixture effect was more efficient in reducing disease with a proportion of 16·7% susceptible component than with a proportion of 50%. Blast epidemic was significantly reduced in all three experiments. However, under high blast pressure, there was no reduction in the disease by the end of the epidemic and yields of the susceptible cultivar were almost zero whatever the mixture. In two other experiments performed under lower blast pressure, disease incidence and severity were significantly lower in mixtures, and yields of the susceptible cultivars grown in mixtures were higher than those of their respective pure stands. Cultivar mixtures are a promising strategy that could contribute to a more sustainable cultivation of rice under upland conditions in the context of subsistence agriculture in Madagascar, where all cropping operations are manual. 相似文献

Laboratory bioassays were carried out in order to evaluate the effectiveness of two diatomaceous earth (DE) formulations, Insecto and SilicoSec, against adults of Rhyzopertha dominica (F) in eight different grain commodities. The adherence of the two DEs to each grain was also measured. The eight grains tested were wheat, whole barley, peeled barley, oats, rye, triticale, rice and maize. These commodities were treated with the DEs at three rates, 0.75, 1.0 and 1.5 g DE kg(-1) grain. The mortality of R dominica adults was measured after 24 h, 48 h, 7 days and 14 days of exposure in the treated grains at 26 degrees C and 55% RH. After the 14-day mortality count, all adults were removed and the treated grains retained under the same conditions for a further 60 days. The treated grains were subsequently examined for F1 progeny. Significant differences were recorded among the eight grain types as well as between the DE formulations tested. After 14 days of exposure, even at the lowest DE rate for both formulations, adult mortality was high (>90%) in wheat and triticale. In contrast, adult mortality was significantly lower in peeled barley. Increasing the rate improved the efficacy of the DEs significantly in only some of the grains tested. Reproductive capacity in all the treated grains was significantly suppressed when compared with untreated grains. Generally, more F1 individuals of R dominica were noted in the treated peeled barley than in the other commodities. Significant differences in the percentage of DE retention were noted among the eight grains. The highest retention level was noted in rice (>87%) and the lowest in maize (<6%). 稻草还田和冬种绿肥是维持稻田地力和化肥替代的重要方式之一。本研究以在湖南酸性红黄泥和碱性紫潮泥两种典型稻田土壤上进行了2年的紫云英-双季稻定位试验为对象,分析紫云英和双季稻秸秆协同利用对稻田土壤K循环的影响。两土壤试验处理一致,包括稻田冬闲(FRR)、冬种紫云英(Mv RR)及冬种紫云英与水稻秸秆协同利用(MvRR+St)3个处理。结果表明:与冬闲和冬种紫云英相比,紫云英与水稻秸秆协同利用未影响红黄泥土壤各形态钾的含量,但显著提高紫潮泥土壤速效钾和非交换性钾的含量,其中紫潮泥土壤水溶性钾、非特殊吸附钾及特殊吸附钾的含量较冬种紫云英处理分别提高了134.0%、93.0%、73.4%;两种典型稻田土壤上紫云英与水稻秸秆协同利用显著提高下茬作物紫云英的全K含量及吸K量,且紫云英的吸K量为紫潮泥>红黄泥;两种典型稻田土壤上冬种紫云英与水稻秸秆协同利用均未影响早、晚稻产量及籽粒K积累;在稻田各种植季和周年目前的K投入水平下,两种典型稻田土壤上冬种紫云英与水稻秸秆协同利用处理均存在K盈余(红黄泥K盈余量为401.15 kg·hm-2、紫潮泥K盈余量为403.42 kg·hm-2),说明冬种紫云英与水稻秸秆协同利用能减少双季稻生产中的化学钾肥投入量。综上所述,紫云英和双季稻秸秆协同利用有益于稻田土壤的K循环与平衡。 相似文献

