An enzyme immunoassay to measure canine circulating fibronectin

A competitive enzyme immunoassay has been used to detect and quantitate fibronectin in canine plasma. In this test, purified fibronectin, bound to microtiter plates, competes with plasma fibronectin for the conjugated antibody, rabbit-anticanine, fibronectin-horseradish peroxidase. The assay could detect fibronectin in purified standards from 58 ng/ml to 580 microgram/ml. The range of 1-100 microgram/ml was linear for plasma samples diluted 1:10, allowing samples with fibronectin concentrations from 10-1000 microgram/ml to be easily measured by this method. The mean normal fibronectin concentration of 132 dogs, by this method, was determined to be 320 +/- 74 microgram/ml.     

Serum lipase determination in the dog: a comparison of a titrimetric method with an automated kinetic method

An enzymatic, kinetic method for determining serum lipase activity was evaluated and compared to a standard manual method for use in dogs. The kinetic method was a commercial kit adapted for use on a tandem access clinical chemistry analyzer and utilized a series of coupled enzymatic reactions based on the hydrolysis of 1,2-diglyceride by lipase. The manual method was the Cherry-Crandall technique based on the titration of base against the acid formed by hydrolysis of an olive oil substrate by lipase. The correlation between the two methods was very good (r = 0.94). The reference range for 56 clinically healthy dogs assayed by the kinetic method was 90 to 527 U/L. Diseases associated with a greater than twofold elevation in serum lipase activity as determined by the kinetic method included pancreatitis, gastritis with liver disease, and oliguric renal failure with metabolic acidosis. In some cases, pancreatitis was seen with other clinical problems, such as gastroenteritis, diabetic ketoacidosis, duodenal mass, disseminated intravascular coagulation, and septic peritonitis. Diseases associated with serum lipase activity within the reference range or elevated less than twofold included gastritis, gastric ulcer, cholestasis, phenobarbital-induced hepatopathy, colitis, copper hepatopathy, abdominal hematoma, apocrine gland adenocarcinoma, and thrombocytopenia with pneumonia.     

复合酶制剂对产蛋鸡生产性能的影响

选用41周龄的海兰褐商品蛋鸡1200只,随机分成两组,每组600只。组内设3个重复,每个重复200只。对照组喂基础日粮,试验组喂基础日粮+0.1%蛋鸡用复合酶制剂,试验期28d。结果表明在产蛋鸡的基础日粮中添加0.1%的复合酶制剂可以使产蛋率平均提高6.12%(P<0.05),料蛋比降低11.69%(P<0.05)。说明在蛋鸡的基础日粮中添加适当的复合酶制剂能促进蛋鸡消化吸收,降低饲养成本,提高饲料转化率和经济效益。

阐述了我国农作物害虫发生现状及化学农药防治的现状，分析了作物害虫猖獗与高毒农药“倾泻”的原因与发展，提出了防止作物害虫猖獗和高毒农药“倾泻”的5条对策，即做好高毒农药危害性的宣传工作，提高农民禁用、限用高毒农药的自觉性；调整农药产品结构，大力发展生物农药；生物农药与化学农药复配，促使高毒农药低毒化；推广转基因作物；推广使用高效、高选择性、低毒、低用量、安全农药。

棉花害虫综合防治中高效低毒农药的选用技术

经过调查研究,明确了换种转B.t基因抗虫棉后棉田虫害的新变化,制订了以防治棉蚜和棉叶螨为重点的兼治棉铃虫及其他害虫的新策略,并通过近几年的农药田间药效试验,鉴定出用48%多杀霉素悬浮剂、2.5%高效氯氟氰菊酯微乳剂、4.5%高效氯氰菊酯乳油、18%高氯·辛乳油、0.5%甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐乳油防治棉铃虫;用10%吡虫啉可湿性粉剂、10%烟碱水剂、20%啶虫脒可湿性粉剂防治棉蚜;用20%哒螨灵可湿性粉剂、1%阿维菌素乳油防治棉叶螨等高效低毒农药及其配套使用技术。     

应用生物源农药防治水稻病害

在稻瘟病始见期天始，喷施4％春雷霉素二次可以控制病害；用3％克菌康1：400倍液喷雾，可以有效控制水稻白叶枯病的危害，在孕穗期初现病时开始，喷链霉素1000万单位二次，也能防治白叶枯病；在纹枯病始现期喷40％纹霉星，病指防效可达67－81％。     

镧素对镰刀菌Fusarium solani及其致病酶的影响

采用琼脂平板生长速率法及液体培养基培养测定了La对镰刀菌Fusarium solani的抑制作用和毒力,并测定了其对病菌胞外的果胶酶、蛋白酶和纤维素酶等几种致病酶活性的影响。结果表明,随着La2O3浓度升高,对病菌菌丝生长的抑制作用增强,对病菌的EC50和EC95分别为278.2和552.0 mg/L;在一定浓度范围内,La提高了单位量菌丝所产生3种致病酶的活性,但由于菌丝生长受到抑制,除蛋白酶外,病菌胞外致病酶果胶酶和纤维素酶的总量或总活性受到了抑制,降低了病菌的致病力。     

植物杀虫剂苦皮藤素对柑橘潜叶蛾控制效果的研究

用植物性杀虫剂苦皮藤素Ⅳ(KPT乳油)有效成分30、15mg/kg防治柑橘潜叶蛾,采用离体叶片浸叶法处理5s,3d后,幼虫校正虫口减退率分别为89.63%、63.02%;枝梢浸液法处理5s,5d后,潜道伸长度校正抑制率分别为76.12%和41.51%;10d后,对秋梢的相对保叶效果分别为69.34%和52.29%。结果表明,采用KPT乳油有效成分30mg/kg对柑橘潜叶蛾有较好的控制作用,对柑橘秋梢有良好的保护效果。     

亚精胺对猕猴桃采后抗氧化酶活性的影响

 研究了不同亚精胺处理对猕猴桃采后抗氧化酶活性及保鲜效果的影响, 结果表明: 猕猴桃果实采后(8 ±2) ℃条件下贮藏12 d , SOD 活性达到高峰; POD、CAT、ASP 活性高峰相对SOD 推迟约13 d。不同亚精胺处理均不同程度地延缓了SOD 活性高峰的出现, 提高了SOD、CAT 的活性, 减少了MDA 的积累,降低了POD、ASP 的活性峰值, 延长了猕猴桃的贮藏保鲜期, 其中以Spd 与NAA 结合处理的效果最为显著。
