以生长在安徽省天长市城西林场的5种不同的杨树无性系人工林木材H22、Z9、Z3、B3和107 为对象,对木材纤维形态特征进行了研究,并分析了其径向遗传变异规律.结果表明,5个无性系杨树的纤维长度、宽度以及长宽比在幼龄期较小,但随着生长轮的增加,呈增大的趋势,并在达到一定的年龄后保持稳定波动或略有减小;腔径、双壁厚以及壁腔比的径向变化规律总体上也是随着生长轮呈增大趋势,可能受到早晚材的影响,部分无性系的双壁厚和壁腔比变化波动较大. 相似文献

选用第7、13、25号染色体上纤维品质相关QTL(Quantitative trait locus)密集分布区间的48对SSR(Simple sequence repeat)引物,对48份棉花种质进行多态性检测,研究结果显示在实验材料中3对SSR引物具有陆海差异多态性,相关分析表明3个优质基因SSR位点与纤维长度和纤维强度达到极显著相关。通过与海岛棉带型比对、追踪,从分子水平上明确了这些品种中来源于海岛棉渐渗于陆地棉的优异基因区段,为下一步分子标记辅助聚合育种提供了理论参考。 相似文献

Preparation technology of fiber toughened self compacting high strength concrete was tested by measuring influence of water/binder ratio, sand percentage, and steel fiber content on spread, T500 time , U shape value, and L shape value of fresh concrete. Mechanical properties were analyzed in case of different water/binder ratio, sand percentage, and steel fiber content. The test results show that suitable W/B and sand percentage were necessary to satisfy self compacting performance of the fresh concrete. With the increase of steel fiber content, the compressive strength and flexural strength were improved while workability of fresh concrete was cut down. Steel fiber toughened self compacting high strength concrete was prepared successfully with a strength grade of CF90 and a flexural strength of more than 11.0 MPa. 相似文献

The study aimed to develop vanadium tea products and evaluated the potential of chelated vanadium (V) absorption by tea shoots and effect of vanadium accumulation on tea quality during the first crop season.Chelated V application with three times foliar sprays at 5 days intervals starting from 15 days before plucking showed a significant increase in V content of new young shoots,which was much effective at higher concentration.However,one or two times sprays had no increase in V content regardless of spray concentration compared to non-treated.Despite V accumulation in the treated at 3 to 9 times higher that of than the non-treated plants,there were no significant changes in contents of total amino acids,theanine,caffeine,total polyphenols,crude fiber,and cathechins between the treated and the non-treated. 相似文献

AbstractThe relationship between chemical components of pod shell and pod dehiscence was investigated using 25 soybean cultivars; 16 with easily dehiscing pods (susceptible cultivars) and 9 with hardly dehiscing pods (resistant cultivars). After air-drying for about three weeks, the pod shells were ground and analyzed for the contents of neutral detergent fiber (NDF), acid detergent fiber (ADF), acid detergent lignin (ADL), hemi-cellulose (HCe), cellulose (Ce), uronic acid and calcium. The correlation of the contents of chemical components with the percentage of pod dehiscence (%PD) was examined by principal component analysis. The first principal ingredient score was given by the formula; score = – 0.421[ADF] – 0.038[ADL] + 0.821[HCe] – 0.382[Ce] + 20.556, where, [ADF], [ADL], [HCe] and [Ce] are percentage of each component in dried pod shell. This score gave an eigenvalue of 30.2 and contribution rate of 97.1%, and the score was higher in the susceptible cultivars than in the resistant cultivars on the average. The multiple regression analysis of the relationship between %PD and the content of chemical components also showed that %PD was best predicted by the regression equation with two chemical components, [HCe] and [Ce]. Water retention capacity and cellulose crystallinity of the pod shell were less different between the susceptible and resistant cultivars. The results in this study suggested that the chemical analysis of dry pod shell may provide useful information on breeding and selection of the resistant cultivars. 相似文献
