景谷县植物多样性调查

在分析景谷县的有关植物研究基础后,记载了景谷县森林植被,国家珍稀濒危保护植物,统计了全县植物种类数量,在此基础上分析了主要经济植物资源,并讨论了确定了景谷县森林植物区系敏感区的原则,根据其原则确定景谷县威远江流域、小黑江流域等７个地区为景谷县森林植物区系敏感区。     

云南茶树优异种质资源的鉴定评价与筛选

从农艺性状、加工品质、生化成分、抗性等方面,对云南500份茶树种质资源进行了全面系统的鉴定和评价。采用近100项评定指标,筛选出52份优质资源,其中：四项常规成分含量均衡的32份;发芽特早生的2份;超常规水平的高多酚（>38%）含量5份、高咖啡碱（>5.2%）7份、低咖啡碱（<1%）的2份、高茶黄素（>1.6%）10份;水浸出物含量>48%的26份;抗根结线虫较强的2份;抗假眼小绿叶蝉较强的1份;抗咖啡小爪螨虫较强的2份;抗寒性较强的6份。     

The use of entomopathogenic fungi for the control of stored-grain insects

The present contribution discusses the recent advances in the biological control of stored-grain insects with entomopathogenic fungi (EF). Thus, the effect of formulated vs. unformulated strains of EF and the effect of combinations of EF with other components, i.e. diatomaceous earths (DEs), chemical insecticides, natural products and natural enemies against stored-product insects are reviewed. Very few formulations of EF strains have been developed and used, of which invert emulsion formulation (water-in-oil type) is considered the most important. A synergistic effect of EF is produced by combining them with DEs, chemical insecticides and natural products but not with natural enemies belonging to arthropods. Moreover, since the action of EF against insect pests in general, and stored-grain insects in particular, is compatible with the food safety and environmental regulations, a good perspective for these biocontrol agents is expected as alternatives to synthetic insecticides. The potential areas of future research on the effective use of EF as biocontrol agents of stored-grain insects and the constraints that are associated with the registration and commercialization of EF as biopesticides under storage conditions are also discussed. Suggestions for the possible ways for implementation of this technology in storage systems are also provided in the present study.     

Leaf chlorophyll content as a possible diagnostic mean for the evaluation of plant nitrogen uptake from the soil

The influence of temperature, irradiance, and soil humidity on the nitrogen (N) concentration in some organs, chlorophyll in the leaves, N uptake and accumulation of dry matter in plants of winter wheat was investigated. In the plants grown under equal initial N supplement but in contrasting conditions of the evironment, the correlation between concentration of total N and chlorophyll in the leaves was absent. No interrelationship was found between concentration of total N in the leaves and accumulation of N and dry matter in the whole plants. There is a close correlation between chlorophyll in the leaves, accumulation of total N, and dry matter of the whole plant. It was concluded that chlorophyll is a more stable informative parameter for the estimation of the N uptake from the soil under different growth conditions than leaf N concentration.     

关于季节性冻土对兴隆林区的危害及防治措施

添加稀土壳糖胺螯合盐条件下不同蛋白质水平对蛋鸡生产性能的影响

为了研究在玉米-豆粕型日粮中添加0.1%稀土壳糖胺螯合盐条件下,不同蛋白质水平对蛋鸡生产性能的影响,本试验选用28周龄的健康尼克珊瑚粉蛋鸡270只,随机分为3组,对照组、试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅱ组饲粮蛋白质水平分别为16.34%、15.17%和14.22%。试验结果表明:试验Ⅰ组的产蛋量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),料蛋比显著低于对照组(P<0.05),试验Ⅱ组的产蛋率、产蛋量、耗料量分别极显著低于对照组和试验Ⅰ组(P<0.01),料蛋比显著高于试验Ⅰ组(P<0.05),其他无显著差异(P>0.05)。经济效益分析表明,试验Ⅰ组的经济效益比对照组提高6.75%,试验Ⅱ组比对照组降低0.55%,以试验Ⅰ组的经济效益最高。     

浅谈海口市古树名木的资源特征及其保护

总结分析了海口市古树名木资源的种类构成、树龄结构、生长分布环境状况以及有关价值作用,并就当前海口市古树名木管理与保护中存在的问题进行分析,提出合理保护开发古树名木资源的几点建议。     

填筑路堤的路堑开挖土石料性能分类研究

提出了以石块为主的用作路堤填料的路堑开挖土石料按岩性进行分类的依据和标准，讨论了用它们填筑路基的施工工艺，质量控制要点及质量指标检测方法。     

Ni—Si—B系非晶合金的结晶度与退火时间的关系

对Ｎｉ６４Ｓｉ１５Ｂ２１非晶合金条带在２５０℃不同退火时间下的结晶度进行了测定。得到了结晶与度火保温时间呈抛物线关系的实验规律。
