400电话青岛市场的开拓策略研究——以青岛永鹏电子为例

研究400电话市场开拓对信息服务业发展、企业业绩的增长和企业竞争的优势都有意义重大。本文以青岛永鹏电子400电话业务为研究对象,研究了它在青岛的市场开拓现状,及其市场开拓过程中出现的问题,提出了相应可操作性策略。     

羊角扭对菜粉蝶幼虫的生物活性及药效的研究

羊角扭的果、叶、茎粗提物对菜粉蝶幼虫具有较好的拒食作用和毒杀作用,从羊角扭植物中分离出来的羊角扭总甙对菜粉蝶４龄幼虫的ＬＣ５０和ＬＣ５０分别为３２．０４６８ｍｇ／Ｌ和３７９．７８１ｍｇ／Ｌ,田间试验表明,ψ＝０．０５％羊角扭甙水剂开采粉蝶效果好。     

Analysis of a multimode transmission line model of the shielding effectiveness of enclosures with apertures

The equivalent transmission line method is extended to multi-transverse electric modes of cavity which are introduced by aperture coupling, and it is used to analyze the shielding effectiveness of rectangular enclosures with apertures. The multimode transmission line method is verified by HFSS(High Frequency Structure Simulator). The results show that higher-order mode is essential to obtain an accurate shielding effectiveness of rectangular enclosure on wide frequency domain. Below the frequency of 1 GHz, nearer to the slot, the impact of higher-order mode on the shielding effectiveness is greater in the place mear the slot. Higher-order mode leads to a better shielding effectiveness.     

Efficacy and effects on yield of different fungicides for control of wet bubble disease of mushroom caused by the mycoparasite Mycogone perniciosa

Carbendazim, iprodione, prochloraz-Mn, thiabendazole and thiophanate-methyl were tested in vitro and in vivo for their effect on Mycogone perniciosa, the mycoparasite that causes wet bubble disease of white button mushroom. In vitro experiments showed that prochloraz-Mn (ED₅₀ = 0.006–0.064 μg ml⁻¹) and carbendazim (ED₅₀ = 0.031–0.097 μg ml⁻¹) were the most effective fungicides for inhibiting the mycelial growth of M. perniciosa, while iprodione (ED₅₀ = 1.90–3.80 μg ml⁻¹) was the least effective. The resistance factors calculated for the five fungicides were between 1.4 and 2. The results obtained suggest that there is very little risk that M. perniciosa will develop resistance to the fungicides assayed. The in vivo efficacy of fungicides for control of wet bubble was studied in two mushroom cropping experiments, which were artificially infected with two doses of M. perniciosa, 10⁶ and 10⁷ spores m⁻², respectively. There was, in the low dose inoculum experiment, a very high degree of effectiveness (96.5–100.0%) with all the fungicides assayed. However, iprodione performed poorly (20.5–24.4%) compared with the other fungicides (88.7–100.0%) in the high concentration inoculum experiment. The most effective treatments for controlling wet bubble did not improve the biological efficiency of Agaricus bisporus.

本文利用CNKI跨库检索,对2000年至2011年图书馆营销研究的论文,从年代、期刊、著者、主题等方面进行统计分析,以研究国内图书馆营销的现状,总结国内图书馆营销研究的发展脉络和近年来研究的热点问题,指出目前国内图书馆营销研究存在的不足。     

直投式白菜泡菜发酵及杀菌工艺研究

[目的]优化直投式白菜泡菜发酵工艺及杀菌工艺。[方法]比较接种发酵和自然发酵过程中总酸度、pH值和活菌总数的变化,并对泡菜进行感官评定;比较了微波杀菌和超高压杀菌的效果;最后考察了白菜泡菜发酵液的抑菌活性。[结果]接种发酵缩短了发酵时间,其最佳工艺参数为：接种量0.4%,盐浓度4.0%;以微波杀菌和超高压杀菌为代表的杀菌方式都具有良好的杀菌效果,有望取代现有的热杀菌方式;泡菜发酵液具有抑菌活性,对延长泡菜货架期可产生积极作用。[结论]该研究可为直投式白菜泡菜的工业化生产提供科学依据。     

用叶绿素含量评价快生型大豆根瘤菌的共生有效性

生长在氮素含量分别为０、７５、１５０、３００和６００ｍｇ／钵下的盆栽大豆，其植株叶片的叶绿素含量与植株干重（ｒ＝０．９３，Ｐ〈０．０１）、植株全氮量（ｒ＝０．８７，Ｐ〈０．０１）显著相关。在与之平行的试验中，当共生有效性不同的快生型大豆根瘤菌分别接种于栽培大豆后，植物叶片的叶绿素含量与植株干重（ｒ＝０．９８，Ｐ〈０．０１）、植株全氮量（ｒ＝０．８９，Ｐ〈０．０１）和根瘤的固氮酶活性（ｒ＝０．９５，     

提高新疆特色林果基地效益研究

新疆林果基地建设虽然在规模扩张上取得了显著成绩,但在基地建设效益上还存在很多问题.通过对新疆特色林果业发展现状分析,找出提高新疆特色林果基地效益中存在的主要问题与困难,提出解决的关键技术问题,引领新疆林果业向"优质、高产、高效、生态、安全"的目标发展,持续保证农民增收,促进特色林果产业的健康发展.     

MARINE FISH PRODUCTION AND MARKETING FOR A CHINESE FOOD MARKET: A TRANSACTION COST PERSPECTIVE

ABSTRACT

From a transaction cost perspective, this paper shows how the tradition of consuming marine fish by the majority of Hong Kong's Chinese citizens has shaped the means and modes of marketing seafood in Hong Kong. It is argued that consumer preferences stimulate aquaculture as a non-open access measure to bypass state fish marketing regulations. This has resulted in two outcomes. First, the transaction cost savings on metering output quantity and quality under private property have led not only to the collapse of the state monopoly on marine fish marketing, but also to the emergence of the (then new but) currently popular kind of Chinese seafood restaurant in Hong Kong. Second, consumer preferences for variety have shaped the form of coordination between the producer and the consumer. The advantage of market coordination has led to the emergence of a system of wholesaling and retailing rather than vertical integration. Issues concerning the emergence of Hong Kong as a regional live marine fish production and trading centre are discussed in terms of the contribution of local mariculture to sustainable development.
