呼吸代谢是生物能量学研究的重要内容之一,是能量收支研究的重要组分,它既反映出生物的生理状态,也反映了环境条件对其生理活动的影响。影响呼吸代谢的因素分为生物因素和非生物因素,通过对体重、温度、活动行为、昼夜节律、饥饿摄食和氧分压等因素的研究,可以对渔业资源生物的呼吸代谢进行评估。依据国内外关于渔业资源生物呼吸代谢的研究成果,研究了鱼、虾、蟹、贝等生物呼吸代谢的研究方法,分析了影响其耗氧率和排氨率的因素,希冀可从个体生理生态扩展到群体生理生态面,为海洋牧场增殖放流提供数据支撑。 相似文献

通过制备泥螺等7种海洋生物的水提液、醇提液和超声提取液,用纸片法初筛抗菌活性,采用试管倍比稀释法测定最低抑菌浓度(MIC),研究这些海洋生物的体外抗菌活性。结果表明,7种海洋生物的提取液中除青蛤外均对大肠埃希菌、宋内氏志贺菌和金黄色葡萄球菌有不同程度的抑菌活性,其中泥螺、条斑紫菜的超声提取液和醇提液的抑菌作用尤为明显。泥螺超声提取液对副溶血性弧菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的MIC均为62.5ms/mE,条斑紫菜醇提液对宋内氏志贺菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的MIC分别为62.5mg/mL和125mg/mL。因此,泥螺、条斑紫菜的超声提取液和醇提液呈现一定的广谱抗菌活性。 相似文献

The impact of dietary DNA on metabolism and health of animals and humans has received little attention, except in the context of genetically modified organisms (GMOs) and horizontal gene transfer. In a series of studies, we have investigated the uptake and persistence of dietary DNA in Atlantic salmon (Salmo salar L.). The objective of this study was to investigate the uptake and persistence of dietary DNA of soybean and maize origin. A feeding experiment on salmon was started at late yolk sac stage and lasted for 7 months. The fish were randomly distributed in groups in indoor tanks and fed different types of feed. After the last feeding, the fish were starved for 24 h before samples were dissected. Using the polymerase chain reaction (PCR) amplification of short targets from the chloroplast ribulose‐1,5‐carboxylase large subunit (rbcL) gene present in some of the feed components, the uptake and transport of dietary DNA from plant ingredients to tissues could be studied. The dietary DNA, of plant origin, was found to be present in all tissues investigated and their concentrations were determined. 相似文献

Mixture families, injury of larvae and common environmental effect greatly hamper the precision and efficiency of family breeding of marine organisms. We have designed a cost-effective facility to eliminate these problems. The facility prevents mixing of larval families, injury to larvae and greatly reduces common environmental effects. Compared to expensive re-circulated systems, this facility is easy to construct and operate, needing no electronic or computer control. Susceptibility to branch dieback caused by Phytophthora ramorum was tested using a detached branch assay for 66 Australian native plant species sourced from established gardens and arboreta in California. Six of these species were further tested for their susceptibility to bole cankers caused by P. ramorum using a sealed log assay. Isopogon formosus and Eucalyptus denticulata were identified as potentially highly susceptible Australian branch dieback hosts. Thirteen potentially tolerant Australian host species included Banksia attenuata, B. marginata, E. haemastoma, E. regnans, Pittosporum undulatum and Billardiera heterophylla. Eucalyptus regnans was identified as a potentially highly susceptible bole canker host, while E. diversicolor and E. viminalis were considered potentially tolerant species to bole cankers caused by P. ramorum. Phytophthora ramorum was able to infect all 66 species, as confirmed by reisolation. These results extend the known potential host range for P. ramorum, confirm it as a possible threat to Australian plant industries and ecosystems and highlight additional associated hosts that are important in the global horticultural trade, native forests and plantation forestry. 相似文献
