采用一种基于开关电容阵列(SCA)和尾电流源处加入电感电容滤波相结合的电路结构,设计了一个1.8 GHz宽带分段线性压控振荡器.采用TSMC 0.18μm 1P6MCMOS RF工艺,利用Cadence SpectreRF完成对电路进行的仿真.结果显示,在电源电压VDD=1.8 V时,控制电压范围为0.6~1.8 V,频率的变化范围为1.43~2.13 GHz,达到39%,相位噪声为-131 dBc/Hz@1MHz,功耗为9.36 mW(1.8 V×5.2 mA).很好地解决了相位噪声与调谐范围之间的矛盾.  相似文献

Rural people in Africa periodically rely on wild fruits to supplement their diet and to generate cash income. However, scientific evidence on the economics of using indigenous fruit tree (IFT) products is scarce. The objective of the study was to fill in some of the gaps for which farm-household surveys were conducted in Zimbabwe during 1999–2000. Gross margins and returns to labour in collection, use and sale of products of Uapaca kirkiana (Muell. Arg., Wild Loquat), Strychnos sp. (S. cocculoides (Baker) and S. spinosa (Lam.), Monkey Orange) and Parinari curatellifolia (Planch. ex. Benth., Fever Tree) were compared with other farming activities. A random sample of over three hundred households in the Murehwa Communal and the Takawira Resettlement Areas was interviewed to gather income and expenditure data. Additionally, income, expenditure and labour allocation of 39 households were closely monitored for one year. Results indicated that the majority of rural households benefited from consumption and sale of indigenous (IF), although the extent varied among households. Within the households, children were the main consumers of fruits. Marketing of IF are carried out by women who used the receipts to purchase household goods. While U. kirkiana fruits were more important in generating cash income than others, fruits of P. curatellifoliawere important for home consumption during periods of food shortages. The gross margins for collection of IFT products were lower than for livestock and crop production. However, returns to labour from collection and use of IFT products were considerably greater than from other activities including gardening and livestock rearing. The study indicates that collection of IFT products is an efficient labour allocation strategy in Zimbabwe. Circular saw construction using materials with high internal damping has been found to be an effective way to suppress whistling noise during saw idling. A high-damping alloy called Silentalloy (12Cr-3Al-Fe) was previously shown to be an effective material for this purpose. Tests with Silentalloy suggested that a logarithmic decrement of at least 0.07 is needed. Silentalloy does have some disadvantages, such as modest strength, difficult heat treatability, and special order status. The purpose of these experiments was to confirm the general applicability of the minimum effective logarithmic decrement of 0.07 and to find more practical metals for saw-blade construction. Three commercially available metals of different damping capacity were selected. The idling noises of saws made of these metals were compared with those of saws made of typical saw steel and Silentalloy. The minimum logarithmic decrement for whistling-noise suppression was found to be approximately 0.01. On a logarithmic scale, this value is similar to the 0.07 value previously found for a Silentalloy saw. A ferromagnetic steel (20Cr-3A1-Fe) was found to be a useful alternative to Silentalloy from the viewpoint of strength, but the cost of this steel makes it unsuitable for mass production. The success in identifying an effective alternative material to Silentalloy provides encouragement for the identification of other high-damping alloys among the 13Cr-Fe to 18Cr-Fe series without the cost disadvantage of ferromagnetic steel.  相似文献

The three ring reducer is a kind of gear drive developed in the past decade. Adopting the new conception of "parallel and movable axis" of multiple mechanisms, this kind of gear drive has many characteristics such as large transmission ratio, high efficiency and so on. As the three ring reducer has been invented only for ten years, up to date the design of the gear drive is only made with analogue method, no design theory can be followed, there exist serious vibration and noise in transmission, which limit its wide application in industry. In this paper, the transmission principle of SHQ50 reducer is studied, the surface noise distribution of the reducer, transmission ratio 49.5 , is measured and analyzed by means of sound intensity method. The 3D distribution maps of noise on top of reducer, input side and output side of reducer, and left side and right side of reducer are drawn. With the sound intensity frequency maps of each measuring point, the sources of giving out noise are analyzed. The reducer of low vibration and noise can be designed rightly according to the analysis.  相似文献

The simple principle of Contact Image Sensor (CIS) and the noise types existed in CIS are introduced. The theory of suppressing these noise types for CIS by using Correlated Double Sampling(CDS) is described,and the timing relationship between driving signals CP/SP that CIS required and sampling-holding signals SH1/SH2 are also analyzed,these signals are produced by using Complex Programmable Logic Device(CPLD). CDS circuit principle is analyzed,and experiment of suppressing noise for CIS based on CDS is made. This paper describes the noise mechanism of rotary vane compressor JSS -96 by the method of running independently, spectrum and the measurement of the sound intensity. The noise sources of this type compressor mainly include noise of electromotor, outlet noise and intake noise. Electromotor noise and outlet noise among them have most influence on the compressor noise. This is the further basis of noise control for rotary vane compressor.  相似文献
