Determination of Molecular Weight and Distribution of Hyroxyethl Starch (HES) by Means of GPC- RI- MALLS Technique

The author introduces a method and experimental procedures that determine dn/dc,molecular weight and its distribution of the hyroxyethyl starch(HES) by means of Gel Permeation Chromatography-Refractive index-Multi-angle laser light scattering detection(GPC-RI-MALLS)techniques.The key experimental technique and results are discussed.The method takes CH3COOH/CH3COONa as mobile phase and solvent.The experiment gets satisfactory results.It can be used as a routine method to determine the hyroxyethyl starch(HES) molecular weight and its distribution.     

A NEW METHOD OF RESEARCHINE THE SITE DUPLE FACE DYNAMIC BALANCE OF MACHINE RIGID ROTATOR BASE DON AMPLITUDE MEASUREMENT

In this paper, a new method of researching; the site dupleface dynamic balance of machine rigid rotator, namely duple test weightmethod is presented. Weight the new method against the existing method,namely single test weight method [1], both the efficiency increasing and theenergy-consumming dicreasing would be forty percent and over, with thebasic points of vibration theory, the formula of calculating weight andposition of the duple face dynamic unbalance of a rotator by means ofapplying the duple test weight is developed in detail. The method in handll-ing distinct bearing form is also discussed. Rightness of the new method isproved out by the living example of the simulant contrast testing carried outn the dynamic balance test machine and the site balance for a rotatorsystem of motor.     

水稻籽粒中内源多胺及其与籽粒充实和粒重的关系

以８个水稻品种（含杂交稻组合）为材料，研究了籽粒发育期内源多胺的含量及其与籽粒充实和粒重的关系。结果表明：籽粒中Ｐｕｔ（腐胺）、Ｓｐｄ（亚精胺）和Ｓｐｍ（精胺）的含量，强势粒高于弱势糕卫粒充实好的品种（组合）高于籽粒充实差的品种（组合），尤以Ｓｐｄ和Ｓｐｍ更明显；籽闰中Ｓｐｄ和Ｓｐｍ的含量或浓度，以及Ｓｐｄ／Ｐｕｔ和Ｓｐｍ／Ｐｕｔ的比值与谷粒充实率和千粒軎于极显著正相关在花后３天喷施外源多胺（１ｍ     

活性多肽提取分离方法研究进展

综述了近几年来生物活性多肽物质的分离和提纯方法,主要包括色谱、电泳等方法,以及这些方法在肽类研究中的应用现状。     

电磁制动器性能评价体系的建立及指标权重的确定

首次建立电磁制动器性能的评价体系,重点介绍其中指标体系的确立方案及依据,通过利用层次分析法建立评价模型并对各指标进行权重的确定和层次的总排序,取得了比较客观合理的评价结果。     

基于灰色关联度变权法的浅层地下水环境质量综合评价

引入指数型白化权函数对灰色关联度变权法中的白化权函数进行修正,使得能够对地下水更合理、客观、准确地评价。将晋江市浅层地下水看作一个灰色系统,在灰色关联度变权法模型基础上,对各水质监测点不同类别的隶属度和灰色关联度作对比分析判断其评价等级以及质量优劣次序,说明灰色关联度变权法对地下水环境质量综合评价方法适当。研究区内绝大多数地区水质状况良好,影响区域地下水质量的指标主要为TDS、锰、硝酸盐、亚硝酸盐、氨氮、氯化物,水质较差区主要分布于沿海工业分布较密集区及引污水灌溉农田地区,说明工农业发展、人类活动加剧及海水入侵是造成本区水质变化的主要原因之一。     

底盘测功机等效汽车质量测试方法研究

提出了在用车工况法尾气排放测试系统中底盘测功机转动惯量的汽车等效质量的可溯源的测试方法。同美国BAR 97提供的测试方法进行了对比测试和分析,指出了BAR 97方法的不足,提高了底盘测功机加载滑行测试的准确度。     

支持向量机在水质评价中的应用

介绍了支持向量机算法的原理，建立了基于支持向量机的水质评价多层次分类检测模型，通过提取水质评价标准中的物质成分为特征参数，利用几个SVM分类器的串联组合，实现对水质的分类和识别，同时，引入类权重因子，解决训练样本类别数量不平衡而导致的错分问题，实验结果显示该方法提高了水质评价的准确性和效率。
