随着社会的发展,基础设施投资力度不断加大,工程项目的建设在不断扩展,作为贯穿项目的始终的工程造价控制也势在必行,本文着重介绍了工程造价控制的几个阶段。     

农村建设中太阳能路灯综合效益评价研究

我国新农村建设中太阳能利用取得了快速发展,本文简要介绍了太阳能路灯系统的工作原理,结合某市循环经济示范村太阳能路灯系统的使用现状,采用费用-效益评价指标从经济、环境和社会效益3个方面对太阳能路灯系统进行综合评价与分析,得到太阳能路灯与普通路灯相比较,在经济上是可行的;安装太阳能路灯系统减少了对环境的污染,提高了可再生能源的利用价值,对于该旅游区的环境保护具有重大意义;对新农村建设新能源的利用,起到了很好的引导作用,为太阳能路灯系统大力推广提供一定的实践依据。     

饲料企业财务管理中的问题及改善

财务管理是企业管理的重要组成部分,贯穿于企业整个经营管理过程,与企业经济效益密切相关,直接影响企业的生存发展。企业通过财务管理、监督控制财务活动、资金投放、资金筹集来实现风险最小化,利润最大化。良好的财务管理是饲料企业赢利的保障。随着我国畜牧业的发展,饲料行业快速发展,饲料企业不断增多,财务管理问题更加凸显。饲料企业门槛低,市场竞争非常激烈,饲料市场中产品存在严重的同质化现象,竞争无序,产能利用率低,影响饲料企业的发展。传统的财务管理理念及方法落后已不能满足现代饲料企业的发展要求。因此,饲料企业加强财务管理十分必要。饲料企业要明确自身存在的问题,制定相应的策略,全面加强财务管理,强化资金管理,促进企业可持续发展。 [关键词]饲料企业|财务管理|资金管理|成本管理     

北京市规模化奶牛场运动场防雨现状及建议

运动场是保障奶牛生产力和动物福利的重要设施。2021年6—9月,频繁降雨导致北京地区多家奶牛场的运动场积水,为奶牛生产力、奶牛场生防安全、环境卫生、运动场舒适性和动物福利带来隐患。通过线上线下结合,调研了北京地区27 家规模化奶牛场的运动场防雨、排水及垫料现状。结果表明：调研奶牛场中,88.90%奶牛场配备了运动场,其中83.33%奶牛场通过设置地面倾角、设置挡雨棚、雨污分离槽及布设排水管道（沟渠）、雨后水泵排水等方式实现运动场防雨及排水。此外,针对运动场建设、运动场防雨、运动场舒适性展开讨论,以期改善运动场防雨现状,满足集约化奶牛场可持续发展需求和提升动物福利。     

路灯照射对大豆生长发育和产量的影响

通过对淮北市五马路沿线2块夏大豆的田间调查分析表明:受路灯照射的影响,夏大豆株高增加,开花期、成熟期推迟,底荚部位上升,单株生产力下降.且距离越近,植株越高,开花、成熟越晚,底荚部位越高,单株生产力越低.     

石河子绿洲区不同苜蓿品种生产经济性状综合评价

选取了国内外种植比较广泛的17个苜蓿Medicago sativa品种,其中国外品种14个,国内品种3个,种植在新疆绿洲区的典型地段,2002年进行建植,2003年进行指标的详细测定.并运用层次分析法对初步筛选后的17个品种进行综合评价.结果表明,爱博、金皇后、美国8920、WL-323、阿尔冈金、WL-232、三得利表现较好,可进行推广种植.     

Discussion of the Application and Foreground of Falling Water Aeration with the Process of Sewage Treatment

The engineering design of sewage treatment plant for the Chongqing city, P. R. China is analyzed in this paper. Considering the situation of China and other projects, the characteristics of falling water reactor for the environment protection project and economy of investment is introduced ; the application and foreground of falling water aeration in the process of sewage treatment is discussed, such as Oxidation - ditch, SBR, and so on. The conclusion indicated that the falling water aeration can be designed and used as an independent aeration, and, it is an upgraded technology of sewage treatment which is adaptive for city water environment control in middle and small towns in China. The falling water aeration may reduce running cost of the sewage treatment plant, is adaptive for foothill and the mountainous areas, and reduces project investment and environments damage.     

Calculation of Maintenance Cost Based on the Proportional Life Setback Model

Maintenance cost is one of the most difficult parts to calculate in variant-cost, for it s decided by the reliability of components. As an important factor of reliability, life is largely affected by maintenance. The proportional life prolonged model based on maintenance is presented firsdy. Based on this model, the function of Mainenance--Life--Cost is deduced. Which provides a new method for power plant to calculate maintenance cost more accurately.     

Analysis of Measurement Items Composition under Bills Pricing Mode

This paper analyzes contractor's pricing connotation during bidding period with the implementation of National Standard GB50500-2003 and publish of document JB \206,expatiates the contents of measurements during construction period.Considering the problems derived from expenses of measurements during accounts settlement stage,a classified management method according to the characteristics of these measurements is put forward,and one step further,the rational pricing method of measurement items during the bidding period is suggested.