草甘膦是一种广谱高效的有机磷类除草剂, 因其对水稻等禾本科作物缺乏选择性, 导致其在水稻田中的应用受到限制。杂草中醛酮还原酶(aldo-keto reductase, AKR)具有降解小分子农药草甘膦的功能, 但是水稻响应草甘膦的作用机制未知。本文通过生物信息学分析、分子对接研究草甘膦与其在水稻中的靶标AKR蛋白OsALR2的互作机制。采用TMHMM 2.0和DiANNA 1.1 web server 等在线软件对 OsALR2 蛋白的跨膜特性和二硫键含量等生物学特性进行了分析, 结果表明OsALR2分子量为 35 kD, 等电点为 5.89; OsALR2不是膜蛋白, 但是含有3组二硫键。使用AlphaFold 预测OsALR2 蛋白的三级结构, 并利用Auto Dock Vina将草甘膦与OsALR2进行分子对接, 结果显示, 最低结合能为 -13.4 kcal/mol, 草甘膦与OsALR2的结合主要通过氢键作用。通过Ramachandran图, ERRAT和Verify 3D证明对接获得的三维结构是合理的。进一步通过分子克隆技术构建重组表达载体 pET-32a-OsALR2 并进行原核表达, 结果显示OsALR2主要以包涵体的形式表达, 对包涵体进行变复性后, 蛋白表现出酶活性且蛋白结构有较好的均一性。本文的研究结果助于阐明草甘膦与水稻蛋白互作的分子机制, 为研发抗草甘膦水稻新品种和新型小分子农药提供理论指导。 相似文献

Rodents and weeds are important pests to rice crops in Southeast Asia. The interaction between these 2 major pests is poorly documented. In temperate cereal systems, seeds of grass weeds can be an important food source for rodents and weed cover along crop margins provides important refuge for rodents. In 2012 and 2013, a replicated study (n = 4) in Bago, Myanmar compared 4 treatments (rodents and weeds; no rodents and weeds; rodents and no weeds; no rodents and no weeds) each of 0.25 ha in transplanted rice. Weeds were managed with hand weeding in the wet season, and hand weeding and herbicides in the dry season. Plastic fences were installed to exclude rodents. We examined the weed cover and relative abundance of weed species, rodent damage, rodent population dynamics and rice yield loss caused by rodents and weeds. The dominant rodent species was Bandicota bengalensis. In the dry season, Cyperus difformis was dominant at the tillering stage and Echinochloa crus‐galli was the dominant weed species at the booting stage. In the wet season E. crus‐galli was a dominant weed throughout the season. Damage by rodents was higher in the dry season. There were larger economic benefits for best weed management and effective rodent control in the dry season (258 US$/ha) than in the wet season (30 US$/ha). Concurrent control of weeds in and around rice fields combined with coordinated community trapping of rodents during the early tillering stage and ripening stage of rice are recommended management options. 相似文献

This paper focuses on N balance in a paddy field planted with whole crop rice (Oryza sativa cv. Kusahonami). The experiment was conducted with two treatments during two rice-growing seasons: one was fertilized with N (160 kg N ha–1; 16N plot) and the other unfertilized (0N plot); both plots were fertilized with P and K. The N input from precipitation was 15 and 12 kg N ha–1 in 2002 and 2003, respectively. The N input from irrigation water reached as much as 123 and 69 kg N ha–1 in 2002 and 2003, respectively. This was because irrigation water contained higher NO3– concentrations ranging from 4 to 8 mg N l–1. The N uptake by rice plants was the major output: 118 and 240 kg N ha–1 in the 0N and 16N plots in 2002 and 103 and 238 kg N ha–1 in 2003, respectively. N losses by leaching were 4.8–5.3 and 6.5–7.3 kg N ha–1 in 2002 and in 2003, respectively. Laboratory experiments were carried out to estimate the amounts of N2 fixation and denitrification. Amount of N2 fixation was 43 and 0 kg N ha–1 in the 0N and 16N plots, respectively. Denitrification potential was quite high in both the plots, and 90% of the N input through irrigation water was lost through denitrification. Collectively, the total N inputs were relatively large due to irrigation water contaminated with NO3–, but N outflow loading, expressed as leaching–(irrigation water + precipitation + fertilizer), showed large negative values, suggesting that the whole crop rice field might serve as a constructed wetland for decreasing N. 相似文献
